The home is lovely and Retha and Tanya were brilliant. If anything the photos on the listing don't really do it justice!

We got ready there and spent the night after a wedding. It was perfect. Easy to get in and out. The room was perfectly cleaned. We appreciated the snacks, rusks and coffee available to us. There was an iron and ironing board. Bring your own hairdryer if you're going to need one. Everything else we could have wanted was there. Thanks for the great accommodation.

Elize is a great host who always makes her guests feel at home. The place is pristine and peaceful, the surroundings are breathtaking.

My family and I really loved the home. The pictures on the app are basic as it is more beautiful in person. The home had everything we needed and our kids also had fun in the pool side. Thank you so much to our host for always checking up on us,what a warmhearted lady.

The experience was something out of this world! From beginning to end we were treated like VIP’s yet it felt like home at the same time! The on site staff were simply amazing and attentive, having our own private ranger Rochelle living on the property provided safety as well as expertise! She is unbelievably knowledgeable as well as kind and accommodating and went out of her way to show us beautiful wildlife sitings! Expect more than what you get, the listing has private chalets instead of bedrooms all in a house which all include King Sized beds and outside showers and super comfortable linen! I cannot wait to come back! Thank you for a magnificent getaway!

Nice, simple bush house.

Everything you need for a quick wilderness getaway fix! Cottage was exactly what we needed, loved exploring the reserve and swimming in the rock pools! The environment is stunning and the river is very special. Will definitely visit again.

The venue is great. Often when booking for a large group, you find that while there are enough beds to cater for 10+ people, amenities such as the kitchen are unable to handle that many. Idwala, on the other hand, has a massive kitchen plus many braai areas plus a lot of dining seating, which made our stay all the more comfortable.

Khanya is such a great host, she was easily reachable and shared helpful recommendations of things to do around the area. The property was clean, looked exactly like the pictures and felt like home. Staying with Khanya was an absolute pleasure and I will visit again soon!

What a wonderful weekend away we had at Linda and Peter’s place. It had everything we could have wanted. A lovely, easy to work in kitchen. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The beds were so comfy. The view was wonderful from the stoep. I haven’t seen so many stars in a long time. While our hosts ensured we had everything we needed, they gave us privacy. I have no doubt we will head back there sometime in the new year.

This was THE best pet accommodation I have been to. Ziggy's house is better then some of the three stars I've visited. Comfortable beds, good water pressure and warm water. The house was spacious. Ziggy was accommodating and so nice. We had a blast.
