Excellent host and home next time im in i will be staying with Dorinda again

Sandra was a great hostess. Very communicative and very helpful. We worked the entire time we were there so didn't get to the club - pool - jacuzzi. But the house was perfect.

House was spotlessly clean and well maintained. We were really only sleeping there so did not use pool or backyard amenities. Would highly recommend. Only suggestion would be to have coffee and coffee condiments available on check in. Most Air BNBs I have stayed at offer this amenity.

Great location for accessing a wide range of local services & amenities. Very comfortable home which suited our family very well. The warm pool was great. Lovely & quiet despite being just off a main road. We had a great holiday in Sarasota despite the recent hurricanes. Thanks!!

We had a wonderful stay at Evona’s house. It was so comfortable & nicely furnished with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Super comfortable bed & sofa. Kitchen was great - spacious & well equipped. Especially appreciated the kettle being British! Loved the secluded garden & we had our thanksgiving dinner out there. The street was so quiet & next to the house was a pretty walkway which you could take - 10 mins walk to Aldi (supermarket) & the French bakery (highly recommended). Can’t say much about restaurants as we ate in most evenings but downtown is only a short ride away with lots of places to eat. Not a long drive to both Siesta & Lido beaches & Arlington park with its huge swimming pool is a very short drive or 20 mins walk away. We would love to return for thanksgiving next year.

Our stay was very convenient for the purpose of our visit. The home was as described in the listing and our host was very proactive.

This was our third time staying in this home. We have always found it, comfortable, clean and peaceful. Richard is a great communicator. We would never hesitant to visit again!

Shannon’s home provided the perfect setting for our family group age 2-80! We appreciated tasteful yet simple furnishings and found it child friendly and elderly safe. Location perfect. Very clean. Hope to return.

The house was perfect. The location was extremely convenient. The pool and spa were perfect, we throughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay. The home was spotless, quiet and well stocked. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house but was nice to come home to a quiet place after full days of fun. It was a perfect location for where we wanted to explore. The nearby beaches had lots of shells if you like shell seeking and a popular place for finding shark teeth.

We stayed with 3 other couples and had a great time. Plenty of room rain or shine. Nice clean and well kept property.

Thank you, Jane, for sharing your lovely home! We had a great time staying here. It was clean, well stocked, and located exactly between our two friends' homes. The bed was sooo comfortable, and the pool was also a highlight! It was clean and warm. At night, we floated around looking up at the moon and stars, and in the morning, we floated around drinking our coffee. It couldn't have been any better. Yes, as someone noted, there are some loose little stones around the edge, but we put a towel on the ground in front of the pool steps and had absolutely no problem getting in and out. Thank you again, Jane, you were friendly and easy to work with. Next time we're in Sarasota, we would definitely stay here again. Carol & Jake

this was my second stay with Priscilla and it was even better then the first! she let me help feed the animals and treated me like her family. I can't wait to come back and stay again!

Chris was a wonderful host. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Chris was communicative and flexible, providing us with early check in and giving lots of local recommendations. The house was very clean and nicely furnished, with a lot of nice amenities, in a safe neighborhood. We would definitely stay at Chris’ house again.

We had a great stay at this well stocked and clean home. Central location. Communication was great and our questions were addressed quickly. Definitely would stay here again.

Rosy’s place is so cozy and comfortable! My family absolutely loved it. We stayed during some very cold days, and it was perfect, the fireplace worked wonderfully and kept us warm. I did have a little trouble finding the place based on the GPS since it was nighttime, but that was just a minor issue. My kids were so happy, and we had everything we needed for a mini getaway. It’s a charming little house, so lovely and inviting. I absolutely recommend it!
