Updated but true to that traditional charm that will take you back to when you were a kid visiting Grandpa's mountain cabin. Located in a resort that takes you back to a time when fun was plentiful, lift lines were minimal or non-existent, and nature was more valuable than electronics. Located along the historic Paiute Trail in Utah’s Tushar Mountains, in the Eagle Point Ski Resort off of Hwy 153, our Mountain Cabins Utah Condos are true diamonds in the most spectacular rough! Our Snowflake #17 is a beautiful ski-in/ski-out 2 bedroom, two-bath condo with a loft that sleeps 11 people. A Queen bed in each of the bedrooms, a corner unit bunk bed system in the loft sleeps 5 (including a trundle) plus a sleeper sofa for 2 in the living room!. Everybody has a place to sleep. Internet access, satellite TV plus a Blu-ray player is there for you to make your stay more enjoyable and comfortable. A real wood-burning fireplace with dry wood and fire starters makes things extra cozy and convenient. Fully equipped kitchen including cooking utensils, silverware, pots & pans, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, pizza pan, wine glasses, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, and microwave. You’ll find a starter supply of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and trash bags for your use. The deck has plenty of room to sit outside and enjoy spectacular views of the ski slopes and breathe the clean air with a nice cup of coffee in the morning or a beverage of choice in the evening to watch the sunset or look at the stars.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful mountain cabin. This cozy destination is nestled in a wooded forest and is the perfect getaway to just relax or enjoy the nearby trails and reservoirs. Take in the sound of birds from the deck or watch the sunset next to the fireplace. If you need to work or catch up on your to do list we have unlimited Starlink internet. The cabin is located 1/2 mile down a dirt road and best accessible with AWD or 4x4 vehicle although not required in the summer.

Come relax at our mountain cabin minutes away from Eagle Point Ski Resort. Enjoy year round fun with skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling in the winter, but don’t forget about getting out of the summer time heat to enjoy hiking, fishing, and all of the benefits of the Paiute ATV trails. After a great day of adventure kick back and relax on the porch and enjoy amazing sunset views, or relax in the hot tub (may not be accessible after heavy snow) with all that nature has to offer.

Eagle Point Resort Mount Holly Condo

Our condo is next to the Eagle Point ski resort. Located 18.9 miles east of Beaver on Highway 153, in the beauty of the mountains. Plenty of things to see and do in the summer as well as the winter. Excellent hiking, fishing, mountain biking, ATV trails and wildlife. There is a small play ground with swings and horse shoes available during the summertime. During the winter, you can ski down to the resort, getting back to the condo will require a small walk up from the parking lot.

Historical spacious courthouse turned into a Family reunion and large event paradise. Lots of room for everyone, kid friendly with lots of adventures waiting. Kitchen and large outdoor patio with firepit and lawn to play games including a volleyball net. Two lakes close by for fishing and swimming and miles and miles of ATV trails. Scenic views just up the mountain you can ATV to from the backyard. Also a library and game room with Smart TV for fun and relaxing.

Get away in your own private mountain retreat. Secluded in the forest, with stunning views of the ski slopes. Resort lodge is just across the street! This cabin is my dream come true. Get away from the crazy crowds and lines. Often heralded as the best place to learn to ski. I am happy to be able to share it with you (but only tell your closest friends). Enjoy the seclusion of your own cabin on over 1.6 acres with plenty of slope for sledding outside the door!
