Beachfront vacation rentals in Playa La Fontanilla

I spent 1 month over Christmas and New Year's Eve in this perfect accommodation for me right on the beach promenade. Even though the apartment is not located on the sunny sea side and is therefore a bit shady, it still had everything I needed to feel very good, very homely and very relaxed. And as soon as you step out the front door, you're on the promenade. Fantastic! Along the beach there are a number of nice cafes and restaurants, and the old town has its charm. For me, all in all, the ideal winter domicile. Special thanks to Raúl, who contributed to my wonderful time there in every way with his uncomplicated, helpful, communicative and above all warm manner!

We spent two wonderful relaxing days in Susan’s beach house. It’s literally a one minute walk to the seafront. We enjoyed strolling into the old town via the promenade which took about 20 mins. The house has a lovely homely feel about it and Susan was friendly and gave us info on local events.

Very quiet area close to a paradise , very large and comfortable house, tastefully restored. Very attentive and kind host . We'll be back !!!

Perfect accommodation, the house is amazing, clean, new, very well equipped and on top of that Beatriz is a very good host, attentive to us at all times. The terrace and pool are the best part of the house.

Myself and 9 other women stayed here for 5 nights to visit our friend working locally. It’s a great location to get to the beach - very short walk. Local pharmacy and local small supermarket all walkable. We were more than happy with the airbnb - we felt it was bigger than the photos which was excellent. The airbnb was nice and clean. We felt safe and the area is peaceful. Muchos gracias Juan! ❤️

We were allowed to stay in this super nice apartment for a week. The location is perfect and right by the sea. The center is within walking distance. The apartment is fully equipped, coffee maker, lovely balcony, nice living room, luxurious bathroom, and quiet area. Parking was possible in front of the door and from the balcony we could see if there was enough wind for kite surfing😃. The host was super helpful and always responded to all questions. I'll definitely come back here next time!

A very cozy house in a very good location a few meters from the beach. It has all the amenities. The house was spotless when we arrived. Victor, who is the one who welcomed us, is very attentive and pleasant and makes everything easy.

Jeremy was very proactive and flexible with my requests and questions. The place was very clean and had a gorgeous ocean view. It was close enough to walk around the old town. I will come back and stay here next time. Thank you,

What an incredible little house! A beautiful cozy wooden cabin a short walk, approximately 700 m from the iconic beach of El Palmar. It was absolutely perfect for us, a couple with our dog. Great kitchen, lots of space, well equipped. Outside space was super cool with a great traditional Spanish barbecue and a good seating area. The pool area was closed off as we went mid winter time. It’s actually a separate area connected to the side of the house. In December pretty much everything is closed in the area so make sure you go in well stocked up! You can tell it’s a summer town, but we really enjoyed the peace and tranquility of visiting over the winter when nobody is there and you can really get the most out of the beach. The beach is truly lovely - it’s big, plenty of walking, just a great area. The host David was super responsive and helpful. 10 out of 10 would definitely go back!

We stayed as a group of friends for a week and the stay was excellent. The location to Puerto Sherry is just a few minutes away, which allowed us to walk there without any problems. We were impressed by all the details that the house had, toilet paper, bath and pool towels, oil, coffee, shampoo… it didn't lack any detail. We really liked that it was so well-equipped. Susana was very friendly and attentive to us for anything we needed.

Pedro's apartment is magical: large, spacious, comfortable. Everything is available to spend a great family vacation with children. Kitchen fully equipped, bathroom clean and the basement is a highlight with additional gadgets for the beach stay. The small bay right outside the front door is quiet and welcoming. Pedro's family welcomed us and even provided food because of the late hour. Very attentive. We had a great week! Gracias

We had a lovely family weekend at Javier's apartment. Pablo prepared everything for our arrival, thank you. We have stayed in Tarifa many times, usually in the Old Town, but we loved being on the beach and walking the Paseo. The apartment was well equipped for our family needs, lots of little additional touches. We used the double room upstairs and the double in the basement, our granddaughter slept in the cot in the bunk room. Comfy beds, plenty of heating and amenities in the apartment provided a great Tarifa experience. Thank you! We will definitely book again.

Unbeatable house two blocks from the beach, the house was clean and has everything you need to enjoy a few days in all comfort and without having to worry about anything, we were a few friends and we were very comfortable. Beatriz was attentive all the time that we were comfortable and that there was no problem, we will definitely come back. Exceptional parking and arrival with a grocery store two streets away. Quiet and family-friendly urbanization that you feel safe and comfortable. It has front garden, back and terrace to enjoy. 100% recommended

We had a lovely stay. The sea view from the bed and kitchen as well as the proximity to a more secluded beach (2min by foot) were especially amazing. The cabin provided everything we needed and Javier was very helpful and welcoming. Thank you so much! Would definitely come back :)

Very nice apartment at the northern end of Tarifa with views towards Los Lances. Highly recommended for kitesurfers who want to be on the beach quickly! Downtown is about a 20-minute walk away, and the car can safely stay in the underground garage. Very cozy and suitable for everyday use, comfortable beds, even coffee, tea and wine were available. Very nice and fast communication. We'd love to come back, thank you!!

We stayed 5 nights at Jenny's place and couldn't have chosen a better place to stay in Tarifa. It looks exactly like the photos, is well-equipped, and the terrace makes the space all that much more special! Jenny was communicative before and during our stay. She met us on arrival, explained how a few things worked, and pointed out where some good cafes were. The location is perfect if you want to be on the beach and within walking distance of the ferry port and old town.

The stay was quite pleasant, everything was very clean and Francisco was always attentive in case we missed something. We were 3 people and my dog, we did not lack detail. It is close to the beach, close to catering area that had all kinds of food. A pleasure

It was a memorable stay. An impeccable detached house, a private pool, barbecue, the privacy you need and Gary who folds to meet all our requests! I highly recommend it.
