Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Pfaffenhofen a. d. Ilm

Markus’ stunningly modern and spacious apartment is in a terrific neighborhood that was perfect for our nine-day stay in Munich.  From my first contact with Markus nine months ago to the day I left, he was an ideal host. He responded fast with any requests and even delivered patio furniture two days into our stay. The Apartment: The apartment is very big and sunny. It is extraordinarily immaculate and ideally laid out. The furniture was chic and modern and extremely comfortable. Although the bedroom and living room were one continuous space, nonetheless, there was a judicious separation of the two. The kitchen was well fitted out for simple dining.  As we were there in the summer, we used the patio a lot, which was a plus.  The bathroom is large with outstanding water pressure in a superb shower.   The TV screen was large and the Internet was fast and reliable.  The Neighborhood: The apartment is located in a very pleasant residential area populated mostly with young families with children.  There were plenty of food shops in the area – we tended to use Tengelmann Supermarket on Stuntzstrasse for most foods. And what a pleasure it was to walk three minutes to Bäckerei Schmidt on Stuntzstrasse  each morning (closed on Sunday) for fresh rolls for breakfast.  We particularly liked the Saltzstahns—rolls with caraway seeds and salt.  The U-bahn stop, Bohmerwaldplatz, is only a seven-minute walk. Many of the apartments in the complex were rented to college students who loved to talk and play music in the evening. Though it could have been noisy, it was not for us. In fact, the extensive common lawn at the back had many songbirds. Kudos to Markus for allowing this great place to be part of the Airbnb. 

We stayed for a weekend at Olka's place, we used the accommodation to commute to Munich. The property is quiet and well appointed. We felt comfortable

very well connected to transport. comfortable apartment, supermarket and services nearby, the free gym is great

I was in Helene's beautiful apartment during a trade fair and can only report good things. Everything is easy to reach by tram, the Isar and the English Garden are just around the corner and some nice restaurants are also within walking distance, so all in all absolutely recommended and I for my part will be happy to come back, thank you.

Markus was perfect during our stay, he responded to us at an amazing speed! The property is just "AMAZING"!!! I recommend this property 200%!! Convenient location, 2 steps from the heart of Munich!!! Guaranteed Wishlist!!!! Thank you for hosting us, we will definitely be back!!!!

Rupert has an amazing space that I wish was my own! Great natural light, comfortable bed, and really nice kitchen and patio. This was an awesome location and Rupert was an excellent communicator. We hope to come back someday!

Incredibly inviting and well mannered. Wolfger was always happy to help when I needed help in some way with acclimating to living in Munich. Always invited me to eat with him. A kind soul that made my first month in Munich and incredibly warm welcome.

Everything was perfect! We felt like at home! The apartment nice and clean, Andy friendly and helpful.

The best thing about this accommodation is its host, Martin. So nice and kind young man who made our stay wonderful and made us feel like we were in our home. Martin's home is beautiful, comfortable, stylishly arranged and very clean. It have beautiful garden which gives you a place to fully enjoy in the nature and sun, while the spa center a minute away, gives this home six stars. There are many shops and cafes in the area, and it takes half an hour to get to the center of Munich. Visit Martins ovely home and enjoy as a king. I know we will soon again. I’ve written reviews of Adrian’s place before but it’s worth repeating that he’s is a wonderful host, and the place suits my needs perfectly.

Great hosts! We arrived to get the keys and were treated to beer and food in the refrigerator. The space was great for our purpose with easy access to buses and trains to Octoberfest and Bayern Munich. The space was as promised and they were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this place for a base for exploring the area!!!

Very clean, lots of privacy, great breakfast, lots of flexibility. Well connected to Munich by the S3 (30 min to Munich Central Station), enough street parking. Excellent!

I had a wonderful stay here! The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful and the check-in and check-out was very flexible. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

We had a great week stay at the location. Three days of business, four days of tourism. It was conveniently located near my meetings, and the train down to the tourist area (and everywhere else in Munich) was within walking distance from the house. The house had a great living room, kitchen, and there were nice rooms on the second and third floor. (I would not recommend this for folks with mobility issues since it has a staircase that is almost a spiral staircase). The room on the third floor bed would have been tight for two people, but was perfect for me, the second floor bedroom was perfect for two. The host was super responsive and let us check in early and stay late at no extra charge. Check out was simple. We received local recommendations, and enjoyed our stay. If you are staying in hot weather, be forewarned that there isn't air conditioning and the third floor can be warm. It ended up being cool, and I was able to open up the windows so it was pleasant.

As always, everything is good!

The accommodation was very nice and well maintained! 10 min walk to the S-Bahn, so quickly in Munich city center! The hostess was very friendly and quick to respond to my messages. There were also good tips!

It was just great In the evening, you could meet Sabine for a cup of tea in the kitchen. She is always in a good mood and just a great host :).

Reiko is incredibly service minded and has a great home for 4 people. Nothing was missing, and Reiko was quick to respond if we asked anything. The only thing we missed was air conditioning in one of the rooms when it got incredibly hot. We would definitely recommend his place to others.

Easy and friendly communication. The place matched the description and was clean. Glad to come back.
