The unit was clean and comfy, and also has direct access to the pool, it is enough for small family like ours, and accessible to the mall and convenient stores. The host was responsive and friendly. Over all recommended clean space for a quick stacation in the metro.

Best accommodation in liwa for me if you're traveling by group 💛 max 6 people inside the room but I bet, they can max it to 8 since the room is spacious inside. It's so clean and dust free, you can lay down sa sahig ng hindi mangangati. Plus, they have sari sari store with everything! Their kitchen is well equipped and clean too!. They have ihawan and fridge already and pang baga. It's so peaceful and no curfew for noise. They already have tables and chairs for your barkada. A few minutes away from the beach but their beach part is the cleanest in liwa tbh. Will definitely book this one again!

the place is super ok especially if you have plans around Manila. Madali lang mahanap yung place, tahimik, secured, malinis and responsive yung host. The only concern is the parking medyo pricy, but over all highly recommended for family kasi malapit sa mga pwedeng puntahan.

Fantastic stay. Everything matches the description, and the place is even more impressive in reality. We were a family of five staying for one night, and we were all delighted with this place. The owner is super kind and helpful. From what we saw, it’s the best accommodation option in Port Barton.

I had a 2-day stay at Sir Mawi's J & J apartment and it's been a pleasurable experience. The location is very good and just within walking distance of convenience stores (7/11, Mercury Drug) and supermarket (Waltermart). They got dedicated parking spaces and the place is also peaceful and secured. If anything, I think it would help if they can provide rubber slippers for the bathroom since the floor tiles tend to be slippery during usage. Other than that, every aspect of the place is perfect for short stays. I'll definitely choose to stay here again in the future when an opportunity comes.

80 steps to white beach station 3!

I'm mighty glad I chose this place in Station 3. Compact unit, kitchen's great, and it really is just few steps from the white beach. Ambulong road's kinda bumpy when my family and I were there, but it's on its way to being fixed pretty soon. Roshel's a very responsive host, that I truly appreciate. And her apartment hotel staffs-- Lyn, Jen, and Joan-- they all deserve a big shoutout. Super friendly ladies, and they always have the guests satisfaction in mind. Will definitely stay here again on my next Boracay vacay!

We stayed here for the Clark Aurora Music Fest and it was a great find. The price is worth it and the place was super clean. It's near Clark Global and SM Clark and you can easily book a grab from and to the location. It's also near Korean restos and groceries if you want to cook some food. This is highly recommended for anyone who needs a place to stay for future events in Clark

We really enjoyed our vacation and my parents really liked the place! Ate Aiza, the caretaker was very accommodating also. We were looking forward to this vacation and we really were able to rest and relax in this place. Communicating with the caretaker was a breeze, the location is very accessible and the place was clean as well. Thank you so much. We’ll surely book this place again when we visit tagaytay in the future!

Everything was better than we expected. Marj answered all our questions with such detailed accuracy. We thought that the location would become a setback; however, we were pleasantly surprised that the location was everything we hoped for that much needed relaxation and privacy. We loved everything about Astoria; especially the food! You may also test your cooking skills since there's a mini kitchenette in all rooms. We will definitely come back!

Lawrence place is amazing cozy and easy to access. For the price its worth it and i really had a peaceful couple of days in the unit. 100 percent would recommend and will book again in the future.
