This place was just what we were looking for: cozy, spotless, quiet, and perfectly spacious for two. It’s right next to Bologna’s train station, which made it super easy to find (and despite the location, you can’t hear the trains at all, it’s incredibly peaceful). Everything was excellent, from the smooth communication with the hosts to all the thoughtful touches in the apartment. If we ever return to Bologna, we’ll definitely stay here again, it truly felt like home. Thank you for everything!

I stayed at Giulia’s flat for a week and had a wonderful experience. Her mom greeted me at check-in even though we didn’t speak the same language, she was so warm and welcoming that communication was no problem at all. The flat itself felt like home. Very clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The location is perfect: everything is within walking distance, including the train station, which made it super easy to visit nearby cities. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!

A very functional and lovely apartment in the historic centre. There’s an elevator and you only have five easy steps to the door. It’s the best address in a bustling area with shops and bars. It’s close to the two towers and Piazza Maggiore. Actually close to everywhere and even reachable by taxi. We loved the apartment! You enter into the living room, the bedrooms with own bathrooms are on both sides, which makes it very practical and convenient. The beds and pillows were comfortable, bed linen and towels were good quality. The bathrooms were spacious and there are good lights everywhere in the apartment but also natural light from windows. The walk in closet linked to the other bedroom was a plus, as well as the many hooks to hang your clothes and other items. We stayed for one week and would have enjoyed an even longer stay there. We can recommend the Green House, it’s worth the price. Gabriele was a great host, thank you!

I strongly recommend this place! It’s within walking distance from Reggio Emilia, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the necessities. Plus, you even get free coffee—such a nice touch! But what truly makes the stay special is Alberto. He’s not only incredibly kind but also genuinely cares about his guests, always ready to help with anything you need. It’s rare to find such hospitality these days! If you’re looking for a cozy, hassle-free stay with a welcoming host, this is the perfect spot. I’ll definitely be coming back!

A well appointed apartment with plenty of space and everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and linen was spotless. Easily walkable to the centre, with interesting shops along the way. Elena herself was lovely, very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

We were warmly welcomed by Angelo. He provided us with many useful tips about the area and was always available and also on site. The apartment is very quiet. A perfect place to relax. The pool was fantastic and the garden was very well maintained and you could relax wonderfully. We found the waterfall nearby to be the most beautiful. Where you could go swimming. You absolutely need a car to get to the next village. From the apartment to La Spezia it takes about 1 hour and to Pisa about 1.5 hours. We felt very comfortable.

Always responded quickly to messages. It also takes 10 min. by bus near the airport. 15min by bus to the center. The apartment is very clean and has a private toilet in it. Although the people staying in the apartment next door made noise in the middle of the night, we wrote to the host and immediately warned them that the sounds stopped. Highly recommended.

Very convenient location for the Fair, reachable on foot in 9 minutes, with paid parking nearby and a convenient bar below the house. The sofa bed was unique, which was very uncomfortable (you could hear the bars of the structure under the mattress). Bed and sofa bed are in the same room.

My family and I had a great stay here in Bologna. The flat is perfectly located for exploring everything the historic center has to offer. The flat itself is a great size with marble floors throughout, a well equipped kitchen and everything else you could want. Id love to stay again sometime.

Amazing super clean Airbnb centrally located in Bologna. Really close to the train station and everything you need to do while you’re in the city. The apartment is quite spacious and the jacuzzi is fantastic. Ida was an excellent host with great communication and let me do a late check out free of charge. Highly recommend her place if you’re visiting Bologna, Italy. You won’t regret it
