Thanks to Katia's hospitality, we had three wonderful nights in Havana. The location is excellent, the space is very clean and very quiet for sleeping, and in general the house is very cozy. Also, Katia has made us feel at home and gave us the best recommendations. Definitely a place to go back.

Cesar is a wonderful person, very communicative with excellent English. Very helpful and caring about guests. The place is very stylishly finished and it suited my taste. It requires a bit of tidying up and cleaning of various non-obvious places where dirt accumulates, such as light bulbs. The place is loud, disco until 5 am on Saturday. but this probably applies to all of Havana Centro. I was in Vedado before, it is further away but also quieter. anyway I recommend this place.

A beautiful colonial house in the city of Old Havana! We were two couples who stayed there for 3 nights. Ivan, our host proactively asked about our flight and arrival time and had everything prepared for our arrival. Upon arrival we were greeted by Amarylis who helps Ivan with the house and was very nice and helpful by giving us tips for food and drinks in the neighborhood. The best thing about this house is its location. Literally within walking distance to bars, restaurants and city landmarks. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend Ivan’s place for your stay in Havana Vieja!

Eva’s place is perfectly clean, comfortable, in a great location and felt very safe here. WiFi worked well for our whole stay. We were greeted at the door. No complaints at all. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Eva :)

Both were always worried, they opened the taxi door for us when arriving with a smile (and they helped us get the taxi). Fabulous breakfasts, and the time you order them no matter early or late, with natural fruit, all delicious. They help you get where to go, and they warn you what you need to know, with recommendations on where to go and how to get there. The contribution of logistics to get out of walks is invaluable, as everything is safe. They really care about you, they open the doors to you as if you were coming to their home, and they treat you as part of their family, always taking care of you and giving you what you may need

Maria is very friendly and attentive, she is truly a boss! The place is clean and well located. We didn't get the WiFi and there was no option for the breakfast, but we still enjoyed the stay.
