Lovely apartment, central to shops and beach (10-15mins walk), pool was nice for the children. The outdoor bbq area provided a nice place to chill in-between lunch/ beach and siesta. Accessible small private car park within the compound of the property. The host is very accommodating and prompt to requests - providing us with beach towels and extended our stay on requests (we had a late flight back). Would definitely recommend our stay, and would come back to it again.

Wonderful quiet place to stay. Very relaxing. Modern apartment. Small quiet area with just a few shops and restaurants nearby. Supermarket and airport are just a short, cheap bus ride away. Beautiful place, lovely views from the balcony but the construction next door can be noisy during the day.

Very clean and nice apartment which is conveniently located. We had a lovely stay there where everything is within walking distance. The host is friendly and quick to respond to messages. Recommended!

Although my stay was short, the accommodation was excellent. Good location. Clean. Very comfortable bed. Hot water lasted in shower. Unit shares kitchen and bathroom with other units but there were half baths. Apartment is spacious. Kitchen had everything. Coffee was supplied. Filtered water dispenser was great. The decor was appealing. I wished I’d found her place earlier. Although I had trouble with the apt lock, host was quick to respond and help. There’s an app that has to be download prior to check in. I’d recommend staying here. Oh, the unit is on top floor/4th and there’s no lift. Pack light and you’ll be fine.

Apartment just like the pictures. Very clean and all new. It's equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. We felt right at home. The area is perfect for relaxing with the family, as Arenales is very quiet. On arrival they were waiting for us to welcome us and explain the operation of the facilities. Beach about a 7 minute walk (to go it's downhill and to get back up a little steep). I recommend it and in the future we will be back.

We visited the penthouse over Christmas and when we say the place is amazing, we all meant it. All the amenities both on site and in the apartment were brilliant they really have thought of everything. As a group of 5 it met all our needs and we would give this property 5* and recommend to anyone. You are 15/20 mins to Alicante or Santa Pola or 45 mins from Benidorm by car. There is a stunning nature reserve at the back of the apartment. Loads of walking places if you enjoy it and make sure to visit Viewbar for a drink or afternoon snack or pop up the hill to Gran Alacant for the best cafe in town and to experience the platform over the edge of the cliff.

Pim is quite nice and warmhearted! We had nice conversations and he shared few interesting stories. The room and all facilities were great and convenient!

Great, the neighborhood is very nice with lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Not too far from the center. I was quiet in room #1, no noise and very comfortable bed. This is a good option for a reasonable price.

I spent 3 nights in this accommodation, inhabited by a nice Bolivian couple, and with 3 bedrooms that can accommodate people passing through. I am very satisfied with my experience, everything is well organized and marked in terms of spaces. The bed is very comfortable and the bedroom is spacious. The only black dot is the soundproofing of the building, which can be disturbing for people who don't have a heavy sleep:). I recommend it!
