Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Phillip Island

We absolutely loved staying at Jenny's gorgeous home. It was so unbelievably spacious, very clean, and extremely well stocked with everything you might need. We especially loved the wide balcony that overlooked the front garden and the tall gums that were home to many beautiful birds. We only wished we could have stayed longer!

My wife, mate, dog and I all stayed at Lucy's place for the MotoGP. The place was spotless, comfortable and secure. Very convenient location for the MotoGP and for exploring the beautiful surrounding area. Our dog loved the garden and it was wonderful to have him with us for the weekend. Lucy's instructions were very detailed and clear, and she was also immensely flexible with the check-out time as we needed somewhere to keep the dog until we got back from the race in the afternoon. We would definitely recommend Lucy's place and we'd love to stay again!

Warwick and Catherine's place was the perfect base for our family of four. The house was super clean and exactly as described. The beach is a short walk away. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great time, house perfect for families and friends. Kids enjoyed the big backyard, played cricket and basketball, as well as all the fun things to do inside like pool and table tennis. The location was perfect, we could walk to the main street, with the shops and beach close by. Would stay again!

The house is great, spacious, and well-equipped. Large backyard for pets and the deck is great to sit out on. It was fun having a table tennis table. Very well-equipped kitchen (a working grater would be handy). Comfortable furniture, beds, etc. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property and stay again.

We recently stayed at "Twin Beaches" in Cowes, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful attention to detail that made this property stand out. The location is perfect – tucked away in a peaceful spot but still just a short stroll to both beaches and the vibrant town centre. The home itself is beautifully maintained, with modern amenities and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The open-plan living area was ideal for relaxing, and the fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay. The bedrooms were spacious and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day exploring the island. We especially loved the outdoor deck area, which was perfect for morning coffees and evening drinks. The garden was a lovely space for the kids to play, and the secure parking gave us peace of mind. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay memorable

We had a fantastic stay at Sally’s house! My whole family absolutely loved it. The home was cosy, well maintained, and clearly well loved, with everything we needed for a perfect beach trip. The backyard was ideal for our dog, offering plenty of space to run and play, and there was more than enough room for everyone to relax inside. Sally was an outstanding communicator, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend this home for a family vacation, especially if you're traveling with your dog 🐶 ❤️

Anne’s place was beautiful. It had everything & more needed for a holiday near the beach. Beach towels, beach chairs, picnic bag & mats to lay on were all supplied. Plenty of coffee for the pod machine & so many treats, lollies, wine, cheese & bics & the most thoughtful bag of treats for a Christmas gift. The space is so homely we didn’t want to leave. Walking distance from everything . Highly recommended for an extremely comfortable holiday.

Sandra's place was the perfect relaxation destination. The views were spectacular and the serenity of the surroundings was so so lovely. It was quiet and peaceful yet getting to the town of San Remo was super easy - a very short drive or a lovely 30-40 min walk. The nearby restaurants were all great - the meals at the Westernport Hotel or the San Remo Hotel-Motel were top notch as was the pizza at the Little Pizza Shop. Sandra's place was clean and very comfortable and having coffee pods available and a coffee machine was very much appreciated!! My husband and I and our little dog had the best time.

Nice, little and cozy place. Very close to shops (500meters) and also very close to the beach. Everything was presented as per photos, place was clean and comfortable. Cindy provided all check-in instructions in advance so it was very clear and easy to get in. We are family of 4 and we enjoyed our stay at Cindy’s little shack.

Margaret is a wonderful host and is very helpful and responsive. Her apartment is in an excellent location as it's only a few minutes walk to restaurants and shops and of course the beach is just across the road! Would be happy to come back 🙂

A really lovely place, just what we were looking for. Our hosts were warm and friendly. Has beautiful views in a private tranquil setting. Close to shops, beach and amenities.

Beautiful apartment unit, immaculate amenities, larger than the photos showed, with plenty of space. It is on the 3rd floor and yes there are stairs (no lift) but this did not detract from my stay. Host was friendly and responsive, would definitely recommend.
