Sonia is a great host. She welcomes us in a personalized way and makes sure we feel at home. The condo is cozy and the views of the ocean, pelicans and Basse-Terre in the distance. Several restaurants nearby and what's nice is that it's very central in Guadeloupe. So all activities are at a reasonable distance. Thank you

People are always willing to help. A modern, very clean apartment with a properly equipped kitchen. On the other hand, little storage for food if we plan to cook I enjoyed my short stay. I would gladly go back when the renovations of the building opposite are finished, because early on some mornings (only downside). If you plan to check out early, then no worries. The nights are tranquil.

The space met expectations. Very clean. Very good communication with Magali . Safety parking, as mentioned in other reviews, the listing is renovated but in an aging building. We are very happy with our stay.

Overall a nice stay. We struggled a bit with the check in due to the language barrier, but the kindness we received supersceeded the issue. Great location, but you should know that the apt is on the second floor and we didn't see an elevator, so pack light. Food is walking distance and the Harbour made for great pictures. Really nice overall

We had a fantastic stay here, it was the perfect location for us by the beach and near to where our family were staying.

We had a great time. The studio is very spacious and well appointed. The large terrace with the small hot tub in the middle of the vegetation is very nice. The hosts are very welcoming, friendly and available! The tank is a real plus to avoid frequent water outages in the area.

Large cozy villa. Pleasant kitchen and can accommodate several marmitons. Large rooms. A/C in the rooms only and only between 8am and 8am. We would have appreciated the PM air conditioning for our naps. Awesome location - everything can be done on foot (restaurants, grocery stores, fruit shop, bakery). Easy access to the sea is a 20 minute walk. It is very hot in February-March - our stay. We would have appreciated the use of a pool. We had a standing fan - it would have taken another one to hunt mosquitoes especially around 5pm. Steeve responds quickly to our requests. This is a site with several rented villas - you have to like or not this conviviality with the other tenants - Despite the proximity to the road that leads to Gosier center, the villa is very quiet - You can't hear traffic even at night. The showers are very functional without water outage with plenty of hot water.

We had a great time at Pamela's apartment which gave us a king's welcome! The apartment is very well located in the center between the two lands and allows easy access to each side. Pamela was very attentive, always asking if there was nothing missing, at the best! She runs a pizzeria with her husband right next to the apartment, the pizzas are EXCELLENT, her daughter made us great cocktails too 😎 Go ahead, you won't be disappointed, you will feel at home there 🏠

Very nice accommodation with a beautiful terrace. The accommodation is simple but completely ok for us who were leaving from morning to night outside. The beautiful beach of Leroux is within a 5-minute walk! Note: there are no basic kitchen condiments (oil, vinegar ...) and the wifi is capricious but it does not taint the stay!!!

Kazakajou is a haven of calm and freshness located in a very well-maintained property planted with large trees. Views of the sea and the Soufriere. The bungalow is functional and very cocooning. Pascal is very friendly and responsive to any small problems. In particular, he handled an electrical issue due to Edf very well. We'll be back!

RAS Just a little noise coming from the water tank when it fills up which can be a little annoying.

Hearing the sound of the waves from its terrace or waking up and having coffee on the beach at sunrise is a real luxury made accessible thanks to this apartment in a great location. The accommodation is fully equipped: beach chair, umbrella, kitchen, diving mask and so on. In addition, Eva is kind and responsive rarely seen in other rentals. This stay was a pleasure that we hope to relive on our next visit to Le Gosier!

Beautiful accommodation with fantastic views, right by the sea and the sea. When you wake up, you feel like you're floating over the ocean. The place is beautiful and fully equipped. Once the water was gone, you could help yourself with the existing water containers. Since there are only 2 restaurants in the walking area, we recommend a rental car. The beautiful marina with restaurants, supermarkets and shops is located directly at the property, but is not accessible from this side. Walking distance via the main road about 30 minutes. The host Aurelia and our local point of contact, Delphine was always available to us. All in all, a DREAM and happy to come back anytime. Thanks so much! The photos on file are absolutely authentic.

We had a great week in this spacious, clean and very well-equipped accommodation, unfortunately the presence of mosquitoes, related to the tropical climate was the only negative point of this stay because in the evening, impossible to enjoy the terrace without being stung , this inconvenience is of course beyond Celine's control.

We had a great time at Steeve's place. The house is located in a quiet and secure residence close to the beach. The accommodation is lovely. In addition, we enjoyed direct access to the pool and private parking space. Having friends on the island, we will come back, without hesitation, as soon as the opportunity arises.

We absolutely loved our stay. The view was amazing, the bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms were great, and the TV even worked with our Netflix account. The host was responsive and helpful. Le Gossier where the apartment is located is great to venture from different parts of the islands. We walked to the beach which was near by! The steps, as some have mentioned, are not steep and very manageable. Parking place included was great. We would definitely return!

We had a pleasant stay at Sabine and Michel's place. The studio is very nice decorated and arranged, comfortable, very well equipped and close to the beach. Michel and Sabine are charming and very friendly. They communicate easily and do not hesitate to give important information, tips...useful for your stay.

Anne kindly welcomed us from the airport. Very attentive. The stay went very well. We'll go back.
