A good place to go with family and friends, beach access is nearby and they are always available for any questions!!

This place is beautiful. It's quiet and private and close to many local restaurants. The AC works great, tvs work great, the shower water was hot and the beds were comfortable. I want to bring our family back here !

I highly recommend this house to friends and family. The host and Isabel were attentive and quick to respond with questions. The location is superb, home is just as it looks on the pictures. You see the BEST sunsets, beach and views from this home. I’d definitely come back. The only thing I’d suggest is bringing food on way from airport as there is only one supermarket near by and only a few restaurants to choose from. We had an amazing time! beautiful location next to a peaceful beach. Pool was nice and clean and the views from the mirador were beautiful. I'm gonna miss waking up early for a morning beach jog and coming back to drink coffee up at the mirador, and coming back after a long day out to relax in the pool. Max their dog is so sweet! made me miss my doggies. Ana and her kids maintain the house very well! and she's very helpful. Hoping to come back in the future :)

Otto’s place is a lovely home with an amazing view over the ocean from the patio and the pool. It’s a great spot for a family vacation. There is a patio beside the pool so lots of room for everyone. The community felt very safe and the grounds are lovely. We had the Xanadu beach mostly to ourselves during the week, a bit less so on weekends. Otto is an attentive and helpful host and good communicator. He worked immediately to solve an issue that arose and made sure it was taken care of. The location is central to grocery stores and good restaurants but once you are at the villa, it feels private. And its lovely to hear the sound of the waves. The only negative might be the occasional sound of the large truck brakes on the highway above, they can get loud – but don’t let that deter you, its just a heads up.

I had an excellent experience. The place was very clean, well-equipped and exactly as shown in the photos, ideal for resting. The host was very kind and attentive, always willing to help with any questions. Communication was prompt and clear. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it.

Wonderful hosts! They were very communicative and understanding. The home was beautiful and spacious enough for 10 people. It had all the essentials and amenities to feel at home. Overall, we had a wonderful time and we would definitely recommend this place. Thank you to the amazing hosts and their staff!

Beautiful private spot on the beach. Balmore was very friendly and helpful when needed. The place was a great lay out and had great access to little markets near by and quick access to the beach.

I'm in love with that place, it seems like I was in paradise. I felt short on time. I reserved one night and it wasn't enough. It's beautiful. The pools are perfect, but the beach is private and the most beautiful thing. I was fascinated by the place. The rooms are very comfortable, the gardens are very beautiful. Very friendly people, good communication, just one point, the security guard at the entrance was not friendly, an arrogant person, it's a shame. But for the rest everything is fine, it's the best experience I've had on the platform.

Vanessa's house is gorgeous, just like the pictures. The house is keep very clean, Gerson and Roxana clean the yard, the pool and the downstairs every day. The house is very spacious. Gerson and Roxana where there every day ready to help but without making you uncomfortable or that they were intruding in your privacy. The beach is very clean and the water is warm and perfect. There are seafood restaurants in walking distance. The communication with Vanessa was always very good and fast replies when ever I had questions. I would 100% recommend this house.

Stayed march 18th through March 22 nd at Lleana’s. 11 adults went on this trip. The house was absolutely stunning just like the pics. The house is near some amazing restaurants and the grocery store is only a few minutes away huge plus!! The house is beachfront and the beach is beautiful with no rocks!!! The pool was a great place to relax also there are two big palapa areas with a huge wooden table, lots of hammocks to unwind. The kitchen is outside. The house has 5 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. At the house they have an outdoor cooler built from wood and styrofoam to keep your beers really cold with ice!! The caretakers were very friendly people. Always there to help you with anything. This house is peaceful-beautiful. If you enjoy being outdoors swimming in the pool, enjoying the huge outdoor covered patios or getting into the ocean this is your place to stay. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you 🙏

This house is amazing! We really enjoyed our stay. To start off the care taker Don Juan and his wife Teresa took well care of us. Both were so lovely and made us feel welcomed. We booked our stay for two nights and paid extra for breakfast. The breakfast was delicious! We asked for típico Salvadorian breakfast and it was truly delicious! The house is beautiful with a spectacular view of the infinity pool overlooking the beautiful ocean. Each room equipped with AC which is a must in El Salvador. Very peaceful location!
