Kim was WONDERFUL! She was responsive to all my whims and was so kind (thank you for the crabs!). After spending months in a very noisy, messy living situation, this was the perfect place to reset and have solitude and peace.

Prompt communication, place is as described, quiet, I had no problems. Whenever possible I try to book Airbnbs run by families with kids, and I think you should too. In a small way, you’re supporting the future of America and that’s a great thing.

Judy and Larry have made the perfect oasis for getting away from it all! A great place to kick back and relax. Pond is perfect for just hanging out and throwing lots of lures. Judy made blueberry muffins that we’re waiting for me on arrival. Such a bonus after a long day on the road. Wonderful people! Hope someday to make it back for a couple days.

Wonderful as always! We've stayed here multiple times because it is perfect for a quiet getaway in the mountains. If you're looking for solitude in a cabin surrounded by nature, this is it. We usually visit West Jefferson, Lansing, or Grayson Highlands while we're there. Our dogs love it too.

We truly could not have had a better stay! Mae is an absolute angel of a host and truly cares about each guest having an amazing stay. These homes are appointed beautifully, stocked with the essentials and truly offer an incredible experience for guests. We are so happy we came and cannot wait to return!

Absolutely breathtaking. We had such a great experience here and feel so blessed by our time spent on this little slice of heaven. We had plans to explore the trails and falls on the mountain but after arriving we didn’t want to leave. We just sat back and enjoyed the view. The camper was extremely cozy and clean inside and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was exactly as described and even better than the pictures! We look forward to returning in the future :)

This is the coolest campsite. The camper is cozy, the shower is great, the bathroom is great, and good Wi-Fi. It’s pretty quiet but does have some occasional noise but it’s still remote for the location. Great hikes nearby!

This accommodation was more than just a campervan—it offered a truly special experience. The campervan was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The surrounding environment was peaceful and picturesque, and having goats nearby added a charming and unique touch that you can’t find in the city. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The host was incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the stay even better. I would love to return to this amazing spot again!

We enjoyed our stay at Cory’s place. The surroundings were very peaceful. We enjoyed the wild turkeys that flew into the field in the mornings. The 5 minute walk up hill was a bit tiring for us but that may be because there are literally NO hills where we live. 😅 It isn’t a hard walk but pulling our luggage up the hill was a challenge. We should have asked for assistance. Next time we will. 😀

We had a great time at the camper. It was cozy and clean. John is a great host and is extremely responsive and helpful. Amazing proximity to our favorite waterfalls.

Nice little camper. Comfy. Yep, the train went through quite often but didn't bother me and at night, the ear plugs worked fine Would stay there again if I was in the area.

If your in the area this is THE place to stay! Great helpful directions, comfortable, well lit, stocked, WiFi, tv. Added plus the campfire was lit for us pre arrival! Our stay was just wonderful!

I had a wonderful time at the horse ranch and I recommend this stay for others. Everything was just as described and the bed was very comfortable. The horses were beautiful and the host was great! Stockton and the lake are a very short drive away. Stockton is a very cute town. I went to the lake each day and enjoyed several trails.

My daughter and I stayed one night at this location close to the PA Renaissance Faire. In the morning we ate breakfast at the nearby Kounty Kitchen which was very good. Sonia's RV is very clean and well-stocked with linens. Finding it in the dark was a little tricky. But Sonia made the check-in and check-out process easy.

We had a wonderful stay in the camper! Very private and peaceful location on the pond. Nita came to visit where we arrived to ensure everything was okay and we were settled in. We were in town for the Oyster Festival which as just a short drive from the camper. Would recommend to anyone and would visit again!
