Condo vacation rentals in Phaya Thai

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond. The free gym and pool was so nice to have, we went everyday! The wifi in the apartment was amazing and we could work online without any problems. Hot water and electricity is included in the price! Tops convenience store is just around the corner and Lotus supermarket is a short 10mins walk away. We can definitely recommend this place!

It was a great pleasure to stay at Birdy’s accommodation. From the moment we requested to book his place, the host was very responsive and helpful. All our questions were answered quickly and diligently. We were met by the host on the arrival which made the check-in experience flawless. The host was very welcoming during the process, making sure we knew the important information about the place. The apartment consists of a combined living room and bedroom area with separate bathroom, kitchen and a small balcony where a washing machine and some drying facilities are located. The space is adequate for a comfortable few-day stay in a peaceful local neighbourhood with an easy access to public transport (BTS Thong Lo station is a very short walk away). The apartment is decorated to look and feel like a homestay - and it really does feel like one. Cosy decor welcomes you when you open the door. We enjoyed immensely our short stay at Birdy’s accommodation and highly recommend it.

I loved staying at Buay’s place. The view out the 19th floor balcony is amazing, especially at night. The condo is equipped with everything one needs for a short term stay. Equidistant between two BTS station and a bus stop close by, it’s easy to get around. Plus the area is very safe.

We enjoy our stay as the place is very convenient especially doing laundry and having a gym and pool in the building. The place is also clean and comfy

Great place. The unit is on a high floor in a condominium complex. checking in is very simple. There is a small office by the front door and the helpful staff gave me key cards to access the main entrance and the room. My host was super responsive the entire time and also helped resolve an issue with the door extremely quickly (some of the bolts on the lock were loose, host sent a handyman, and it was fixed within 2 hours of reporting the issue). Great place, would recommend. one thing to note is the condominium policies don't allow short term guests (people who stay less than 30 days) to access the gym or invite guests over. Wifi is extremely fast.

We had a great stay here due to numerous reasons. Firstly the Condo itself was nice and clean and pretty roomy. The office table and monitor in the bedroom was actually really helpful as my wife was still doing some work while we were away so this made that time really comfortable for her. The area outside was really good also, basic stores just a few steps away, an outdoor food court type area with a nice variation in dietary options. Proximity to the BTS and also an Expressway was so close and for us was super helpful.

A very lovely Airbnb apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and a nice bathroom. Gritsana is a great host and there when you need hee, Very nice and wants to share all she knows about the area. We had a great stay!

Thanks to this house and the owner, I was able to have a comfortable stay in Bangkok. This is a great place to stay with children. The room is big and spacious. However, it was a sad that the floor coating peeled off. It needs some remodeling, but it has tuk-tuk service, friendly security, a swimming pool, and quietness. This is a very satisfactory accommodation.

Great location, close to the BTS and with plenty of places to eat, coffee shops around. Safe location. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable if not a little outdated and feels a bit sparse inside. Overall a great location and would recommend to others

Was honestly one of the most central locations in Bangkok. The staff were friendly and there were and ample amount. The whole villa was spotless and the two larger rooms had the most beautiful bathrooms to parter with. If I come back to Bangkok I hope I have the honour to stay here again. Thank you very much

Host waited for me to check in even tho my plane was a little bit late. He’s very kind and bought me breakfast. He knew I had a flight in the morning. I overslept and he came to wake me up. Very caring host.

Kris was very accommodating from the beginning to the end. He was very responsive with our questions and he was easy to communicate with! We loved the place, it was peaceful and spacious! Will definitely go back to this place again.

One of the better places I’ve stayed in Bangkok! Everything was great and had no issues, highly recommended.

Wendy’s stay was absolutely fabulous. The amenities are amazing and I felt extremely safe with 24/7 security on the property. It’s a pet friendly condo, but you do have to enter through the service elevator if you have your dog with you, which wasn’t a problem at all. Wendy and Maxspace set us up with a driver during our stay and were always immediately responsive with every request. Plenty of restaurants and stalls around, plus two 711s (one you can see from the room). Shuttle to BTS and MRT every 30 minutes were very helpful. Wifi is more than strong. The main bedroom mattress is very hard, but the other bed is soft. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to leave a couple days early, but Wendy made the checkout process so easy, especially since I was in a rush. Overall, fantastic stay and great area!

Satisfying place to stay! It's a clean and cute accommodation. There are many restaurants nearby and a large hospital. I was satisfied. I recommend it.

We really liked Nuttama’s condo. It is a home away from home. It had everything we needed and all the modern conveniences. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The view was outstanding for sunsets and at night. The gym was great. The walk to BTS was about 10 minutes. Very easy to get to the ferry for the hop on hop off tour boat.

Super host, responsive, and friendly. Great place for a fair price. Would highly recommend.

Salvatore and dannie were very responsive and friendly. The place was clean and spacious for a family of 4. This is the 2nd time we stayed at Salvatore’s. Definitely will be back again.

I hightly recommend this place. It is close to everything, especially the Skytrain. The apartment itself is big and has more than enough room. The host is very helpful and quick to respond.

This was a perfect place, the flat but also the amenities in the building. The pool is Olympic size, a nice fitness and some tennis courts. The people working at the residence are very nice and helpful. Also a 7 eleven is located just at the entrance. Ern was a very pleasant host. I wish I could come back very soon and enjoy the city from this very confortable nest.

Prime Location with great common areas (Pool, Gym, Library, Game Room) - Easy to order food, fast access to transport. Can only recommend. Miu was very nice and responsive and gave guidance on surrounding places we wanted to visit. Looking forward to staying there again.
