Peaceful, cozy lakeside home made for a great weekend retreat. Friendly, well-trained black lab dog greets you on arrival. Rena was a warm, generous, and welcoming host. Made me feel right at home. Gave great local recommendations. Easy to follow instructions for checking in and flexible check out. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

This place is absolutely stunning. They have nice beaches right on the property. So many amenities. They have shared bathroom & showers even a place to wash dishes. The view was spectacular. Lots of restaurants near by and close to the old mining town. Love watching the rafters drift by. Mike and Bonnie are amazing hosts. They even have ice on site for purchase. We will be back!

We had such a great time at this home and has the cozy cabin vibes you want in Tahoe. The layout is great families and really has everything you need. The location is great between Kings Beach / Sunnyside and it was easy to get to everything. Although a little dated, the house is very cozy and is perfect for Tahoe weekend! We would definitely rent this house again!

Our family had a lovely stay. The location was close to Palisades and walking distance to restaurants on the lake. Our family of 4 was very comfortable and would rent again!

Loved staying at the Stine House and will hopefully stay again next summer. The home was very clean and well appointed with a good supply of linens and towels. There were plenty of needed household items on hand including napkins, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher soap, new sponges, and plastic wrap. The management team was easy to reach when we had a quick question. The Tahoe Park Beach privileges helped make our vacation great. It was warm when we were there and the fans in the house kept us cool. I appreciated the coverings on the windows to keep the house cool from the morning sun. Our family enjoyed the quick access into hiking at Paige Meadows. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Great area! Love that the lake is so close to the house! Spacious, everyone enjoyed their stay! Only thing I wished there was, a vacuum so we could’ve cleaned up crumbs from eating and small pieces of wood/fireplace area. Otherwise no complaints!

Dawn is an incredible host and her home is lovely! The house is nestled in trees with a big deck overlooking a pretty view of the valley. The kitchen was fully stocked and hot tub soak watching the view was the perfect end to my California vacation. I intend on booking this home again. Thank you Dawn!

Wonderful rental. Lovely accommodations (kids especially loved the bunks). And the proximity to Northstar was perfect.

This was a great, private cabin located behind the Firelite Lodge. A little smaller than I had imagined, with not much room in the bedrooms, but it was fine for what we were needing. It's in an excellent location on the quieter north side of Lake Tahoe. Within easy walking distance there is Jiffy Pizza, Pep's Place for coffee and breakfast/lunch sandwiches, and an ice cream shop. Across the street there is a marina with a small, private, pebble beach to relax and watch the sunsets. Tahoe City and the marina are ~15-20 mins away where you can rent sailboat charters, sunset cruises, etc. We did not use the kitchen much, but it appeared to have put thought into stocking all the items you would need. The gas firepit on the front porch and the picnic table out back were also nice touches. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Tahoe.

Cozy and clean rooms with a functional kitchen and living room. Has its own beach on the lake, and the hot tub was awesome (hot tub and sauna were open in February, pool was not) Nearby plenty of restaurants. Lobby had board games and movies to check out. Would totally stay here again in the winter or summer!

Condo was very clean, kitchen and bathrooms stocked full of necessities. View was gorgeous!!! Will go again!!

Great house just up the hill from the lake. Access to the beach is perfect and makes for a great place to head for the day. We visited during a heat wave and the property management team was wonderful and delivered fans to cool the house down.

Ron is a proactive and responsive host. His place offers a good value for its price when benchmarking to the Tahoe area. The private access to the lakefront is an extra, together with the public beaches in walkable distance. Shops, grocery stores are in proximity. The place is ideal for first visit, exploring the lake or for active stay. We did a one day tour around the lake without hassle. A Tahoe gateway with strong recommendation...

This is an exceptional getaway in beautiful Lake Tahoe! The listing was exactly as described and the views from the bedroom and great room decks are breathtaking! We appreciated how well stocked and well thought through the space was, and appreciated how responsive Haley and her team were throughout our Christmas stay. We were 6 adults and the accommodations were perfect for us. Highly recommended if you have the opportunity to stay here!

Davis's place is great to stay, beautiful view of Folsom Lake. Our family really felt David's place was home away from home. We definitely recommend this nice lake view to anyone/family if you have visiting Roseville/Granite Bay area because it has beautiful lake view, clean and affordable lodging within Granite Bay.

Great location and great views from the unit. Private access to the beach was awesome (no need to worry about parking at King's Beach).

We visited Jennifer’s place as a family and it was an amazing place to bond. We were waking up to absolutely stunning views of the lake and the mountains. The beach was clean which my family enjoyed a lot. The water was quite cold (it’s January after all) so no bathing in the lake for us. But the hot tub in the master bath was a close second giving incredible views of the lake while sitting in warm water. The pantry was fully loaded - all we had to do was walk across the street to get food and drinks from Safeway and we were all set. Couldn’t have asked for a better location and a better host! Will definitely come visit again.
