The apartment is stunning, with everything you could want for a cosy, stylish stay in freezing January. The location was great for the University and Arthur's seat, not to mention Hollyrood distillery! Ben was great on communication; highly recommended.

We loved our stay! Rachel was so helpful and responsive. Her place is in a wonderful location perfect for exploring the city. The flat is comfortable, warm and there are lots of thoughtful touches to make it a home from home.

A lovely apartment. We spent a weekend in late January so the weather was atrocious but we had a nice stay. I think it would be a pretty spot in Summer overlooking the marina.

Just a beautiful apartment. Really large bedrooms, great kitchen and living room and everything you need in terms of utensils and equipment. The nicest airbnb we have stayed in. Parking was easy. The property is about 3 minutes off the M8, meaning it is easy to travel to and from. So quiet and cosy. Andy is a brilliant host. Chapeau!

Spent around 5 days here couldn’t have asked for a better host or place to stay event let us stay after the original checkout time!. Will definitely book through his properties again.

Very responsive to questions. Clean and comfortable beds. Having washer and dryer was great after being on the road for over a week. Short drive to Tesco and Stirling Castle.

Fantastic communication from booking through to departure. Amazing house and great location. Easy enough to walk into Aviemore but far enough out the centre to be quiet and private. Great base for exploring the Cairngorms. Highly recommended.

Lovely place to stay. Bigger than the photos and lots to do in the local area. Chippy was great as was the Mhor bakery. Clean and excellent communication. Parking on the street at times was tricky but we were aware of this before we booked. Would stay again.

Lorna's place was fantastic! They greeted us at the door and had a lovely chat, extremely helpful. They even left us some home made cake that my mother was in love with and we tried Lorna's homemade jams that we adored. The place was spotless and it had everything we needed. My parents are seniors and the location was ideal so we could go places very easily and when they were tired it was easy to return. My parents were extremely impressed with the place and the kindness of our hosts! We loved it and we would absolutely come back!

Would get six stars if they could control the weather. Great place, bus stop across the road for access to Edinburgh city. Great for family, thanks for the coffee.

Jamie’s place is absolutely stunning and very well kept, with so much space! Jamie was also a great host providing recommendations ahead of our trip, seem less check in and proactive tips (like where to find more towels). I would recommend anyone visiting Scone or Perth to book in as it was a lovely base for our trip.

We had a great stay at Inverness at Rodjana & Ann’s place! The flat looks exactly as the pictures and was clean and well-stocked. I initially had some trouble finding the key box but Rodjana & Ann were super responsive and helped me out immediately. When I discovered a broken handle on the washer and lightbulb in one of the lamps, they sent a staff to look into the problem and fixed it the next day. The beds are super comfortable and we had a fun time cooking at the kitchen. The location was also great - we could easily walk to downtown and access train station, shops and restaurants.

Fantastic dwelling, great location and excellent hosts. We will definitely look to return to Edinburgh in the future and seek this residence as well as highly recommending it to our friends and family. Our hosts Mark and Dayna were wonderful especially with their wonderful gesture of allowing us to stay an extra night, free of charge, due to The Hogmanay Festival being cancelled. Thank you again. Nevertheless a wonderful visit to Edinburgh underpinned by an excellent apartment and generous hosts.

Fantastic spot. Really exceptional flat with great access to the centre of glasgow. Super welcoming host and the flat itself was so warm and cosy. A lovely place to put your feet up after a day / evening in the city.

Loved this apartment. On a quiet street near the tram stop. Felt very safe to walk even at night. The apartment itself was wow ! High ceilings tastefully decorated had everything we needed. Would highly recommend

Great place to be in the center of Edinburgh. We chose to be on the Royal Mile, so you have to expect some street noise at night. If you want 100% quiet, go to the suburbs. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Adjustable radiators in each bedroom were great for those who run hot or cold at night.

We had an amazing break at 12 Golf Place, the absolute best location ever! Great apartment, very well kitted out. Really comfortable beds and good showers. The flat was cosy and welcoming. Alastair was an absolute dream to deal with. I would have no hesitation in returning and in recommending the accomodation.
