We had little time to stay in Pescara, but for this reason, finding availability at flexible times was important. Convenient reserved and protected parking, since we had the car full load. We'll definitely be back

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great stay. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

A stunning location, incredibly peaceful with easy access to Mogliano and surrounding villages. The apartment was perfect, plenty of space, two huge bedrooms, air con, good shower, kitchen had everything we needed. The swimming pool was clean and very much needed on the hotter days. Few other guests around but never felt crowded. Kirsty and James are the most amazing hosts, always happy to help and answer any questions…no matter how small. Kindly helped organise a Saturday night taxi and made dinner reservations for us too. We hope to return!

The villa is as described. The slopes were a challenge for me because, at 90 years old, I have difficult walking. The villa is on a hillside in a wooded area with a lovely view of the sea. Plenty of places around the grounds to sit and relax. While the building has been restored, it retains original window shutters and curved brick ceilings. Picturesque tiles decorate the face of the building. Rebecca was an amazing host. She quickly responds to any questions one might have.

A cozy, quiet apartment close to good coffee bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Beachfront and top floor apartment with a terrace overlooking the sea, very well located in the heart of the city with everything within walking distance. Large area of the accommodation, well equipped with modern appliances. Clean and tidy. Beautiful decor. Very very good bedding. Thanks to Francesca for her welcome, her little touches, and her recommendations (bike rental, restaurants and bars). I recommend it.

We stayed at this property for a week and Mrs. Leondina welcomed us with great warmth and kindness, responding to our every need. The apartment has ample spaces, modern and clean, with everything you need and its strength and extreme proximity to the beach. Great experience, we'll definitely be back! Thanks Leondina :)

Great place, absolutely terrific view of the ocean. Great location. Close to everything that you will need. The bathroom and shower were very user friendly. Very easy check in and the parking was by the front door! Also, the elevator was wonderful for the luggage. Can’t go wrong with Cristiano’s apartment .
