House vacation rentals in Playa del Rey, Los Angeles

As advertised, heated pool was amazing I loved it

We had a great stay for our family trip to Los Angeles. Very close to Santa Monica/Venice for lots of activities. The pool and hot tub were nice although we didn’t get to utilize them very much. It was nice to have a parking spot within the property. The only slight feedback that we have is the price being very expensive, but we had a great time. Also, very responsive hosts willing to work with you around guests and visitors although we ended up not having any extra people over. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location! We enjoyed our quick trip down to southern CA, and loved to have a quiet neighborhood to come home to!

The accommodations were excellent. From the time we entered the courtyard with the pool, which had a feeling of safety and security, to entering the home we felt like we had "arrived home". The kitchen is very spacious and great for cooking. We had a beautiful family and friends dinner, had all the room we needed to serve at the island and be seated around the table. The bathrooms were clean and simple. The beds were more than comfortable with the number of options gracious. The living room lighting options could be set bright or low for ambiance. Parking was easy once we got the hang of it. Often times we found a spot right in front of the house, in addition to one car parked in the alley. The simple decorations and simple kitchen made our time relaxing. We walked easily to great breakfasts, robust coffee and steak dinners. Main Street has more than enough options for food and several shops to browse. All within a block from the house. The beach and pier were easily accessed too!

I stayed with my husband and family and it was a really great space. Deborah was a great host and very responsive with any questions I had. It’s a great location on a quiet street. Would stay again.

Alison’s place was fantastic! It was clean and very charming. We loved the neighbourhood. Nice and close to all our planned activities. The pool and spa in the backyard were amazing. Our kids couldn’t get enough of it. Alison keeps the pool and spa nice and warm. Everything was just perfect. Communication with Alison was always quick and easy. I would absolutely stay here again.

David and Ginger are good hosts. They allowed us to get in earlier than the stipulated time. We made good their home and the easy access to Long Beach. They were flexible to us in exiting the home so we could wait there instead of the airport. Thank you

Comfy stay! Everything was smooth!

Veronica’s house was great for our family. It’s a funky layout with each bedroom located on separate floors but it worked fine for us. We would absolutely come back.

Great place to stay. Lots of food and shopping in the area. Nice quiet neighborhood for a walk with pets.

We enjoyed our stay. Great space for larger party with many bedrooms and bathrooms. Private outdoor area was a bonus.

Kevin was kind and very responsive from the beginning. It was so easy to book, check in, and check out. My FAVORITE part was all the clear labels on everything which made it so easy to get around and stay in the space. I cant wait to come back here!

Looked just like the pictures and was even better in person. The host was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Checking in and checking out were extremely easy. The home was stunning and exactly as described. If I ever make it back out to Los Angeles, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We were extremely comfortable and there was not anything we “wanted” for. It was beautiful views and surrounding areas. Great stay! Would recommend it to anyone.

This was the first ‘not hotel’ we stayed in after we lost our house in the Palisades fire - Charles and John were amazing! They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and accommodate our date. The house is very quiet, cute and well equipped in a great location. It will always have a special place in our hearts :-) it is well priced for a short term rental.

We had a wonderful experience at Tamara and Tony's homes. Everything was perfect, and Tamara and Tony are truly amazing hosts. The house temperature was great, and everything we needed was available in the house. Thank you for everything.

Jorgen was a great host and extremely accommodating and helpful when we had some last minute illness and had to change our stay duration. The backyard is 10/10 amazing. Beautiful and surprisingly private for the area. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time outside. Thanks for the stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Vardan’s property. The AirBnB exceeded expectations in its spaciousness and amenities provided, as well as its ease of access, comfort and privacy and quiet. It had everything I needed and went above and beyond my usual AirBnB experience. It was clear that Vardan cared deeply about ensuring that guests had an excellent experience, and fulfilled the original intent of AirBnB properties being personally hosted rather than managed by a third party. Vardan was an excellent and gracious host and an excellent communicator. Thank you for hosting this property, VardanI look forward to staying here again.

Comfortable and quiet place feels like my home in a different country. It was located in a residential area, so I was able to rest very quietly and safely. The kitchen was also spacious, so it was easy to prepare simple meals.

Our stay at Coni’s place was excellent. We felt as if this was our home away from home. The place was exceptionally clean and sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. The bathroom was perfect for three people and we had no trouble with hot water or any other aspect of using the kitchen or the house. The kitchen was well equipped and Coni had left us milk and coffee plus other snacks. There's an excellent backyard and pool and although it was too cold for us to get in it was a beautiful feature and we had morning coffee outside. This is a great place to stay if you're traveling to visit the Los Angeles areas especially for access to Venice, Marina Del Rey, USC, Culver City, & Silver Lake.
