Vacation rentals with a patio in Pleasant Hill

Perfect place for our family of four. Really nice and interesting space centrally located on a nice peaceful street. Loved it. Felt like a local. Would deifinitely stay again loved the house and loved the area.

The Pacific was perfect for my daughter and me. The place had everything we needed, plus some nice pampering items in the bathroom. It would also be great for families with small children: a big backyard, games, safety precautions (ex. outlets had protective covers) and plenty of interior space. My only wish would have been to have a real oven. But it wasn’t truly necessary as there are lots of excellent restaurants nearby. You’ll find many suggestions and menus in the instruction binder. Shining and Devon were kind and very quick to respond. Good people. I’ll be back next time I’m in Alameda!

Alexander’s place was perfect for our quick trip to the Bay. It was comfortable, clean, conveniently located and we loved all the thoughtful details!

I cannot say enough great things about this place and Deana/Eric. The photos don’t do the place justice. It is super adorable and very comfortable. Although, located on the same property as the hosts it is very private and with its own separate entrance. Outside of the awesome interior, there is a gorgeous patio/deck area to sit outside. The yard is very large and they do not mind if you use it. Location is perfect—I commute to the city but it is located in a place where you can avoid a lot of traffic…. Not to mention there is a hiking trail down the street as well as downtown a couple of miles a way. Hosts are the best I’ve ever had with Airbnb—they couldn’t be more friendly and responsive. This is absolutely perfect for those looking for a gorgeous place to stay for long term rentals (and even short), but you will not want to leave as it feels very much like home.

The rental was clean and comfortable, wonderfully decorated, and in a quiet neighborhood just below Bernal Hill. We enjoyed the bakeries and cafes on Cortland Street just 3 blocks down the street. James was responsive and helpful, very much wanting to make our stay comfortable. Thank you!

My family of four loved our stay! It was very walkable to all the ships and restaurants on Piedmont Ave, was very clean and very comfortable. The property is beautiful and quiet and communication with Bonnie was great.

This home is truly unique and beautiful! It was spotlessly clean, and the detailed information provided throughout the house was both helpful and impressive. The property had more than everything we needed, making our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The host was exceptionally kind and thoughtful, ensuring we felt welcome and cared for. Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone!

LaNya and Kiana have a quiet and quaint space that was perfect for my needs - everything was as described. They were able to accommodate me on short notice for a same-day check-in and were extremely responsive and communicative. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this unit again when I’m back in the area.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Vikki made sure all accommodations and amenities were in place. We enjoyed and we will stay there again and highly recommend her. The space was excellent.

I was in Antioch for Surgery requiring at least a weeks stay. His house was very close so made it convenient. It was comfortable and perfect for our needs. He also agreed to leave the end of our stay open in case my Surgery took longer. He’s very responsive, professional and kind.

The weather was wet and dreary while we were in the SF Bay Area, but Lisa’s beach house has a lot of amenities (cards, puzzles, games) that kept us busy while in doors. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils to cook our favorite meals. It was home away from home!

Leslie's place was exactly as advertised - a great location, adorable house and ideal spot to stay in Berkeley. In warmer months, the back garden would have been such a treat, but the house was great even in chillier winter months. The onsite parking is a big plus and the beds were extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Kit's place is fantastic in terms of location, accommodation, and value! The host is friendly and was very quick to respond to any questions or needs. While we encountered an issue with the dishwasher during our stay, Kit worked to resolve it. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back with my family.

This is nice Gem in the city. Love the privacy Brenda Provided. Also she and her husband responded quick when I needed help on something’s. Very clean place. Just like the pictures. Good restaurants in the area. Also her plums in her trees, delicious !!! I recommend this place !!

Worked fine for us. Short walk to family. Easy walk to grocery stores. We don’t rent a car so this was perfect. Everything is modern.

Tesfay's apartment was perfect for my needs during my short stay in Oakland. It was clean, comfortable and in a good location. And a good value to boot. I highly recommend staying here. I plan to come again.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the moment we walked in, it was clear how much care goes into maintaining it. The cleanliness was impeccable—everything sparkled, and it felt as though we were the very first guests to stay there. On top of that, the host was amazing! They responded to every question almost instantly and were so attentive to every detail, including having a pack and play and high chair waiting for us at check-in. It’s rare to find a place that exceeds expectations like this, but this one absolutely did. Highly recommend!

Noel’s always responsive and friendly during our stay. The house is exactly the one you see on the pictures. Check-in and check-out are also easy to process. Furthermore, it’s a quiet neighborhood which you can get great rest here. Recommend to stay if it is available!
