the place is super quiet and easy access to transport the house is very beautiful and the attention of Alfredo and the guy in charge (Eduardo) always pending and very friendly, excellent place to rest 🤩🤩

The place is better than what's shown in the photos, it's super close to the airport. We found the place clean and tidy, in addition, the host was always attentive to us. The apartment is very close to the beach, you can even walk there and you find many places to eat.

A very peaceful and welcoming environment. This place has all the you want and need for a great stay in Puerto Escondido. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I felt safe walking in the neighborhood. It’s quite close to a street full of many restaurants. And only a short walk to one of the best beaches around. I would definitely stay here again. It is excellent value.

This is a great place to stay. The main Pros: - Location: near Zicatela, Mazunte, Ppal port of Pto Escondido, supermarkets and restaurants - Cleaning and conditions of the apartment: everything is SUPER CAREFUL and cute - Efficient and fast communication with Juani - The very quiet building, with access to Manzanillo beach - It has covered parking and a comfortable pool In short, SUPER RECOMMENDED and of course 100% repeatable. Nice place a few minutes from the beach. The place is nice and comfortable ideal for 6 people. As a suggestion you have to bring drinks and food that you plan to occupy since there are no shops very close, in terms of the air conditioning personally I did not feel necessary since the air circulates very well. I would not recommend it for the elderly since you have to climb 2 levels of stairs. But overall I thought it was a very nice place widely recommended and Ms. Octavia was always very attentive to us.

My husband and I have visited a lot of hotels and Airbnbs around the world. However, The experience at Tim’s house is one of our most favorite and unforgettable ones we’ve ever had. This lovely place will definitely be our first choice if we revisit Puerto Escondido in the future! We Recommended it to anyone who wants to explore this little beach town!

The pool was lovely. We fed iguanas 🦎 fruit scraps daily on a high wall around the pool. They were entertaining to watch. Less than a 2 block walk to a street with many choices of restaurants. Long stairway down (and up) to the closest beach. Would not hesitate to return to this property and the Rinconada neighborhood.

Great place, very comfortable and quiet. You can disconnect in space where you can be with family or friends. To go to the tourist areas it is advisable to take your transport or rent it.

Perfect location! Peaceful and quiet but walking distance to everything. The architecture is even better than the photos. The hosts are so kind and responsive.

We loved La Petite Casa, just outside the main busyness of Puerto, it was the perfect place to relax. The house has all the amenities you could want, and had many locations to enjoy the sun and the views. Couldn’t recommend this house enough, and we’re very sad to leave.

Wow what a place! My friend and I stayed here and had a hard time leaving the property because it was so relaxing, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this property for groups up to 6. It was a little pricey for two of us especially when plenty of room with three luxury bedrooms but that's on us, not them! My only note is it's a bit hard to find and phone service isn't great so make sure to drop a pin on google maps BEFORE leaving wifi so you can direct the taxi. We arrived at night so it was hard to pick out. Also, it is up quite a large hill from town so wouldn't recommend for anyone who has trouble with hills. We didn't mind the exercise and ensured a nice private respite from the busy downtown area.

Beautiful accommodation really good host

We loved staying here and Vicky was a great host! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook up a feast from what we had bought in the local market, we spent some lazy afternoons on the private leafy terrace, was only 2 minutes walk from the beach for sunset/sunrise and maybe 15 mins walk along quiet roads from the main part of La Punta. Vicky left us lots of recommendations and we went to her Thai restaurant which was great! We were very appreciative of the fans (inside & on the terrace) and the aircon.

Airbnb was as described. Clean and cosy for a short drive to the beach

We had a fabulous time!! Jorge and Enrique always attentive to what we needed, the place was beautiful and super clean, we also arrived before the check-in time to the Airbnb and were super accessible when letting us in earlier, 1000% recommended. We always felt safe and had no issues with transportation, they also gave us a lot of recommendations for nice places and restaurants, don't think 2 times to book here 🤍 also we forgot some airpods when leaving the place and super kindly warned us and reached us to return them, thank you for being a great host!!!

This is a clean, comfortable place to sleep, a quick walk to the beach and great restaurants. The punta area is growing, construction everywhere including this street. Well lit street, it was easy to find our way after dark. The toilet/shower room walls do not go to the ceiling, good for ventilation, bad for privacy. Every sound is audible to people trying to sleep. Near pool there is an excellent place to rinse off beach sand. The kitchen does not have enough tools to really cook much but fridge/microwave/stove worked and were very clean. AC worked great, ceiling fan too. Hosts Esme and Jesus keep the place in great shape and are lovely. You might want to bring a small towel to use as a bath mat since you get one towel per person and the wet tile floors can be slippery. Also no washcloths. This unit did tend to be downwind of people smoking on the patio. Only an issue in the kitchen/dining area or if you open the windows. Hosts helped us reserve cabs to the bus station.

Had a great stay with Elizeth and Inti. Very convenient location off of the main road, and received great restaurant recommendations from Inti. They were very communicative and truly hospitable hosts! As another reviewer noted, there is a cigarette smell when entering, but largely goes away after opening the windows (great breeze in the apartment). Also incredible view. Can’t wait to visit PE again!

The accommodation is really nice. If you want peace and quiet, this is the perfect place. There is a pool that is cleaned every day and is ideal for cooling off. We felt very comfortable with Silvia. We would book again.

Great space with a beautiful ocean view and only about a 15 minute walk to the beach. Comfortable space and easy to get to everything from the supermarket to restaurants and anything else you might need. Our host, Alfonso, was warm and friendly and very responsive to any questions or needs we had. We felt well taken care of.

A beautiful apartment with everything you need for a longer stay. Communication was always perfect and we were always helped immediately if we had questions. Super quiet location with several great pools and a mega view. Very nice and family environment and the beaches and restaurants are within 5 minutes walking distance. The place is very comfortable and cozy, it has a polished cement finish that makes it cool, the bed is very comfortable, the terrace has a beautiful view, the pool gave me the impression that it was cold water, but I was surprised that the water is delicious and no matter if it was in the morning or at night, it is quite enjoyed, the kindness of Eva and Champion is also very remarkable always attentive to give us recommendations, this is very central to go out, I definitely recommend the place and without a doubt the next time I would choose this place as a first option,

We loved our stay. The communication was great and check-in was very smooth. It's so close to Cariazillo, which is such a nice beach, and there a lots of options for food and drinks. The pool is great to cool off in the evenings and all of the staff were very friendly. The apartment was very spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again, thanks!
