Vacation rentals with beach access in Platja de l'Arenal

This is our second time at this flat, and we have had another wonderful stay here! Highly recommended.

we stayed here for 4 night's November 2024, great location between old and new town and only a few seconds walk to the beach. the host was very responsive and because we had a early morning flight she let us check in earlier than arranged.. check in instructions where simple to follow due to the short video you receive. this is the 3rd airbnb I've stayed in this year in benidorm and it was certainly the nicest and will definitely stay here again. kitchen is a bit small but that didn't bother us because we had no intention of cooking whilst on holiday anyway. overall great location great apartment and very helpful host.

We have had an amazing week at Xavier's apartment! Both the apartment and the location exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed that it was so close to everything, both beach and restaurants, and that at the same time we could have it so quiet and peaceful on the large lovely terrace. We never got tired of gazing out over the sea and seeing the city's grand silhouette, and enjoyed that it was such a vibrant folklore around us. Perfect also that we had access to a garage so close to the apartment. We have found a dream apartment and want to go back again soon!

The host, Lillia is very kind❤️. The apartment is very well located in a calm area, close to shops and the beach. The apartment has everything you need, including air conditionner. I reccommend it 100%, you will not be desappointed!

Thanks for a lovely stay! Exactly as described and beautifully decorated to feel like home. Had everything we needed and more. Greg was a star, letting us in early to fit with our arrival time. And the gifts on arrival (snacks, bottled water and a bottle of wine) were extremely kind. Thanks again

What an apartment! Everything we needed and more. An extremely spacious apartment in the best location. The apartment has so much natural light and options to open sliding doors to let in fresh air as well as an aircon unit. Very easy to get to, close to everything and worth every penny.

Nice little finca, quiet location, great outside space, walkable to a few local bars and restaurants, very close to the beach, bus stop right outside, regular service to Denia. plenty of secure parking, well furnished inside and out , very secure for our small dog

It's a great house for a family visit. The facilities are comfortable, the pool very large (although we don't use it for the weather) and has direct beach access. Thank you to Salvador for your kindness and your response at all times

Spectacular accommodation, to disconnect and find nature. The views are breathtaking. Good cleaning and care of the apartment. The host's directions are clear and easy to find the apartment. I recommend it 100%.

Great stay. The house was really nice. Very comfortable beds and pillows and everything was very clean. Quiet place, the rooftop terrace was very nice. We looked for the place a little bit because we were relying on Google Maps. Reading the host's instructions made it clearer. We had good restaurant suggestions and the host was very available to answer our questions. I loved it! I recommend it.

Super cool design, beautiful views of the sea. Loved the stone throughout the house. Wish it was warm when we were there as the pool looked beautiful. Great host, would return!

Would recommend to anyone, clean, tidy, felt comfortable and at ease. Couldn't make the best use of the outside facilities but it was February. Maria was excellent with communications, very responsive and positive information. Lovely, thank you.

Thank you Salvador for staying with you. We were there for a month and we didn't miss anything. Salvador was always available and helped us immediately in every situation. We couldn't have felt more comfortable. You are really right on the beach, it is quiet and has everything you need within walking distance.

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Lots of of bars, restaurants and shops. Only 1 minute to the beach. Patrica was a very good host, communicated everything and there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing location, I can't believe there are still places like this on the Mediterranean. It's a true oasis of peace. We woke up to the birds singing and put up listening to the sound of the waves. It was possible to forget that the apartment was in an apartment building, there were few people by the pool, and we were practically alone on the beach. We had a great time sunbathing on a practical day. We took trips to the mountains of the area, we also visited the surrounding towns on the coast. We really enjoyed the apartment and the hosts were very helpful. We will definitely return to this place.

Close to everything but very quiet. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Felt at home as soon as we got in. Two weeks of poor weather but we were nice and cosy in the apartment.

The Apartment was in a beautiful location with outstanding sea views. A peaceful location set in a gated community with a short walk through the immaculate garden to the beach. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. There was a family run restaurant Savini’s across the road which had good food. Villajoysa is a charming, quaint village full of colourful properties and great restaurants We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Thank you Helga!

Super friendly hosts that are extremely responsive to any questions. We felt right at home at this beautiful place with an amazing view over the ocean! We definitely recommend the place and would come back again! Lots of cafes and restaurants in walking distance! All perfect!

Great communication with the host, who was very friendly and approachable. The apartment is a gem, decorated with a lot of charm, on the beachfront with everything at hand, a garage space and good access. I would add that the beds are very comfortable, and that it was very clean
