We stayed 7 days in Feb 2025, the villa well matched our expectations. At the end we've extended our stay for another 3 days at the villa. Great value. Highly recommend. Naiyarat is very friendly and responsive host.

We stayed at Jean-Michels beautiful house in Rawai. The house was perfect laid out for 7 people staying there. The outdoor area was stunning, and the pool very nice.

I and freidns of mine had an amazing stay at Roman's place. The apartment was clean, and good equipped for 3 people with everything needed. Roman was inclcr3dibly responsive, always ready to answer any question and ensure that we had a smooth experience.

Prapa’s place was wonderful. It was just a short walk to Bangla road so very convenient. One downside is that, it’s across from a hostel so people are always outside so it can get a little bit loud making it hard to sleep. Overall, a beautiful, convenient place. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mr. Oh Sea View Villa in Phuket, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality of our host, Belvis, stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The villa itself is a gem, situated right on the beach, offering breathtaking views of the sea. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying morning coffee on the balcony with a panoramic ocean view was a highlight of our trip. The location is perfect, providing a tranquil retreat while being close to all necessary amenities. We found shops, restaurants, and other conveniences just a short walk away, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The villa was well-equipped with everything we needed. The interior was tastefully decorated, clean, and spacious, providing a perfect home away from home. Belvis was always available to assist us. The villa is an ideal place for a relaxing getaway.

It is always nice to stay in house #2. Big enough for two families. Nearby to the beach, supermarcets, Porto de Phuket, Lotus , Phuket smart Bus stop - all are walking distance. WiFi, TV, air con - just perfect! Piyawan, Thank you once again!

This apartments are almost the best I’ve been in Phuket. I’m very happy to meet Julie and her beautiful apartment near Kata Beach. Very well furnished and well equipped with almost everything you need during your holidays in Thailand, all the stuff in the apartment is very good quality and almost new. Very beautiful apartment with astonishing ocean view on Kata Bay. Super highly recommend to stay here and enjoy your holidays. Definitely will come her again

We had a great stay! It looks exactly like the pictures. Super clean! The main street is within walking distance and really has a lot to offer. If you don't feel like walking away in the evening, you can make yourself comfortable by the private pool. Communication went smoothly. I'm sure we'll be back. THANKS🙏🏽:))

We have a pleasant stay here! All rooms and furnitures are new and cleaned. All amenities are included as they listed. Host is responsive and helpful. The location is a bit far from the city center.

We had a great stay at the property! Very peaceful and comfortable. The hosts were super responsive, friendly and helpful with recommendations on restaurants, bars, activists and also helped us book taxis. They also gave us a late checkout which was super helpful as our flight was later in the day and we didn’t have to rush out of the property. I Would 100% recommend staying here.

Good place to stay for a family. The space inside the house is larger than it seems in the photo - a large kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a room with TV and a separate area for an office. A special plus is the presence of a washing machine, parents with children will appreciate it. The house is located in the depths of ordinary streets. Don't wait for more activities. It's a 15-minute walk to Chillwa Market, otherwise only with transportation. Just in case, ask the hosts for the exact GPS coordinates of the house, as google maps can be mistaken with the address. Frank's place was really good. I just have a few tips for all future guests. 1. You should rent a car or a motorbike. The place is far from most places you will want to go while in Phuket. 2. The beach at this place is not that great compared to other beaches in Phuket. You will enjoy the beaches elsewhere much more. 3. Not sure if the parking space will ever be a problem, but the number of spots does not seem to equal the number of houses there. The first night we arrived, all the car spots were taken, some by motorbikes. We had to park right next to the garbage area. The night after that was OK. 4. When we were there, there was no sponge for washing plates. You should check it whe you check in and inform the host if you need one. 5. Remeber that you pay for the electricity you use, in addition to the rental cost. But all in all, the place worked out really well for us. There was even Netflix on the TVs there. Plenty of bottled drinking water were provided. WIFI worked great.

Very nice, clean, quiet place to stay. Also Safe and great neighborhood. We just felt like home right away. Dream allowed us to do late check out. We really do appreciate it. Lovely apartment/property to stay.

Bo-thong / Jim is the perfect host, quite simply! Ultra proactive, the taxi and scooter were waiting for me when I arrived (despite many last-minute organizational changes beyond my control). The house, typical Thai, is located on a quiet street with a friendly neighborhood, the garden is a real plus. Once again, thank you for everything Jim 😊

Jean Pierre was a great host. very responsive. Very easy to communicate with. The villa was very nice in a closed compound. It's safe and away from all the noises but yet easy to find food. We had a little son with us and he enjoyed the pool and the garden so much. Highly recommend to stay and we would definitely stay again.
