Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Pitt County

We were in town for the inaugural Pirate 10 miler & this house was a perfect location. Easily walkable to campus plus super accessible to terrific local restaurants. The place was squeaky clean and comfortable.

A great place, Octavia was welcoming and understand of me having to book at the last minute. The home is beautiful and close to great amenities. I definitely will be staying again!

This is a wonderful wonderful place! My husband and I had our wedding here and our family and bridal party stayed here and we loved every bit of this place. The pictures does not show the true beauty of this place. It’s peaceful, beautiful, clean and large. I can’t say enough about how much I would recommend this place to anyone that is having an event, weekend away from home. Don’t pass over this place I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Shynar is the absolute best host! The home is awesome. Everything you would need. We prefer to eat in and had everything at the home to prepare meals. Even had a new grill for cooking. Gas appliances were an upgrade to what we have at our home. Beds very comfy and a nice covered back porch to hang out in the evening. Very quiet neighborhood. We will be staying there in the future. Place was just what we needed for our short stay in Greenville. Clean and well located. Met the description. Stocked appropriately. There is a train behind the house but our kiddos thought that was fun to watch.

Jessica was a wonderful host and the home was amazing. We had a great time in Greenville for the ECU homecoming. Will definitely be staying again. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mark and Paul’s property, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! I was a little nervous because this would be my first time staying at an apartment/condo style Airbnb and didn’t know what to expect. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The check-in process was seamless, and Mark and Paul provided clear and detailed instructions, making everything so easy. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to this area.

I stayed in Christine's lovely house from the 23 through 27. It was prefect for my trip, I was in her city to visit my child and grand babies. About 5 miles from my family, it is also very close to food stores, restaurants, gas stations,and general shopping stores. I love this place it was quite for the most part.

Instructions and descriptions were clear. Home ie a cute older bungalow type home close to everything. In a semi-industrial area but safe and once again close to the convention center, ECU, major roads, resturants and shopping.

Stayed in this gorgeous apartment for our daughter’s graduation. Not only beautifully decorated but also has everything you need and more. This place exceeded our expectations and set the bar high. The rooftop is a getaway with its own half bath, wet bar and views. As a terrific communicator Jen made our experience seamless. Definitely the best place to stay in Greenville!

Our stay was for a full month in the summer and a combination vacation and work trip. Overall, it was a very comfortable home away from home! Corey was extremely responsive and attentive to minor attentions needed in the beginning with the air conditioning system and Alexa setup. He even went the extra step to drop off a pair of scissors he learned I needed. The entire check-in and check-out process was seamless and well-documented. The furniture, appliances and decor are plentiful, modern and appealing. The board games and books are a nice touch, and one that we took advantage of. I especially liked the comfy beds/mattresses and the amount of bedding, blankets, and linens available! Adjusting from a single-family home to (compact and sometimes noisy) condo life for the month took a bit, but Corey and Jordan's home had all of the finishing touches to settle us right in.

Cozy and comfortable place. Ideal for families. We have felt at home. The decoration is beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed. On top of it, the guests were very kind and helpful.
