This place is really great. The perfect setting to relax and unwind. You want to make the best of the amazing walks and visit all the surrounding coastal villages but you definitely will want to make sure you spend time back at the house on the hill.

A fabulous stay, perfect for two. From the moment of booking, Ainslie was very quick to respond, her directions were excellent. The Old Dairy was very quirky with everything you could need provided, lots of lovely touches to make it very homely. For us we particularly loved the wood burner and the hot tub (My husband wasn’t sure about using the hot tub, but when he saw how immaculate it was, changed his mind). We were impressed with the internet, using star link it provided a very good connection. The weather was beautiful while we were there and we almost wished it wasn’t as we didn’t want to go anywhere with Netflix and an ultra HD large television, I thought providing movie pick and mix was a very thoughtful touch. Most impressive of all was Ainslie who was a perfect host we were greeted with handshake and went home with a hug. 🥰

We loved our stay in this amazing cottage in a beautiful setting. Was exactly what we were looking for. Travel cot and high chair were provided, which was very helpful. We would definitely come back.

The house was very homely and had all required amenities plus some extras such as cleaning products, toilet paper and some kitchen essentials. The grounds are beautiful and so peaceful and we all felt right at home. The hot tub was a great addition. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer.

This cottage was in a lovely quiet little village just a 3 minute walk to the main town. I could not fault this accommodation! It was beautiful done out and even had a hot tub for an extra bonus. The hosts were second to none and they made you feel at home. They recommended local places to eat and things to do. If you had any problems, they were happy to help! The accommodation was literally a 10 minute walk to Loch leven and it's so peaceful. All the locals were very friendly and you've got to try the fish shop and stove pizzas! Very much enjoyed our stay in rural Fife. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor bath every evening we were there. The cabin was cosy and the bed extremely comfortable. Anne’s place is a great find—well-provisioned, cosy, quiet, and spotlessly clean. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. Anne went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, offering a flexible check-in and surprising us with thoughtful touches like fresh flowers, chocolate, and a great selection of coffees and teas. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the sofa provided a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Limekilns itself is a charming village with a friendly atmosphere and scenic coastal views. There are excellent options for eating and drinking, whether you’re in the mood for a cosy pub meal or something a little more refined. It’s easy to see why this would be such a wonderful place to live, and we would love to return in the future.

Beautiful 3 bedroom cottage with everything you need for a weekend away. Immaculate, very tastefully decorated, very warm & comfortable. The kitchen had all modern equipment & we had everything we needed to make a family meal. The attic room provided a separate lounge area which would be useful for bigger groups.

Just back from a lovely stay with my husband and dog! The cottage is well thought out and has everything you need. A very comfortable and cosy space. The best part is the location- we had our morning coffees outside overlooking the beach and loved being able to open the gate in the garden and walk straight on to the beach- our dog was in paradise! We will definitely be back!

We had a great time at Libby’s. We used this location as a central landing place after exploring around St Andrew’s, Stirling, Falkirk, Culross. We felt well taken care of and appropriately checked in on. It was a very cosy stay!

Great stay at the Nethouse. Natalie was not at home when we arrived but she communicated perfectly how to get access to the house. The place was exactly as it seems it the photos. Everything you may need is right on your doorstep, with shops, a couple of wee pubs and a chippie. Crail is a great base for exploring the gorgeous East Neuk villages.

We loved out time at Homelea Cottage and would definitely return! It was the perfect base for exploring Fife further. The cottage is decorated beautifully and is very spacious . It really felt like a home. We explored the surrounding areas, walked in Falkland, visited St Andrews and all along the East Neuk coast. We also took a train to Edinburgh. It was my first proper trip to Scotland ( aside from a work trip) and I loved it. We also managed to visit the Kelpies on our way up! Highly recommend this cottage, all communication was spot on and nothing seemed too much trouble. We dined at the Boars Head on our last day for Sunday lunch and this was a great recommendation! Lovely pub and stunning food. We will hopefully return sooner rather than later. Thanks again for a fantastic stay xx

Can’t recommend Rona and Bryan’s beautiful home No 3 Rose street enough. We had the most wonderful and relaxed weekend with our dog 🐕 Rona and Bryan met us on arrival, made us feel totally at home, giving us local recommendations and showing us around. The cottage is perfect, enclosed garden for the dog, cozy interior, spotlessly clean and the bed was so so comfortable. Rona and Bryan had already popped some bread, milk, tea, coffee, dog treats and some adult treats, such a lovely thing to do. We honestly can’t wait to return. We stayed over the Christmas period with our daughter who works in the local area. Cottage was beautiful and had pretty much everything we needed. The cottage was extremely clean and very comfortable. The downstairs had underfloor heating and a log fire which we didn't use as the weather was very mild. There is plenty to do in the area and lots of restaurants that are worth visiting however we chose to eat in most days as just wanted to spend family time together. Katie left some goodies for us when we arrived which was much appreciated as we had had an 8 hour trip. All in all we have a lovely time and would highly recommend

We were in Elie for 2 nights and the Cupboard was great for a short stay as we ate out both nights. Although exceptionally well equipped for such a short space it would have been difficult to cook. due to the lack of workspace. The design of the space is exceptional for the size of the space and the wood burner kept us lovely and cosy. There are 5 beds all together but it would have been a challenge having more than the 2 of us and our wee dog. We love Elie and will be back and it's very likely that we will use Short Stay St Andrews again.

We had a lovely month-long stay at 16 The Stables at Preston Hall. We brought our two little doggies and they absolutely loved playing in the backyard. Our 2-year old granddaughter had a blast on the playground set and loved saying hiya to the sheepies!! The wifi worked great and the sunroom was an amazing place to work remotely on our laptops. Henrietta and Will were great at communicating and responding to our requests. Sandra did an amazing job keeping the place tidy for us during our long stay. We highly recommend 16 The Stables and wouldn't hesitate booking here again! 💫💫💫💫💫

We loved staying at Nick's Airbnb. It was very peaceful and relaxing with the sheep and chickens nearby. We were very comfortable and will likely be back!
