The appartment is great, super clean, have a bus station and a grocery store that you can reach by walking. The appartment have a great kitchen and a cute terrace. Our only negative point with this place is that it’s far away from the center so you absolutely have to take the bus which is not always there on time which makes the traveling time consuming. Other than that, this place is great!

A great place to stay in Rome. Easy access to public transportation, groceries, restaurants, and shopping are within a 1 mile radius. Our party of 5 adults were able to sprawl out, make ourselves home, and enjoy what Rome has to offer. Marina was a wonderful host, providing local recommendations and being accessible. The apartment is on the first floor, spacious, and clean. Highly recommended.

This apartment is very nice and clean and has a really nice and big balcony. The kitchen has everything that you need in a kitchen, a nice and clean bathroom and there is a lot of space in the rooms. Everything works fine! It is quiet in the evening and night, which was really nice after spending the whole day in the center of Rome. Maurizio who manages the place is very friendly and helpful - he answered our questions very quickly and he was there to say welcome when we arrived and he was showing us everything in the apartment and told us how to go to the center and so on. I will recommend this apartment - thank you for a very nice stay!

Jimmy is probably the most helpful host I've ever met.We are coming to Rome by car, there are convenient free parking spots near our stay, and he is also very familiar with transportation to the Vatican or Rome attractions.If you want to go near the Colosseum, you can drive 5 minutes from the accommodation to the nearby subway station.The whole stay is also very comfortable, the TV, microwave oven, and the oven is also unique. The flat is such a cozy place where you can find a big balcony. The interior is very warm and all amenities are new. I would say jimmy is a great and super helpful host. He provides clear check in instructions and many good recommendations on food and places to visit. Such a pleasant experience.

Daniela was a great host. She was always responsive, always ready to help and support. Apartment was very beautiful and cozy with all needed amenities. On the last day, she took us to the bus station in her car. To reach out the city center you should take a bus, then metro. Bus station is just near the house. Also there is a supermarket not far from the apartment. The area is safe and comfortable. Will return here for sure.

We cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience we had in Lucia's magnificent apartment. First, the host: Lucia was such a warm and friendly person . Her communication was remarkably quick and incredibly flexible. She worked with our schedule on the arrival and was incredibly gracious on our departure. The apartment itself was perfect for our stay. Yes, it is exactly as the pictures depict-- but more, there is a personal and cozy touch to this home that photos can't convey. The artwork and furniture are inviting. The bed is terrific. The shower is great. The kitchen suited our needs. And the layout is amazing: the living area and dining room look over Piazza della Rotunda-- the Pantheon itself is a stone's throw away. You feel like you can reach out the window and touch the wall! There is a nice view of the piazza, which is just downstairs. In seconds, you're in the very heart of Roma! The bedroom is at the back, away from the piazza, so sleep is silent and easy. We'll be back!!

We stayed there for four night and what a super cozy place !! Fabio is also very responsive. The location is a bit far from the tourists hotspots which we actually wanted. There's a pizza shop right across the street which had delicious pizzas. The Supermarkets are also very nearby.

Very friendly host and present to make sure our stay was comfortable. Clean and tidy house, equipped with pots and pans and automatic heaters. Comfortable beds and working smart TVs. A one-of-a-kind experience with a homemade sauna that guarantees an alternative experience. Overall it was an almost perfect stay.

The apartment is 100% recommended! It's as it appears in the photos! It has a very large dining/living room, the room is also large and has a walk-in closet! Enrico is a good host who is attentive to you, he responds very quickly and makes the stay easier for you!

It was a great experience! The apartment was stylish and very cozy. There were a lot of dishes for cooking and all stuff in the bathroom. And it’s our favorite district in Rome. Fabrizio was kind, polite and gave us cool recommendations. Thank you so much!

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

Cristina's place is as shown in the pictures. I chose this place because I was traveling with children and they really enjoyed the facilities of the house. It was clean and tidy. Good location and good connections.

Iris' place is very well equipped for its small size and in a great location to explore Rome for a few days (walking or by lime bike or train). Iris was very responsive if we had any queries, flexible with our check in times, and very kindly left some treats waiting for us when we arrived. If we come back to Rome we would very happily stay here again!

Very cool place. New equipment and big screen smart TV. Everything is very clean. There is underfloor heating in the accommodation, but unfortunately the floor is cold right in front of the toilet. Maybe that's the only negative. The owners are very nice.

Great apartment with terrace on the ground floor. And with garden where there is also a large lemon tree. There are mosquito nets in front of all the windows and garden doors. Great! Plus the central location a few hundred meters south of the Vatican. Perfect for exploring Rome. We will gladly come back. PS. Dear Anna: The grid in the kitchen is easy to open by two turns clockwise. 😉😁
