We had a perfect stay at Bruno, Esperanza - and Betty! We felt absolutely welcome and at home. The apartment is beautiful - cozy and high quality furnished with everything you need. The garden was the perfect place to relax - in addition to the variety of plants, you can also enjoy the view of the forest and the hills of Tuscany. Within max. 40 minutes you can reach many different places and hiking areas by car, but you can also easily reach the surroundings and the nearest village of Ville di Corsano (with outstanding Panificio and well-stocked small supermarket). What made our stay so special, of course, is the host Esperanza and the host Bruno - in addition to valuable tips on what to discover in the area, it was the really exciting conversations that have stayed in our head. We will be back!

my partner and I stayed 2 weeks during the Christmas holidays. The apartment was very clean , cozy and related to all the comforts. Perfect location for a couple near Piazza del Campo, a 10 12-minute walk away. Carlo and Maria Teresa were two perfect hosts and made our stay perfect

I was in Castiglione della Pescaia for a week with my family and dog. I had a really good time at Flavia's place, very clean, very nice location and well-kept garden. I have to say that it is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of a vacation.

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which creates a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly enthusiastic about the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and to enjoy nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the host brought us a few toys for our friends' child – this made the stay even more pleasant. We will be happy to come back!

This is the reason we travel air bnb. The apartment is in the garden of an Italian villa house. It is spacious, spotless and beautifully renovated. Fresh persimmons falling from the tree in the garden. The host was wonderful- she kept in touch regularly and each day suggested things we might want to see and sent specific directions for where to park in the local towns. She left us fresh eggs one day. They can suggest where to go for a wine tasting as well. The location is just a km outside san gimignano. With your car you can easily visit many of the delights of Tuscany. We had a wonderful time here.

It was very great at Giovanni's place. He showed everything about the possibilities in the area with a map. The pool is wonderful, you can relax there wonderfully and of course swim. The unit is very large and well maintained, we were able to play there with our 15 month old child. In addition, Giovanni brought a lot of great things for the little one (play tower, high chair, toys, etc .) Monika was also super kind and helped us with everything. Thank you for everything. We will be happy to come back!

Great stay here during our time in Tuscany. The roads can be as you approach Michele's place so definitely recommend a small suv or something like that. Michele's was very friendly and flexible on things and even brought us a few things to do laundry with. There are two sweet cats that live on the property and one will come and greet you every morning if you're nice to it. We stayed here while spending time in Florence, Siena and the town of Poggibonsi is about 15 minutes away if you need groceries or a close dinner.

Spacious and secluded house, perhaps to make the most of the experience, it's best to take advantage of this place during the summer. Ideal for groups of up to 16 people (to reach 20 places you have to take advantage of two sofa beds). Very friendly and helpful host. In general I am very satisfied with my stay, the only negative note is the additional €100/night for the heating costs, I would have preferred to pay based on what was actually consumed.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

Lorenzo is a very tentative and really friendly host. He even cooked for us dinner in his living room with 12 other travler!! It was an outstanding experience having local food and a nice time together. He even catered special needs like vegetarian alternatives He is extremly fast in responding, gave us great recommendations and restaurant tips. He made sure we felt welcome and enjoyed our time. The accommodation is perfect for any nature love withe the dog, all the cats and sometimes I even heared owls at night. You made our trip perfect! Thank you so much Lorenzo!

Sassetta is a very nicely located, romantic village in Tuscany. Located in the countryside and is very quiet. Well equipped kitchen. Everything you need is provided (dishes, kitchen appliances, dishwasher, washing machine). The host is always available and very hospitable. We felt very well taken care of, we liked the private beach section with the botanical garden, which you can use. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay there, will come back anytime

We stayed in this apartment with our teenage daughters and our animals. The place is very clean and comfortable in a quiet area with a personal parking space. Easy to reach. It has everything you need to stay and we also found coffee, necessary for breakfast from the first days, oil, salt and everything you need. Alessandro told us to arrive before the scheduled check-in time and we were greeted by his father, a very friendly and helpful person. We visited a part of Tuscany always beautiful and, thanks to the good weather, it was wonderful days. Definitely to come back and recommend. Thank you Alessandro for everything.

Great location on one of the most beautiful beaches. You don't need a car to get to the beach or downtown. The warm outdoor shower was our highlight after a long day at the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at Matteo's apartment, he is a cool, sympathetic guy. There were also no communication issues cause he speaks english fluently (which is rare in this area).

Beautiful place between Cecina and Volterra to stay in complete tranquility and relaxation in the Tuscan hills, panora and fantastic sunset. Convenient to visit medieval villages and not far from the famous Etruscan coast and for those who love cities you can reach Pisa and Siena. Fausto is a fantastic host, accurate and very helpful, but not intrusive, he gave us directions to places to visit, typical beaches and also very nice restaurants nearby. Our stay was pleasant and relaxing what we wanted was to stay away from the confusion and daily stress, if this is what you are looking for here you can find it... you will only hear the "noise" of cicadas.

Beautiful place nestled in the woods in contact with nature. The tent is spacious and comfortable with en suite bathrooms. The views of the Tuscan hills are fantastic. To get there you have to travel a fairly long but feasible part of the dirt road ( I went up with a sandy dacia). Absolutely recommended 😊
