House vacation rentals in Pine Hill

Susanna, Sarah, and James were great co-hosts for our trip to the Catskills. We enjoyed the house, the outdoor space, and the proximity to Woodstock and other areas in the Catskills. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at the house again in the future.

We loved our girl's weekend at this place! A short drive to cute downtown Woodstock, and the relaxing and cozy house was an amazing place to hang out and be together.

This was a wonderful place to stay and our hosts were very helpful. The house was spacious but still cozy and welcoming. Great fireplace. One of the best equipped kitchens we've experienced in our Airbnb stays. Plenty of seating for everyone, Comfortable beds, individual room temperature controls. We had a wonderful Christmas here were our family. Plenty of parking for our 3 cars. Driveway and parking area plowed and sanded whenever there was bad weather. Even the deck got shoveled! Grocery stores and the town of Woodstock with its restaurants, shops, and Christmas atmosphere were near by. Skiing and bigger stores and towns not far away. A sincere thank you to our hosts for their thoughtfulness!

We had a great weekend celebrating our parents anniversary. The house was plenty big for all of us and the grounds are beautiful. Nathan was quick to respond when we had trouble navigating the AC and made sure we enjoyed our stay!

Loved the house. Kitchen is great. Awesome living room with very comfortable couch and fireplace. Bedrooms perfect. Hot tub was perfect. Original Nintendo system upstairs was fun. Went skiing at Hunter which is 20-25 min away. Woodstock 15 min away. Really a great place. Jaime was responsive, friendly and helpful.

Amazing location with a gorgeous yard! The house was fully stocked, making it a breeze to cook for our guests. Joseph was incredibly communicative and immediately took care of a minor issue in the basement. We had such a peaceful, bucolic stay—perfect for runners with lots of hills to explore. And the pool toys added so much fun to our weekend! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is cozy and got a zen vibe. The fireplace is so nice to have to sit by. The sauna is also a plus. The beds were super comfortable too. The view is so serene and peaceful. The owners are super responsive and I hope we can come back again!

We loved this location and the hosts were super responsive. it was a great getaway that was scenic, private and very relaxing. there was plenty of space inside the home (and outside) as to not feel cramped. this was also so close to many towns to visit for shopping, restaurants etc. would love to book again!

Scott hosted my friends and I in a beautiful home on the water. We enjoyed water sport activities, even in November! We were 10 minutes away from New Paltz and 10 minutes away from hiking spots! The house was east to locate, check-in to, and Scott communicated very effectively. We were even granted late check-out! The house was very charming, well-stocked, and clean. One of my favorite touches was the “pet essentials” corner. Scott provided our pup with a bed, food bowls, and a leash - very thoughtful! His rules are clearly explained and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend a stay at Scott’s and would love to return next time I’m looking to stay in the area.

The house matched the description and pictures. Easy commute for nearby ski resorts.

Our group of four families (16 people total) spent two nights at this great house. We cooked all of our meals at home, and the kitchen was well-equipped for our needs. We loved the offerings of games for kids and grownups, plus the video arcade game (Ms. Pac Man) downstairs! One thing for prospective guests to know is that the green-carpet bedroom (listed as bedroom #5) is a loft that receives light and sound from the living area, so it's not as easy as we thought it'd be to have kids sleep there. The photos are accurate, but we missed that particular detail.

What a beautiful place to spend Christmas!! Before moving to Australia next year we wanted one more cold snowy holiday. While we didn’t have as much snow as we’d hoped, it was still an amazing stay. The house is so homey and comfortable. With two young neurodivergent kids it’s hard being in a new place and the kids room was absolutely essential to our time there. The mattress in the primary bedroom is heavenly, and the overall decor and vibe of the house were incredible with enough room for everyone to have their own space (MIL included!). The kitchen was perfectly stocked and felt like we were right at home. We made a day trip out to Hunter Mountain to go tubing and a trip down to Kingston to Aldi and Target as well. Noah and Brandon were absolutely amazing hosts, Noah was extremely responsive even before we booked, and made sure we had what we need as our trip got closer. I would absolutely make the trip again and am so thankful for the memories we made!

Had a fantastic fall family trip here. This was our second time staying at Gavin and Alison’s and it was even better than the first! Beautiful fall foliage, very clean home, excellent communication with the hosts. We enjoyed so many indoor and outdoor fires, played games, and the dogs loved running in the backyard. The creek is a must see! Thanks for everything, can’t wait to return!

Perfect getaway! This serene house exceeded our expectations. Ideally located for college tours (just 1hr from SUNY Binghamton and 1hr from SUNY New Paltz). We explored nearby both colleges gems: Walkway Over the Hudson Bridge, Minnewaska State Park, and enjoyed dinner at Courtside Bar/Grill in Binghamton and “El Paso” in Highland. The house has everything needed for cooking; we loved using the indoor chimney and outdoor stove for grilling. The private creek and outdoor space are breathtaking - can't wait to return in summer! Don't hesitate to book; you won't regret it!

This place was so amazing and so much fun! She was not only very communicative but also friendly and welcoming! I got sick the day before we were supposed to arrive and Patti worked with me to find new dates to enjoy their gorgeous place. Patti is so responsive and very detailed with lots of recommendations. Cannot recommend enough

It was great place for getting out of city and enjoying the nature. Though it was cold outside it was great to have fireplace inside. Overall, the stay was great.

This place was excellent for a few days at Hunter mountain. It had everything a group of people would want….hot tub, sauna, huge game room, large TVs, an open kitchen/living room, outdoor fire pit, outdoor grill, huge porch on all levels, etc. I rent a lot of Airbnb’s and this was one of the best houses I’ve stayed at. Thank you Valentyna for having a great property and being a great host!

Jane and Klay were great hosts and their home in Stone Ridge was beautiful and spacious with great amenities. We loved the fireplace and our dog loved the huge front and backyard with easy to access trails right from the property. The hosts were proactive with communication and gave really nice recommendations for local hikes and restaurants. We had a beautiful snowy weekend and would definitely love to come back. Thanks again!!

For our purposes, which was a winter getaway with extended family and friends, this was a great spot. Location great if you want to ski in Catskills. Wonderful hikes right there. Fun space for entertaining. Would return 100%

When I first pulled up to Kliment's, I literally teared up - that's how breath-taking his spot is. It was just what the doctor ordered... if doctors actually treated your mind, body, and soul and not just your body :) Seriously though, Kliment's place was an oasis for me: private, quiet, peaceful, with amazing views of the Catskill mountains. His home itself was beautifully decorated, simple yet super cozy, and had everything I needed and then some. (And the chickens were lovely company as well!) Kliment is one of the best Airbnb hosts I have ever had, hands down. With a very hectic schedule, Kliment was flexible, responsive, kind and patient with accommodating my many change requests and needs throughout my stay. Kliment is not just a wonderful host, but also a truly wonderful person - the world needs more people like him. In short: I can't recommend Kliment's home or him as a host enough! If you are hovering over the "Reserve Now" button, book it!!! You won't regret it! :)

A great house for a ski weekend - beautiful views. Was great for three couples, may be slightly tight for four. Would definitely recommend.

kimberly was great, she gives us events to attend around town and we had a great time. I will definitely go again.
