Batista was super solicito, apartment better than the photos, everything clean ,super airy, good fans ( ceiling and floor) utensils in excellent condition, new washing machine. The security of the condominium very good and easy to communicate. Large pool. Very good beach for children. Calm waves and large stretch of sand. as Piúma is the city of shells the beach has a lot, great option for children who loves to catch conches. Next to Piúma, has a beach called Gamboa beach, I went and I was in love, it's worth knowing, it's less than 5 min from the apartment. i recommend this location, and I will be back soon. thank you very much Batista. Mto good site, mto near the beach, the always attentive host with agent, asking if everything was ok, the gas ran out and they arranged immediately…my family loved and we recommend Concerteza

It was my first time in Piuma and I loved the apartment, very well located in the way of the ad. Fernando always very active and willing to answer questions and assist in the stay. Loved it and will be back soon!

The condominium is very good, super large pool, facing the sea. Nearby barzinhos. Dead street, quiet. Complaint only in relation to the stuck car gate...it takes a long time to open... sometimes it has to get out of the car and push.

The accommodation is great, as per the listing, just like it. João Luiz very attentive, responds quickly when requested. The apartment is very nice, the roof is beautiful, spacious, all new and clean. The fact of accepting pet is also an excellent point! I highly recommend it.

We adore Elizabeth's house. We feel it at home. We stayed for 7 days, but it would be possible to stay more days smoothly. Great Location, Quiet place and very clean. In the kitchen there are all the necessary utensils. Very close to the beach. You don't need a car to go... Elizabeth and her family served us in everything we need. I recommend it to everyone, I hope to return soon. Thank you.
