Great location and nice home.

The pictures are representative of what you will receive. Clean and tidy. The kitchen is fully equipped and suitable for someone who enjoys cooking. An amazing spot near the seaside. The location is extremely quiet and doesn't have any noise. The supermarket is within walking distance, but for the rest, you will have to walk three to five kilometers, which we did even though we had a car. This apartment is a great choice for a stay in Hua Hin, and my partner Malika and I recommend it.

Jirawans apartment was outstanding, exactly how it appears in the photographs, very spacious and everything you can think of was supplied even spare batteries for remote controls, it was exactly what my wife and I wanted , the swimming pool is fantastic with sunlight all day , which is a rarity in condos , plenty of shade available if you want it, a/c was fantastic and quiet, beds were comfortable, plenty of local restaurants and bars within walking distance. Soi 102 is a really up and coming area. Jirawan was available all the time. But we only needed to message her about checking out as we never had any problems. Plenty of towels , beach and bathroom supplied. If your thinking of spending some time in Hua Hin stay here , because when we return we certainly will. Thanks Jirawan for a great stay. We stayed for 1 month and had a car for half of that time . But Bolt app is fantastic in this area if you don’t want to rent a car .

My family of 5 had a fantastic holiday! The place was perfect, right on the beach and walking distance to everything (shopping centres, markets, restaurants & cafe). There was 3 fantastic pools, and the kids loved the slide. Peerawat was very helpful and he even made it easy for us to check in at 1am. Highly recommended and we hope to be back soon! Comfortable condo on 1st floor, you can jump to pool from your bed, nice patio. Everything was good. Location is a bit countryside , a small shop is near, good coffee in 5 min by walk. Host can borrow a bicycle, in 10 minutes there 7/11 and lotus

Beau and her place are great! At one end of the beach for relaxation and peace. The place has everything you need for a long stay, like an efficiency apartment. It’s within 5 minutes of everything in town, has a 7-11 next door and a few food stands surrounding

We had a fantastic stay at Frank's place! The location was easy to find, within a charming townhouse community. Frank was a wonderful host—warm, welcoming, and very responsive to all our requests. The house was immaculate and fully furnished, with plenty of towels, bed linens, kitchen utensils, blankets, and an iron and ironing board. We felt right at home. The beautiful warm-water pool was perfect for relaxing swims. The scenery was breathtaking, with stunning mountain views, and it was conveniently close to Hua Hin's main city. The location was ideal for exploring, being about 3 km from the beach, night market, Tamarind Market, and Cicada Market. For families, there were many kid-friendly spots nearby, like Market Village Kidzone, Camel Zoo, Malai Farm, and Memories Cafe. Local dining options included Nok and Noi's restaurant and The O Bar for pool and food. We loved both the house and the location. Frank's place is a gem, and we would definitely visit again. We had a fantastic time staying at Gem’s place. It is a great place for my family and our dog to enjoy the beach. The area is best accessed by vehicle but there are a few restaurants within walking distance.

I spent a month in this cozy and pleasant studio located on the 8th (top) floor of a lovely condominium. The building has a beautiful inner courtyard and offers a welcoming atmosphere. Everything in the apartment works perfectly, and the host is very responsive and easy to communicate with. I truly enjoyed my stay here. One point to be aware of is the cleaning service arrangement. It’s handled by the condominium staff, but it’s paid separately by the guest. There was also some initial misunderstanding about linen changes. The location is convenient, though there’s no direct access to the beach. The nearest pedestrian crossing over the highway is about a 7-minute walk away. On the plus side, the condominium provides excellent parking facilities for both scooters and cars. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend this place for a comfortable stay!

My friends and I were looking for a good price accommodation near the beach in Hua Hin, and Bantita’s place was perfect. We could easily walk to the beach and nearby malls. Bantita was a great host who recommended us to take the green truck to the Tamarind Market, where we enjoyed delicious street food. We had a fantastic time and get along together so well, would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fine, thanks to the owner for the hospitality and responsiveness! Every evening we watched beautiful sunsets. The only downside is that there is a rather noisy railway nearby.
