Nice, modern condo in a safe area with security. Susan was a great host, communicated efficiently :) AC in all areas of the condo was a plus, especially out in Cancun.

We LOVED staying at Elizabeth’s place. This building is amazing because of its views, pool and beach. We only had a party of two so we loved having separate rooms. I will never get over the view from the master bedroom! Beach access was so easy and we loved just walking up and down to find restaurants. There was a ferry to isla mujeres right next door so we also utilized that. The rooms were very nice and clean! Elizabeth is so quick at replying and helped us even weeks before our trip. We even got our airport rides through her! She had everything we could’ve needed for a 5 day stay. I could see this being a great place for a family of four or five staying, or, like us, young women looking to relax! We ate out for most meals as we didn’t want to uber to a grocery store but there was plenty of convenience stores and restaurants near us. Stay here and enjoy this beautiful area of Cancun!! Thank you Elizabeth for everything!

Beautiful location and views of ocean. Close to bars, restaurants , etc. but quiet at night.

The place was in a great spot and a good neighbourhood. It is right behind the mall which is a bonus and right at the beach where you can enjoy and relax.

I would stay again. The Sovento’s grounds are beautiful and immaculately kept by the gardener. The property sits close to a few of our favorite spots including The Joint, Samura, and Kin Ha. However, it is about a 20 minute golf cart ride to Playa Norte. The king size bed was very comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend anyone trying to sleep on the living room futon as we were uncomfortable even sitting on it. But most of time was spent on the patio enjoying the view. The kitchen has the basics of what you need as well as additional items like sweeteners, tea, and coffee. The pool area is wonderful to relax and everyone was very friendly.

Just arrived back from a 5 night stay at Peter's Villa del Palmar condo. If you are considering this place, do not hesitate to book it. IMO, the view from this condo, may be the best of all units! The unit is in the middle of the complex and overlooks the beautiful grounds below, and ocean beyond. Spectacular. Peter's unit is quite spacious, with two beautiful separate bedrooms. The 'master' has a whirlpool tub, separate shower, double sinks, mini frig, plenty of storage and direct access to veranda, which has a table & chairs and hammock for lounging. The other bedroom has a sizeable bathroom with shower, a mini kitchen, and also a smaller private veranda with a hammock. The two veranda's do not connect, so it gave my adult son/girlfriend some privacy. In between the two bedrooms there is a nice living/dining space, full kitchen (stovetop, microwave, full size refrigerator), large circular dining table, couch and a pull down, full size murphy bed. You can also access the veranda from this room. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishware, pots & pans, coffeemaker, nespresso machine, a few coffee condiments & salt and pepper. There is a small market on the resort grounds where you can pick up eggs, milk, bread, fruit, spirits, starbucks, but you'll need to hit another larger market to pick up other items. We really appreciated the water bottles, beverages and snacks that were available in the refrigerator when we arrived, a nice gesture from the host! We had daily maid services and there was a guy who checked in periodically to see if we needed anything. My family of 5 absolutely loved our stay in Peter's condo and look forward to a return visit. We liked the feel of Villa del Palmar, tropical, zen-like, away from the hotel zone ... but we also enjoyed walking along the beach to the sister hotel Garza, which was very modern. If you stay here, you can enjoy both!

A very nice place to stay, it has all the amenities it describes. It's just as shown in the pictures. Communication with Marcela was always very prompt and good. Thank you very much for all the support during the stay.

The location is so peaceful private beach beautiful views. Diego was so helpful he made sure we felt at home he was quick to reply and gave easy instructions and access to enter the apartment

I absolutely loved this Airbnb! Super comfortable felt right at home. Loved being on the fourth floor . Washer was a plus. Bed was comfortable . Everything was great

This was our family’s third time staying here. We feel very comfortable and safe. We love the pools. We used the gym and the paddle courts often. There are many good taco and local food places nearby, as well as groceries. Claudia is very quick to answer any questions we have and she is also very quick to deal with any issues. She is very helpful. We highly recommend staying here and we hope to return.

The place is well located! Everything is walkable, there is a grocery store nearby, pharmacy and everything you need. You can cook easily, do some laundry and enjoy the sun by the pool. The beach and the hotel zone are like 20 minutes away by car. For all the men out there; there is a wonderful barbershop in the little shopping center called El Taller! Just give it a try!! If you like street food, you will be pleased at night! The best Al Pastor is at Taqueria El Paisa! Thank you for having our family!

The host we got is named Alejandro, he is a very kind and helpful person, attentive to everything to make us comfortable. The apartment is large and very clean, well-equipped and located in a quiet area, it is safe with a locked door at the entrance of the building and a metal gate to enter the apartment. 4 of us stayed and the 4 of us left happy. I am not easily impressed, so please believe the review I give now. I have stayed at over 50 Airbnb locations, and Veronica is the FIRST 5-star rating I have given. Veronica is the OWNER, not a management company. Veronica communicates IMMEDIATELY and her level of service is INCREDIBLE. The apartment is modern, beautiful, very clean, and she provides EVERYTHING you could need. Example........ 2 different coffee makers and a kettle to boil water. *** 3 options *** I felt very comfortable in her apartment. Dealing with Veronica was like dealing with a friend, this is how attentive she was during my stay. The apartment and Veronica are INCREDIBLE. I will 100% stay with Veronica everything I am in Cancun.

Amazing place to stay! What a view. Had a lovely take out dinner on the top deck by the solarium pool, yoga on the rooftop, and the condo view was right where the pelicans fly all morning. It was hard to leave! The kitchen had everything we needed. It was peaceful and quiet. The restaurant on the bottom floor had wonderful live music but stopped before the kids’ bedtime and it was very quiet for sleeping. We would love to come back!

The place is nice , the building staff is super friendly like Eric, it has an excellent location if you want to take tours of Cancun , in the evenings it is very quiet and the views towards the lagoon are beautiful . In the Roof you have a view of the lagoon and the sea , very nice

My favorite place for both short-term and long-term stays. The host is amazing, and I always felt like I was at home. It offers easy access to everything Cancun has to offer, is safe and secure, and is definitely my top choice for my next visit to Cancun.

Had an enjoyable stay at Regina’s apartment. Teenagers loved the pool, very refreshing after a full day of shopping…large las Americas mall is 7mins walk from the apartment, very handy for the wife & daughters. There’s also a Starbucks and seven11 within walking distance (10mins). Also caught a taxi to the Isla Mujeres ferry terminal, which was $mxn250 one way from the apartment, well worth a visit especially Playa Norte beach…wow. The apartment was very clean and tidy, no real issues. Regina was easy to contact. Would recommend staying here, especially for families as it’s very safe and quiet. Security were very helpful especially with organising taxis🙂.

Excellent!! Everything was impeccable, a very quiet residential place, very friendly people, a little far away but as a tip, there's a van that passes by outside the condominium that you pay 10 Mexican pesos to get around everywhere. I would put headboards on the beds for added comfort. Everything else is wonderful
