Vacation rentals in Plainview

Was perfect! Exactly what I needed. Unfortunately a family emergency took me back to the city sooner than I had planned on leaving 😮‍💨 so disappointing

We loved it. Great place to stay if you’re visiting the caves, Root River, or anything else in the area. The apartment is spacious and quiet, and walkable to restaurants and the distillery. The bedding is comfortable and the there’s plenty of places to sit and hang out. Other towns are just short drive-and offer additional options. The apartment has an extensive library to sit and enjoy, and some family games and puzzles. Be aware that this apartment is up a fairly steep staircase.

Jaymi's place was exactly what my family needed. We traveled 7 hours to get there and arrived a bit early. Jaymi was quick to respond to my request for an early check-in, and everything was perfect for our time in Rochester. The finished basement provided a home away from home feel for me and my husband, while my parents were very comfortable on the main level. When you're in Rochester for Mayo clinic appointments having a peaceful place to lay your head at night is important and Jaymi provided everything we needed to be comfortable.

The view was outstanding and the host was great: very responsive, great with "housewarming" provisions, etc. The accomodations were comfortable for our 3-generation group of 10. The driveway was a bit scary (but that comes with the view!). For us it seemed like off-season, and so the prices seemed a bit high, but for all those ice-fisherman (we had no idea that it would still be going strong), I suppose it was still high season. Two of our group managed to get out for a run 2 out of the 3 mornings we were there. But be aware there is no shoulder on the highway right at the house. We enjoyed the shops that were open in the town of Stockholm, and walking out on the river/lake there. We also enjoyed a hike up at Maiden Rock bluff trail.

Great place! Great views and very comfortable for our group of 8. Provided room to be together and space apart for individual quiet time if desired. Well appointed and well taken care of. Beau was very responsive, accommodating, and super friendly! This is our new go-to spot when visiting LC. Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Bungalow. Private, scenic, had anything and everything we needed. Appreciated the little things, like ice, the Brita, blankets, toiletries.

Although we were only there for one quick night we had a great stay! We were arriving late and our host made check in extremely easy and gave us a recommendation for a quick bite to eat before settling in. The cabin was cozy, had everything we needed, and was perfect for the two of us and our dog.
