The bungalow was outstanding. You could not ask for more. A private yard and balcony right in front of the beach. Access to shared space to make friends and the beach itself was very nice. Not overly crowded with everything you need right up the hill. I would stay here again without hesitation. The place is well maintained and charming. Communication was seamless with Michael and his team. 10 days was simply not enough!

It is a great place to stay for everybody who loves sea. 30 seconds and you are at the beautiful sea shore and beach which is very comfortable for swimming and sunbathing. The location is perfect to find walkable thai food restaurants and grocery stores. Bungalow is very clean and comfortable too. Michael was very helpful and friendly host. We had a beautiful time for a few days. When it rains, as soon as it rains, if the wind blows, it is a tranquil and beautiful space. I would definitely spend time here on my next trip. If you come to Phuket Kata Beach, you should definitely stop by. When something went wrong, they were kind and proactive. Host friend. I hope you are always healthy and full of happiness. We had the most wonderful stay at “The Bridge”! The apartment was cosy and we felt right at home. The view from the veranda was exceptional and we’ll miss the sound of the waves of the nearby sea. Michael and co-host Elly were kind, helpful and responsive. We loved that the location was less touristic compared to other areas of the island and still offered great restaurants and activities in walking distance. We’d love to come back some time!

Nice and friendly communication. The hosts were on hand to help, whether it was renting a scooter or booking a taxi. The rooms were cleaned daily and there was always fresh water. A quiet oasis, but still central. We felt very comfortable. I highly recommend it.

I loved it, stayed one month. there were fruits for me in the fridge when i arrived. Michel and Janine were always there when i needed something (the blender, an information about Phuket..). all good !

This place was so gorgeous, I wish I never left! The host was very nice and caring. It seems a bit out of the way but actually we never had issues finding a bolt. Nothing to complain about! Very recommended:)

Superb stay at Villa Desi We had a wonderful time at Villa Desi! The stay was perfect in every way. The villa is beautifully decorated, clean and equipped with every comfort you need. The quiet location allows for total relaxation, while everything you might need is within easy reach. The hospitality of the owners was extraordinary; they went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The pool and garden were well maintained and a lovely place to relax. We are looking forward to coming back here in the future. Thank you, Villa Desi, for an unforgettable experience!

Alex is the best ! Traveling with a handicapped person is difficult, Alex made every effort to accommodate all our needs . He and his wife are the kindest and most helpful , as is the neighbors and locals . As far as the villa it’s in the perfect soi away from busy scooters and cars . I will say , it’s amazing villa , but outdated with no tv so please expect this . As for myself it’s a non issue , as I was expecting to detach while on my stay, but some people need tv and I’d say make sure to bring laptop . There are no negatives I could speak of about the villa and of the experience. I’m actually planning another booking with Alex on my next stay next year . This host goes above and beyond and for me this speaks volumes of his integrity and concern for his renters . My only advice is if it’s your first time stay in Thailand do ample research on the common things to expect .
