Very good experience, the apartment had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped with a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker… It had a garage which was very useful. It was a second without an elevator, but that wasn't a problem. Begoña was very kind, giving clear instructions about the stay. In addition, we had a problem with the bathroom and he was immediately available and helped us solve it quickly, which was appreciated. The only drawback I see is that the kitchen was not very clean, there were traces of dust and grease in some areas, the rest of the apartment was impeccable.

I spent some unforgettable days at Ismael's apartment in El Dueso, enjoying spectacular routes and views with Timón. The apartment is very comfortable and is perfectly located near Berria beach, ideal for starting incredible hikes. From there we took a beautiful route to the Faro del Pescador (lighthouse) and another impressive one to the Faro del Caballo (lighthouse). The area is perfect for those who love hiking and nature. Ismael was a great host, attentive and always willing to help. Totally recommended!

We stayed 4 days and the experience was great. The house is very tastefully decorated and has everything you need. The setting, and the village are beautiful. The beach is close by. And Elena and Javier were very kind. Totally recommended. A space that exudes magic and charm in equal parts.

Super nice place! Close to the beach, very private and you feel like home.

We spent five days in this beautiful house, it's the same as the photos. There are no tricks. It's a small house, close to everything you need. Being in Suances, you have a lot of places to visit nearby, Santillana del Mar, San Vicente de la Barquera, Comillas... It has a garage at no extra cost, with direct access to the house. The house is clean and tidy. It has everything you need. Kitchenware. Sheets, towels, a hair dryer, and America even leaves you some basic food items like milk, turkey, cheese, coffee, fruit. (I've never seen this before) It's a GREAT touch. So when you arrive, the first thing you have to do is go enjoy yourself, not go shopping! America is available for whatever you need and gives you recommendations on everything you can visit and where to eat or dine! I would definitely go back. It was a very wise choice. The price was within the stipulated range compared to the rest. If you're not sure which one to choose, choose America.

Come with 5 friends looking to enjoy cantabria and spend a relaxing weekend. The stay met the expectations, especially highlighting the garden and the barbecue. The accommodation is close to other villages of tourist interest and is located near the beach. The host was very pleasant at all times and catered to our needs

Charo was fantastic, the duplex is beautiful with great views, super nice stay, swimming pool, jacuzzi and fantastic surroundings. A plus is the parking space in the same building. A 10 for the stay. Thank you for your kindness, Charo.

Very nice and spacious house and very nice see view. Close to all amenities of Liencres, which we also liked a lot. We had really enjoyable stay there, short, but really nice.

We had a great week in Carlos's apartment, everything is just like the photos, Carlos is always attentive to anything you might need. When going with my dog, she took it into account and offered us plans to include her. Would definitely be back enchanted! Be mindful of two flights of stairs of about 10-12 steps. Surely we'll see you again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Indeed, the views are incredible from the terrace as well as from the house. The accommodation is very well equipped: coffee, garbage bag, towels and sheets, shower gel... The only downside is the bedding. The bed in the parental room is small, not very stable and the mattress is not of quality. But it's erased compared to everything else. We had no contact with the host, only a message to tell us where the keys were and another to let us know the checkout time. A small binder with house instructions and tips for shops and restaurants would be nice. We had a great holiday Cantabria is beautiful!

This place is stunning, if you surf it’s just dreamy. Depending on the forecast you may need to walk the beach a bit to find the right waves for your skill level but knowing you can walk to the beach, surf, and then walk back to your home is just the best. Due to the price it’s not a place we will stay regularly but it’s perfect for a special occasion.

Estela met us at the apartment to show us around. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious and well furnished with great views out over the harbour. It was quiet and very clean. There is safe car parking outside the entrance, and shops and supermarkets not far away. I would thoroughly recommend staying here as this is a wonderful place. The house is small but cozy and very clean, and comes with everything you need for a very pleasant stay. Although the access is a bit unusual, Conchi was always available to guide us, and the house has the huge advantage of being literally next to the beach. There are also restaurants, ice cream shops and supermarkets within walking distance. Conchi was a very attentive host and made us feel very welcome. We had a great time in the area and Conchi contributed to it, thank you very much for everything!

The apartment is just as described and true to the photos, everything was very new. You could see the beach and the estuary as it is glazed everywhere and the views are great, as well as very bright. Next to the beach, and close to downtown as it took you 5 min by car. My kids loved the area as you could always do water activities like various excursions. Quiet area. The hostess is very friendly and attentive. We'll repeat the experience!

A last minute booking led us to discovering this property and location, if you want wild beach and not a lot more it is perfect. Supermarkets are only a 15 mins away. For autumn surf it was simply epic

The apartment was very clean and unbeatable area. Sandra is super friendly. The kitchen was fully stocked (extra virgin olive oil, salt, vinegar, spices, dishwasher tablets and washing machine detergent, ….). We were very comfortable.
