Villa vacation rentals in Pezë-Helmës

Nice and quiet home. The house was clean and homey. Walkable restaurants and coffee shops. The host was very responsive as well and kind. There was no loud noises, very peaceful at night. Both rooms and bathrooms were very spacious as well. The parking is a little hard if you have a large car it is pretty tight. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you 😊

The villa was exactly like in the photos. Very spacious and very clean including the furniture. The garden was well maintained. We asked for 2 cots for my toddlers and a high chair- both were set up and ready for when we arrived and looked new! The villa is within the Perla residential resort with security. The area consists of well maintained green gardens, large kids playground and a swimming pool club are 3mins walk. The pool is approx £12 per day for a family including 2 sun-beds and umbrella. The sandy beach is a 5 min walk where all the restaurants are. The mini supermarket which has a good selection of items is a 2min walk. The villa uses solar panels so there was some issues with hot water due to bad weather but the hosts sorted it out within 2 hours and communicated with us throughout. The area is going through rapid development so there are lots of clean restrooms by the beach and more new restaurants being opened. I would recommend this villa and would stay again.

Our family enjoyed our stay here! It was an easy walk to the beach where the kids loved to play. It's a nice big house with plenty of space for all of us. The house had excellent kitchen facilities for cooking and baking. We recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Marjo was the best host I ever had in my life! He let you feel home from the first moment! Now is like a friend, the villa is beautiful and perfect, and marjo has been very helpful with everything, I can’t recommend him enough, he made our stay unforgettable!

When we arrived, the place was a little dirty. However, after we informed the host, a cleaning lady was sent within a short time and we were served a traditional meal as compensation. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

I had an amazing stay! Micaela and her mother was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my visit, going out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The place itself was lovely, with comfortable, well-kept spaces that exceeded my expectations. The pool is stunning and probably the nicest place I’ve ever stayed. One of the highlights was definitely the beautiful views—it was a pleasure to wake up to such a scenic backdrop each day. Great stay, it’s a little out the city, but it’s overall a gorgeous view. Really great, shame we couldn’t use the pool (December is freezing) but was spotless, looked amazing and really great amenities. Great for a weekend getaway definitely recommend

We had a very very nice stay at Viljam's! He communicated fast and clear. Also the pool was lovely and everything in the house worked well and expected! Beautiful surroundings and lots of supermarkets nearby.

Very nice villa, located 30 min walk from the center of Tirana. We enjoyed the space, the pool, the private garage…Kevin and Taulant were very responsive to an air conditioning outage. Kim and her father Ilir are really very available and responsive to the slightest request, a nearby caretaker arrives very quickly when you have a request. i highly recommend this sweet sweet spot.

We had a great week at Erisa's house. The pool was very clean, sunny for a good part of the day Fully equipped kitchen, clean We slept great in the beds, the sheets smelled like laundry Very quiet residence, with caretaker at the entrance Direct beach access on foot! I would recommned this property.
