My family and I came to Villa Ihor for 2 weeks & couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Thanos had asked us the names & sex of the children who were coming so that he could add some extras for them & did he do that! The thought he put into making everything perfect for our arrival was amazing! From children’s toys to blankets and even change pads, he really thought of everything! He communicated with us prior to our arrival many times to ensure that we were all set and had all of the information we needed, and he was there for our arrival as friendly and thoughtful as we expected him to be based on our communications ! Villa Ihor had everything that we could possibly need & the pictures don’t even do it justice as it’s even more beautiful in person! There are many opportunities for shade in the backyard. The cozy house is just what you need for a relaxing vacation. Amazing location with sea view and walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. All necessities are available in the house, incl. a much appreciated expresso machine and even a welcome package.

We were 3 families, we had a fantastic time. There wasn't a thing we missed, everything was perfect.

Amazing stay, had all the amenities necessary and more. Nadia prepared snacks, wine, ice in the freezer, toiletries, coffee, mosquito spray and much more. The villa had everything we needed, we enjoyed our stay very much and we recommend this to whomever wants a beautiful private vila, close to the sea. Thank you, Nadia, for everything!

The house is great, especially the bbq area. We were 6 adults, 3 kids, and one dog. Inside, it was clean and tidy. As a disadvantage I can say that one bed in the one bedroom which is too small for two people and it would be possible to put a bigger one. Also that there is one toilet and the lack of a dishwasher causes inconvenience. The host was very helpful and responded quickly!

We are extremely grateful to our host, who truly saved us by accommodating us (and our dogs) at the very last minute after a misbooking. They responded promptly when no one else did, which was a lifesaver. The flat itself is spacious and can comfortably fit 4-6 people. However, we believe the price is a bit high for the winter season. Unfortunately, the town felt dirty and abandoned during this time of year, which was disappointing. Overall, we appreciate the host’s kindness and quick response

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this Airbnb in Greece! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and stunning views. The location is perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while still providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The property itself was immaculate—clean, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space was a highlight, with a beautiful terrace where we enjoyed morning coffee and breathtaking sunsets.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location! The house had everything we needed. The view is stunning and it is great to have the beach so close that you can eat breakfast on it. Our daughter (1.5) enjoyed walking by herself and petting the dogs. She laughed a lot during the Donkey ride. It is a great place for kids to explore. Karin and her staf are very friendly. Dinos was the perfect host - very responsive, welcoming and unintrusive! The place is comfortable, right by the beach near both a nice beach bar and the free zone. Bedrooms are pleasantly cool in the night and the house is very nice and airy. Completely lived up to our expectations! ☀️

I would like to point out that there is little sea and much forest. You need to park on the roadside 2 minutes away by sea and walk 60-70m to the beach. I would like to point out that it is a very quiet and calm holiday site only because it is the end of summer. The house was clean,well furnished, and the water, which was not due to our hostess, in general, was a little limited by the fact that the water was not drinkable. We evaluated that there was a mosquito problem, but we were not very uncomfortable. Thank you for everything. It was a high price-performance stay. Thanks for everything

Kostas and his family are truly amazing hosts! He's been very communicative and helpful all the time. The apartment was very well equipped, sparkling clean, with all amenities as described. What stood out for us is something that never happened before in an entire apartment/house booked for a week - in the middle of our stay everything got cleaned, changed towels, bed sheets, etc. That was a really pleasant surprise , which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is also great - on a walking distance to the port of Epanomi, where you can find some nice restaurants and a mini market. It is also 5 min drive to the center of the village and 15 min to Potamos Beach, which is an amazing beach that we have been visiting for a third time and will be coming back for sure. There are also other nice villages nearby and Thessaloniki is not too far away either, so there is plenty to do for a week. Look no further for accomodation in Epanomi - everything in the place is well worth it!

Dimitris was professional, responsive and straight-forward. The interiors have been newly refurbished to a good standard. The place now comes with a cot/crib and highchair, as the owners bought them for our visit. The area is relaxing. The town center of Nea Irakleia is a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk. Walk on a back path because there is no pavement on the roadside to get there. Nea Irakleia is a nice small town where locals seem to be living the good life; with a strong sense of community but still welcoming to outsiders.

We had a great stay! Katerina lives with her son in the upper apartment, while the Airbnb apartment is the lower apartment with garden. The two were very friendly, always available and their son speaks very good English and also helped us a lot a few times. Still, we had complete privacy. We were there with our 2 year old son and rental car and for us the location was perfect. Beautifully quiet, great garden with beautiful sea view. You just have to walk across the street and you are at the beach which is clean and beautiful! We were there in September and sometimes even had the beach completely to ourselves. The location is also good for taking a hike near Olympus, or visiting the archaeological sites in Vergina and Dion (all about 40 min drive).

My friends and I loved our stay at Electra’s place. Electra was always responsive and helpful. Her neighbour Paul greeted us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome - he was very helpful and gave us recommendation’s. The house was very clean and cosy. We loved having a private beach and the surroundings were beautiful! We would definitely return.

Thank you very much for the opportunity to experience the traditional Greek house. We immediately felt at home. Very quiet, relaxed, you have everything you need to enjoy relaxing vacation days. Beautiful restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. By car, all beaches and beautiful little places can be reached. Of course we would like to recommend house 2.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Afroditi's beach house in Mikiverna! This house is by far the best we've stayed in during our 6 consecutive years visiting this charming place. The location is perfect, right on the beach and directly in front of the playground, which was ideal for our family. The house itself is impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It truly felt like a home away from home. Every appliance and amenity we could possibly need was available, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. Afroditi is a wonderful host—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions or needs we had. Her hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Mikiverna. We'll definitely be back!

Amazing view from the house! The road to the private beach is quite steep but it’s worth it. The host was responsive and gave us a lot of amazing recommendations.

We had a wonderful stay with Jamie! There’s a beautiful pergola with lovely view of the ocean! The house was great for a group, with outdoor dining area, terrace and spacious kitchen/living room. Good mix of access to shared pool area and the ocean about 15 minutes walk from the house. Afytos is a lovely, picturesque town with nice restaurants and bars. Very happy with our decision to stay in this village. The center is about 10-15 minutes from the house, which means that the surrounding area of the house is peaceful while the liveliness of the town is still not too far off. Jamie was a wonderful host – welcoming, accommodating and with quick and easy communication. He was a great help during our stay. Would love to revisit someday!
