Vacation rentals with a patio in Phra Pradaeng District

The location is a little out of the city, but good luck finding anything near as nice for this price in the middle of the city. There is a 7-11, ATM, gym, coffee machine, and an amazing pool with a great view. As for the room, everything was just as seen in the pictures. Very comfortable bed and linen, with dimmable and RGB lights inside the room. Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, silverware, glasses, etc… The bathroom is a little tight, but is extremely clean. All in all an amazing place for the price. Excellent room, would book again!

Phani made my first airbnb experience and my first trip to Bangkok extremely memorable and great. She was super kind and responsive and helped me out greatly with booking cabs to tour Bangkok and around as well as arranged airport pickup on request.

Great place and great host. Amazing location for me as it is quiet and family oriented complex. If you are coming to Bangkok to hang at all the bars on Sukhumvit this is probably a bit far from there for you. Convenient to BRT (and then Sathorn BTS) and River. Great WiFi. Amazing views.

Great stay overall, a bit outside of the central area though. But there were always Grab drivers waiting next to the property so all good. The complex has also a restaurant and coffee shop and especially restaurant, prices are very low. I work out regularly and I found the gym to be very small. Room was great, as well as the swimming pool

Very nice, clean house. Good architectural design. Very new house. There is a space for kids to play and draw in the house. Spacious rooms. 1 master bedroom with nice bathtub+2 rooms + 1 big room and one additional bedroom at ground floor. Recommend for a big group with kids. 7/11 just 1 minute walk. BTS Onut with Lotus where we can enjoy food court before taking BTS. I will recommend my friends to come. Will come back again. WiFi is working well. Reasonable prices. It’s value for money.

Great location, amazing Host

The host was very accommodating and responsive. The place has quite a number of great local restaurants and shops and very quiet and safe. Excellent ventilation and airconditioning. Each room including the living room and den has its own aircon. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The place has quite a number of great local restaurants and shops.The housekeeper stays outside the unit and for any help needed, she is available. We will come back to this place again. Internet is also commendable.

The location of the house is located in wanglang market, hidden in the city, the busyness of the room is clean and cozy, you can go out and play by boat, convenient transportation (if you don't drive).One hundred to recommend!!!!!!Next time I come to Bangkok, I will choose here again again next time I come

A very nice place to spend holidays. I love to sit on the terrace facing the canal. It is very convenient to stay for a couple of days, close to the village markets and various Thai food.

The house was clean and was exactly as described! Self check-in was super easy, and location was a walkable distance to the SKYTRAINs. It was so convenient to have all amenities ready to use (shampoo, soap, cooking utensils etc.) so if you are just getting off the plane and tired, you don’t have to go anywhere extra! There is also a close 24-hr restaurant as well as a 7 Eleven within walking distance. The only thing I feel could be improved is the stairs are quite slippery, so maybe mats or something could be put on to help prevent falls.

Benyada's house is like an oasis of peace in the middle of the jungle of the city, beautiful, clean spacious, we felt at home in it and if we still go to Bangkok, we will definitely stay here again

We had a fantastic stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Traveling with our 5-month-old baby, we were concerned about air pollution, and they kindly provided us with an air filter. They even set up a crib for us without us asking—such a thoughtful touch! The golf cart made getting around super convenient. Highly recommend this place for its exceptional hospitality and service. Would definitely stay again!

Shami’s condo was exactly as mentioned in the listing. She was very responsive and gave clear instructions for checkin and check out. The place is on 34th floor and offers amazing views of the roads below, both from the room and the utility area. All equipment’s worked as expected. 7-11 on the ground floor was an added advantage which eased out stay. However, the room felt a bit smaller than what I’d expected. The place is at a junction of busy roads and wouldn’t recommend for tourists who are not used to Bangkok, esp given public transport would be some mins away to take you to CBD area.

Chonny's place is clean, comfortable, and cozy. Internet was fast. Bedrooms were very comfortable- beds and linens were hotel-quality. Towels and basic bathroom supplies were provided. It was very nice to also find a coffeemaker + beans -- very convenient on days when we didn't want to go out early for breakfast. Airconditioning was quiet and sufficiently cold --such an important thing in hot Bangkok. Near the train station (about 5 minute walk without luggage, 15 with luggage). Very easy to grab a taxi to anywhere. Just a short walk to Koreatown, Terminal 21 mall, and other places to eat and drink.

Nice Condo in a super lively neighbourhood yet quiet to sleep amazing. A bit many mozzies in the flat otherwise great flat. Pool doesn’t allow alcoholic drinks which is a shame otherwise great place and also gym above average Condo gym. Overall decent value for money and very nice/ responsive hosts!
