Vacation rentals in Philmont

We had a great time staying in this beautiful and comfortable space. It had everything we could hope for and was perfectly clean. The air felt and smelled fresh as we walked in the door. It was spacious and well appointed with extras like condiments, games and puzzles. There was a dog gate and potty bags in case we brought our pets. We didn’t bring ours this time but might in the future because we definitely want to stay here again. There were plenty of clean linens and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were great. The coffee was delicious and there was tea too. We didn’t use the air fryer, but it was nice to have that and the gas stove in case we wanted to cook. Thank you for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sandi’s place. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is great for couples and families. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a big NYE dinner. And it was just a few mins from Chatham center and I90, while still quiet and isolated. Sandi was great at communicating with us and was very flexible about check in and check out times, which we appreciated. We had one toddler with us and there was also a pack and play and a high chair. We would stay here again!

This place was a breath of fresh air. I've noticed a trend on AirBNB of rentals that are obviously flipped investment properties with no character and no evidence of life: this place is the opposite! Charming, comfortable, with hosts who actually know the area and live in the area. This is a great family option when visiting the surrounding Hudson Valley towns. I hope I can get back here soon!

This was our best stay ever. Aline is very helpful & responds right away The scenery all around is magnificent & neighborhood is super peaceful. House is fully stocked with everything you might need during your stay We will definitely be back in the summer!

This cabin is very cool. Rustic and comfortable, and a five minute drive in any direction from a number of great restaurants and things to do. The sauna was so lovely, the whole place felt like you had the joy of cabin living without actually having to rough it, if that makes sense. Jon was very responsive, had a ton of recommendations in the area, and when we had a question, he was, and please excuse this terrible but necessary joke, Johnny-on-the-spot. If we liked hiking, there were places to do that very near. We don’t, so we didn’t do any of that - but other people should! All in all, great stay, great experience, very relaxing. 10 of 10, would recommend.

Perfect 😊. More than worth it for the price. As a family that visits windham often this was a great deal. The place is perfect, great location and super cozy. Has all amenities you could need and was clean. Host was super easy to get in touch with and everything was so easy. Couldn’t ask for a better spot. Would definitely book again.

Great house, great host, great views. This house had many televisions all equipped with roku TVs and access to almost every app. We have many Airbnb experiences, and the full access to media was a nice touch that you dont always get. Ray was great, he even stopped by with a gift for our family on New Years Eve. 10 out of 10.

We were looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway for the long weekend that allowed dogs. Nilda 's lovely, cozy rustic cabin was the perfect venue. The place was fully stocked with amenities and creature comforts that were thoughtfully curated to ensure guests had all they could need and more. We spent our evenings warm by the fire watching the snow fall. During the day we got to explore the wintry wonderland on Nilda's private property and enjoy the local downtown shops, trails, and restaurants. There was also a fenced in yard where the dog could run free - something he rarely gets to do in the city. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sally’s cozy apartment! It is well appointed and tastefully decorated. Sally was very responsive and caring. The beautiful views out of our bedrooms onto the garden and the wide open landscape behind it were major treats, especially on the morning after a heavy snowfall. We found everything we needed and more than expected - and hope to be back one day! Thank you very much, Sally!

Craig and Julie’s place was a surprise for us to find. It was beautiful, stylish, roomy and comfortable. It has enough room for two families. The bed was comfortable. Although we only stayed for one night, we had a great time. The stairs to second floor is a little steep as others described. But it’s ok once you get used to it. The location is also very private with a huge backyard. The host was super responsive and friendly.
