Everything went perfect. The access was tidy, safe and the clean and pleasant one. Don't forget to bring a 5k cash deposit for reception (you can take unsuspecting if you don't usually carry cash). Our hostess is very accessible and always attentive. Thank you!

The apartment is impeccable and they leave you everything to feel at home without worries, has very good view, and easy access to swimming pools, comfortable beds, a well distributed place with easy parking and shopping centers. The beach is very clean in place with many rules but they do it to keep in better condition and a very comfortable stay, definitive very recommended, although if they are in a disaster plan it is not a good place because instead it has many fines, only in the beach area it is more free but the pools can't listen to music or put drinks or external food

Lovely and clean apartment in the La Isla complex. Easy to access, great communication with the host and check in was very easy. The staff and services in La Isla were wonderful. The apartment is very clean, comfortable beds and well equipped for cooking meals. The walls are very thin so you can hear people in the hallways and neighbors at all times, so something to consider if you are sensitive to noise. But otherwise, was a perfect stay, and we had a great time at La Isla.

Everything was excellent, it is a very nice house, with everything you need to relax and have a good time, the jacuzzi is a super plus , the pool is very large and beautiful! Very close to the beach and excellent service from Leonardo! I definitely recommend it, thank you so much!

The apartment is incredibly spacious which makes it perfect for a comfortable and relaxed time. The beds are super comfortable, which guaranteed a perfect rest during our stay. The amenities at the resort are great, which added even more to our experience, making everything even more enjoyable. Communication with the host was great, always attentive and available for any questions. I would definitely stay here again!

The place is very spacious, we had a pleasant stay. Excellent ocean view from the apartment on the 11th floor. It has 3 very nice pools and warm water. The children's pool has a really fun little slide/ slip. The place is very clean, spacious kitchen. Would definitely come back again.

Tamara was super friendly and very willing. The apartment is perfect, very nice and very neat. The amenities work great. I only recommend reading the home instructions well to avoid confusion.

Spectacular apartment, very good and fluid communication with Goretti and Abril, we rested a lot and we were very quiet, the toilet and perfect indications. 100% recommended. Maybe a suggestion would be for upcoming travelers to consider bringing beach chairs and umbrella, since getting a space in the beach club is almost impossible on weekends with holidays, but that is a detail that does not obscure the good of the accommodation and the service they gave us, we felt right at home!, thank you!!! Mary Carmen and Karina (the chef) were amazing to work with, ahead of my trip, and also while I was there. The house and space is GORGEOUS--the views of the ocean, and outdoor space were even better in-person than the pictures! It felt like our own little resort, which was perfect!

Everything was perfect! It's much nicer than the photos. The hosts are an always pending beauty. Super secure the subdivision. Access to the private beach and beach club all very nice really and very friendly. The best family vacations. We will definitely be back for the next vacation

The apartment is great, clean rooms, impeccable bathrooms, excellent kitchen (you will find everything), comfortable room, air conditioning cools all the depa very well, the staff working on the island are very friendly, you have the pool and access to the beach practically leaving the apartment. There is a restaurant near the pool so you don't have to leave the complex to eat, on the beach there are awnings that are assigned to you as you arrive at no extra cost (excellent organization), the beach is great for the kids to enjoy the sea. My family loved this place and the departamento, of course we are going back. The host's attention was excellent, the directions clear. Feel free to rent this apartment.

We enjoyed a few days as a family in Ernesto's spacious apartment, very nice terrace to see the beautiful Acapulco sunsets. We found all the utensils, casseroles, and appliances needed to cook and even do laundry. The complex is big and safe, there are many things to do, we will be back as soon as we can!
