Rob's apartment perfectly matches the description on the Airbnb listing. It has everything you need for both short and long term stays. it's clean, modern, and close to all amenities, including grocery stores. What appreciate most is how quiet the place is and how easy it is to live there, with his parents always available if you need anything. I'd definitely recommend this!!

Checkin was very easy, the apartment was very clean and as the pictures showed. Old Town Nin is only a few minutes walk away with lots of shops and cafes. Highly recommend this place!

Very nice apartment and very friendly host! The apartment was as described and everything was properly present. We were warmly welcomed by the host. She gave us good tips for restaurants and activities, she also watched weather forecasts and we received a map of the region, very convenient! We found some small hygienic drawbacks that we shared with the host, which was responded to well. All in all, a very nice experience. This listing is highly recommended!

The accommodation we liked very well. Denis was very helpful and answered every question we had quickly and extensively. The place was in a quieter area and everything was within walking distance (10 min to the beach, 5 min to shopping and restaurants). I can only recommend it to everyone!

Ana ´s apartment was just perfect! Location is super top. we had fiew minutes into the city. next is a nice grocery, bakery and cafe. We loved the privacy on our terrace, big living rolm, aircondition and the mosquito net agains biting (actually not so much this season). we are coming definitely back. Ana and her family were super nice, great parking next to the apartment. Lovely people and super vacation.

✌️ Breathe open 👌 and just feel comfortable 🤌 in every space absolutely possible. Andrej is very eager, pleasant and fast in communication. Extension spontaneously uncomplicated. Very clean and very pleasant smells. Zadar was not our city to learn to love Croatia. The atmosphere and Croatian flair are 100x better along the coast. But to relax after the adventure vacation, definitely in Andrej's apartment. 🤩 Thank you, we will be happy to come back!

Josip was very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was beautiful and very spacious with three lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed and was clean. There were gifts left for us which were really appreciated. Thankyou so much Josip :)

The place is very nice and new. We felt very comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and we always got fresh fruit. In about 15 minutes you can reach a beautiful beach. The restaurants nearby were very good.

The location is incredible. The property is close enough to easily access the sea or the lake, but also far enough away to make you feel like you're alone in the world. The activities and amenities on the property leave no one wanting for anything. One of our best stays anywhere in the world. Highly recommend!

Brilliant week long stay at Leos place. Fantastic host with a nice home in an excellent location.

We met Elvis at the house, he was really friendly and showed us the place in a short time. When we had questions he was allways available and made some jokes too. As a group of seven young guys we felt welcome and comfortable. The place was perfect and we enjoyed our vacation. Big recommendation.

It was a very pleasant stay, the house was large, and the two families stayed comfortably.

10/10 stay, the place was just as described and shown in the photos. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely aim to come back in the future. We had a really nice stay! The host was most welcome and accommodating, our flight came in late and was no problem to check in at a later time. The pictures doesnt give the accommodation justice it was much better irl! The area was really nice aswell with walking distance to everything, nice restaurants and placeses to buy drinks and food. Very nice people and very helpful. I would book the house again and again if I were to go to Croatia. The location is very quiet and the garden and pool are not visible and very private.

What a wonderful stay in Zadar!! The villa is stunning with a beautiful pool and outside area and 6 rooms, 5 with en suite bathrooms! We had such a lovely time and the hosts were very helpful and kind. It’s around 25 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes into Zadar and 10 minutes from Nin. Throughly recommend especially if you can get a car!
