Lorenzo went above and beyond as a host. Extremely fast responses and even helped me with some local recommendations. Highly highly recommend booking with them. Place is exactly as described, comfortable with all the amenities you would need. Very easy check in and access. The location is in a quieter area about a 15-20m walk away from the city center, or there is a tram close by (2min walk) that will take you in one stop.

This is a beautiful villa! We enjoyed the easy trip into Florence each day and even happened upon a Renaissance Festival in San Casciano. We came home each night to soak in the Tuscan scenery and relax at the villa. It was a perfect stay thanks to Rose and Pier!

Friendly hosts with quick answers, willing to address our concerns within minutes. Good location with all the amenities needed for an extended stay. Will reserve the David Suite again the next time we’re in Florence!

The loft is beautiful. If you are going to spoil yourself this is how to do it. Space to enjoy outside on a terrace overlooking Florence. A lovely space to sit and watch a fire upstairs or go down for a swim in the eco pool. Lots of loving attention has been put into this place and it shows. The bathroom was the best we have encountered on our travels in Italy. Thanks for making this space available and loving it as you do.

Very good location (just outside the ZTL, traffic-calmed zone) Especially by car super convenient, you should not drive further into the old town and the private parking space in an enclosed courtyard is included in the accommodation. The old town is also within walking distance of restaurants and cafes. The residential area looked clean and secure. The apartment is a good size for two people and a balcony. Basically very satisfied, towards the side street and inside of the building rather clairaudient. Very friendly hostess who responds in a timely manner. I will gladly come back.

Location is very good and room was clean. Easy to check in and get in. Most of all the host Alessandra was super nice. But be aware that in Firenze(actually most of Italy), there are many mosquittos. Prepare your mosquitto spray!

Nice old farm house! Paolo was very friendly, even though our Italian is not too good. Note that Google knows "Agriturismo Pian di Maggio", so navigate there! The house has no house number, so searching for the listed address gets you to the correct (but long and mostly uninhibited) road ;)

This place was beautiful and great. We were looking to have a quiet and relaxing time with accessibility to local activities and it was great. Nice place. Would return.
