Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

Absolutely stunning setting! The house is very beautiful and the sunset is incredible. It was comfy, clean and we could easily have stayed much longer. The kids loved exploring the yard and wandering around all the beautiful olive trees. Paola was so helpful with local recommendations and always responsive! The house had all the essentials, which was great as there isn’t exactly a supermarket down the road. It was a really special stay. Thank you for having us!

We are an American and Italian family traveling through Italy and we highy recommend this special spot in the mountains. The landscape was beautiful and the breakfast was wonderful. We ended up arriving very late in the evening as their was a crash on the autostrada and Luca was very accommodating and communicative. We would stay here again.

We loved staying at Guido’s home! He was so welcoming from the time we booked our reservation and throughout our stay! He provided so many recommendations on places to see and things to do, I wish we had more time to do it all! After meeting Guido and Ingrid in person, I feel like we have made some new friends and hope we get the chance to see them again in the future!

Beautiful large house with great views and an amazing pool area. A little remote, at the end of a long and steep gravel road, but completely worthwhile. Great hosts, very attentive to their guests' every need.

We had a fantastic stay with a group of four adults and five kids. Accommodations were immaculate, private chefs were decadent and delicious, and fantastic wine. The grounds were just lovely as well and we enjoyed having a fire in the fire place every evening. That you for a lovely stay!

Roberto's place was the highlight of our 10 day trip in Italy! It was so beautiful, and cosy inside and in such a magical part of the world. We were looking for a place that could serve as a base to explore the many little villages and communes of Tuscany - and it worked so well for that! The home feels remote and rural but it's so near to the charming Cetona, and within an hour's drive of plenty of other places to explore.

The views are beautiful. Peaceful neighborhood. However, the kitchen is missing several items for cooking.

Really beautiful place and beautiful surroundings. All communication went smoothly. Very clear instructions and descriptions sf amenities. The host will be in touch with you a few dsge before arrival and check in was super easy.

We stayed a few days from Cecilia, but it was enough to regenerate ourselves... the famous contact with nature was missing for a long time, the fragrant plants, the outside with American vines saved us from the very high temperatures of these July days and so much did the farmhouse in the tuff, always fresh inside... the hospitality was also completed by the inhabitants of the small village of San Valentino, thank you and I hope to be able to come back one day

If you go to Elisa, you will find hospitality and courtesy. You will feel at home. Highly recommended

We had a fantastic week in this house. Fantastic surroundings, nice garden, lovely poolarea and pleasant outdoor dining spaces. The houses on the premises had all the conveniences we expected. Very informative and nice communication with the host Alessandra before our trip and a nice and easy welcoming/check out with staff. We absolutely recommend this house for a pleasant stay in Tuscany.

We had a very good time at Casa Allegra, the apartment is very nice and spacious, maybe even better than it appears in the photos. It is on the first floor and is also comfortable to take advantage of the outdoor space. Convenient parking on the property. Renata and her family were very friendly and hospitable hosts, also giving us useful tips about the surroundings.

We loved our stay. Incredibly beautiful scenery, well appointed and comfortable house. A great base for day trips. A very quiet town with some real gems. Recommend a small suv type car as some of the road is unsealed and there are many hills. Thankyou for a memorable time!

Lovely little house near Grosseto area! Newly renovated, the pictures don't make it look as pretty as it is in person! It has everything you need, private parking is such a plus. All was amazing, they only thing was we booked right during a festival in the town so music was loud(last weekend of August) but other than that amazing stay!

Very nice and well-kept place. We happened at a time when there were few people, in the middle of the week, and we really enjoyed it. Very friendly and helpful owners

Tiziana's place is something unique: facing the renowned Civita di Bagnoreggio on the opposite hills, 5 min by car. The beautiful surroundings are matched by the interior of the house: clean, organized and unique. The precious suggestions of Tiziana and her husband made us well informed of where to eat and what to prioritize during our stay. Really an amazing spot, with free parking 50m away in Lubriano. Side note would be the slow wifi, but in a village in the mountains is still an invaluable tool to have for small contacs. Highly recommended, one of the best places to visit Bagnoregio and its surroundings in a great quiet area.

Debora's farmhouse is beautiful, it has a beautiful view, on the clearest days you can see from the Sibillini Mountains to Gran Sasso and the entire Val d 'Orcia. The interior is very welcoming and Debora as an attentive guest has equipped it with everything you can need for the people you welcome, you feel truly welcomed and pampered. She was very kind and very helpful. We were with friends and our respective dogs. For them it was a wonderful experience, they had available in addition to a house that quietly accepted them, even a beautiful fenced ground and outside it, a space as far as the eye can run free and happy. In the morning, despite being December, we always enjoyed a beautiful sunrise. The location in which it is located has allowed us to easily visit many villages and cities and finally we also relaxed at the thermal baths that are very close to the farmhouse.
