Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Platamon

We had a great time. Fotini was very kind, friendly, welcoming, and present at all times for any help or advice. Everything was perfect! The house although old was spotless and thoughtful. Fully equipped and has everything you need to make your summer vacation. Maybe a storey in the future was a plus. The beach nearby is not very good for swimming but with a car you can visit beautiful beaches in other areas of Chalkidiki. You can combine peace and relaxation (as the house is located in a quiet and family neighborhood) with more cosmopolitan holidays in areas nearby. The communication with the host was impeccable as she responded immediately and was flexible as to check in and check out to make it easier for us. Bravo!

Evi & Anni's house is really beautiful and located right on the sea. The beach right in front of is very suitable for swimming, which we have used extensively. In the walking distance, there is another beach access with a bar, umbrellas and sun loungers. The bedrooms are nice and cozy, but very different sized and equipped - we then unloaded who gets which room. The kitchen and bathroom are great, everything is well equipped and you can work well from anywhere or make yourself comfortable for reading. The area is very quiet, the people there are very friendly. We were told that the area used to be quite touristy but since the campsite in the area was closed, there has been less going on for 10 years. The place has fallen a little out of time, which made the stay very quiet and relaxed. There are two shops where you can shop and some restaurants. Everything went well with the buses, too. We can highly recommend the stay.

Dimitris was professional, responsive and straight-forward. The interiors have been newly refurbished to a good standard. The place now comes with a cot/crib and highchair, as the owners bought them for our visit. The area is relaxing. The town center of Nea Irakleia is a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk. Walk on a back path because there is no pavement on the roadside to get there. Nea Irakleia is a nice small town where locals seem to be living the good life; with a strong sense of community but still welcoming to outsiders.

our stay was great. the villa and garden are top notch. the best house in the area. agapi deserves respect. we will definitely come back again.

Midnight we arrived at the property by car. The location coordinates were clear,the key was hidden in the door so we could enter. The small settlement consists of charm. Holiday homes,some are permanently inhabited. Running dogs accompanied our arrival with loud barking,which made it a little difficult to arrive. But in daylight we noticed that these dogs are very peaceful and sweet,and quickly we made friends with them. They are fed by the resident residents. Our accommodation was inviting and well equipped,with a fully equipped kitchen, a living area and a functional shower toilet bath. We used the sunny outdoor seating with table and chairs for breakfast. In GR, animal welfare laws prohibit keeping animals in killing stations. In addition, sterilized animals are released to freedom. We enjoyed it very much. A beautiful beach can be reached in about 10 minutes, Savvas was always helpful

House feels like really a country house. Very atmospheric in the mountains. In winter you need to keep warm with wood (level hard), but there's also an air conditioner if you feel tired with it (level easy). Host is very hospitable, you are literally covered with care. Wonderful!

We are extremely grateful to our host, who truly saved us by accommodating us (and our dogs) at the very last minute after a misbooking. They responded promptly when no one else did, which was a lifesaver. The flat itself is spacious and can comfortably fit 4-6 people. However, we believe the price is a bit high for the winter season. Unfortunately, the town felt dirty and abandoned during this time of year, which was disappointing. Overall, we appreciate the host’s kindness and quick response

We stayed at Apartment Apollo for 10 days and had a wonderful time. Alex happened to be there and greeted us personally. Alex and Theo are so nice and helpful - just great hosts. Questions will be answered immediately. Theo is on site. Everything is exactly as described in the photos. Even more beautiful! Have breakfast on the balcony in the morning - end the day on the balcony in the evening. Kitchen has everything you need, even to cook something at home in the evening. The beach is right outside the door, with several beach bars, but also with public area. Umbrellas and other beach equipment can be rented from Alex & Theo. I still advise to rent a car to drive to other beaches and explore the area as well. The supermarket downstairs has everything you need and a very tasty bakery. Larger supermarkets are also nearby. We highly recommend a stay, we had a wonderful holiday. Thank you for everything

We were super satisfied. Everything was clean and as we see in the pictures! Great setting and a very nice and accommodating host. We would definitely come back! Absolutely earned 5 stars. Thanks for the great stay and the great communication.

I really loved the place, being across the street to the sea. Christos mom was amazing, she showed us the flat and all the things inside. Flat is equipped with all that you need to live. If you're working remote is a great stay, being near the beach and peaceful. i didn' t liked the bed, it was to soft for my taste, still this is something personal. Flat is 4 minutes away from the oldest taverna from the area( by car), we enjoyed our stay, and Christos gave us some really hopeful recommendations for tavernas and what to visit. I really recommend this place if you hhave car and you need a peaceful place to be.

Maria greeted us personally upon our arrival and instructed us in everything. Our apartment was part of a very nice old villa with big old trees. The apartment is nicely decorated and has a large balcony, which we have used extensively. We felt very comfortable. Particularly noteworthy is Petro's use after the wifi failure. He responded promptly and helped, all his tips on destinations and attractions were helpful. The apartment is centrally located, restaurants, shops and bars are within walking distance. Maria and Petros were excellent hosts for us.

Everything good. Responsive and helpful host, place is better in person than on pics, very new and clean. No complaints :) Supermarket and many restaurants within a 5-10 min walk. Car is definitely recommended to get around to the sites/beaches in the region :)

The place is wonderful. It is located slightly on the edge of the city, but it is not far from the center. The plus is that it is quiet and peaceful. The apartment has absolutely everything you need - a stove with hotplates, a microwave, a washing machine and detergents, towels, sheets, blankets, etc. The terrace has a view of the sea and has a barbecue. Evaggelia is such an amazing person - smiling, friendly and always available. We were very pleased with our stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location overlooking the sea and Mount Olympus, near Litochoro and the paths of Olympus. Fully equipped apartment very warm and comfortable for two couples the family with two children. We cooked in the kitchen which was not missing anything. Well done to the owner and manager. We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything!

Great apartment that meets all the needs of 4 people in a very nice location

In Anastassias flat there is everything available, that you need. Nice terrace for chilling, breakfast and dinner on beautiful days. It's also perfect for families. Kids beach toys available, when going to the beach just on the other side of the street. Restaurants and a supermarket available next door. Free parking right in front of the building.

A very nice place in the city center. Despoina was very helpful and we had very good communication during check-in and checkout from the apartment I highly recommend it.

Great accommodation, spotless and in a very good location, next to the center, with very comfortable parking space. The hosts, Mrs. Vasiliki and Mr. Antonis, were very friendly and helpful! They helped us with everything we needed! It felt like home! Great choice for families and couples! Highly recommend!
