Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Perpignan

We spent 3 days with the family in this condo and were very agust. The village is very quiet and there are many excursions to approach.

We loved our stay at this stunning villa. It is set on a hillside overlooking the village and with wonderful views across the valley to the pyrenees beyond (although the winds in September made it feel a bit colder than the actual temperature was). The accommodation was super spacious with 3 double bedrooms (1 with ensuite), a comfy open-plan lounge, separate dining area and kitchen area. Outside is an unheated swimming pool, terrace area and covered (pergola) seating area with outside dining as well as a large gravelled parking area. The town of Lagrasse is beautiful and typically french, with several restaurants and pavement cafes as well as some small gift shops and patisserie. It is approx 45 minutes drive from Carcassonne. The overall feel is of a relaxed and peaceful holiday destination and an ideal place for unwinding with friends over a bottle or two of wine. Thanks Graham & Jeanne, we loved it

Jordi's apartment is a small peaceful oasis, the views are lovely over the sea and everything is very well furnished, with taste! Jordi was very responsive, thanks also to Kike for hosting us on site and for the good advice. Small bonus for the children's games on site that made our son very happy!

Spacious accommodation with a large terrace and close to the lake, very nice!

We were hosted very well by Chantal and Marijn. The accommodation is spacious and clean. It has everything you need. The communication was easy and Chantal and Marijn are very responsive. We appreciated the size of the garden and the pool where we extended the evening. There is proximity to other accommodations that is to be taken into account for outdoor common parties (barbecue, covered terrace, games, pool, etc.). Have a great weekend!

Home in the heart of the village of Gruissan. Simple and spacious, quiet while being close to shops and the Saturday morning market. On the 1st floor with elevator access. Responsive, welcoming and accommodating host for check out time (we wanted to enjoy the market). Perfect place for our short stay with friends. We'll be back in a heartbeat. Thanks Sabine.

Amazing place We don't suspect this pretty little apartment with this beautiful garden when you arrive after crossing this long, slightly dark hallway from the street The apartment and the garden really denote in relation to the general aspect of the building: beautiful, well arranged, peaceful, cocoon Barbara was very responsive to our requests Everything was there, very clean, well arranged Just a small downside on the cleanliness of the living room table and dishes that left a little to be desired But nothing serious Recommended ++++ We'll come back with a warmer weather to enjoy the garden and maybe the barbecue! No complaints about the accommodation, all the amenities are of quality (hobs, oven, fridge, ...). Air conditioning is a big plus compared to the temperatures we had. Mounaa advised us of excellent visits and we were greeted by Nathalie who was efficient and available. The accommodation is well located, walking in the pine forests, near a beautiful pond. I would highly recommend it.

Great location and we found it nice to walk from the area anywhere and it was super quiet ! The apt was brand new so super nice n great set up to share as well esp if your 4/5 people, it’s a great find we were lucky esp a day after new years we decided to go so grateful we found it

We were very well received by Ludivine who is very available and responds quickly to messages. The accommodation is very clean and functional, very good bedding, the terrace which is very large is appreciable with a very convenient outdoor sink, a barbecue, close to all shops and restaurants and the small plus a dedicated parking space right in front of the accommodation, Valras is a very lively seaside resort especially in summer, you can do anything on foot, there is a crossroads and a lidl 1 km away. We loved the past 15 days, very relaxing.

The location couldn’t have been better: you’re just a stone’s throw away from a couple of the major attractions in Perpignan, as well as the tourist office. The apartment felt more spacious than it looks in the photos, to me at least. It’s very clean and tastefully decorated and there’s lots of natural light making it feel welcoming and comfortable. Matthieu is very rapid in his responses and easy to communicate with. I recommend this place without any hesitation!

The accommodation is perfect and clean, the courtyard it offers is important and it's a real plus in this area where it's very hot. It comes with a hot tub that allows you to relax. The hosts are very welcoming and the place is well located for visiting the area. It is located about 15 -20 minutes by car from the nearest beach. It's also tastefully decorated, which brings a real plus. As for parking there are two free car parks close to the rental: one which is right in front of the house and the other a few meters away. I had no problem parking. And for those who would hesitate because it is not equipped with air conditioning, the apartment is on two sides one that overlooks a very quiet street and the other on the courtyard which makes for a very pleasant draught, which is much better than an apartment with air conditioning but without a courtyard. I recommend it.

Good relationship with the host who gave us very accurate information and is very accommodating. the accommodation has a beautiful sea view which is only a 2-minute walk away and the parking space included in the accommodation in the private courtyard of the residence is very convenient because everything is within walking distance. i would recommend this host and their place without hesitation

Our 10 days at Cécile went very well, she is very responsive, good advice and welcomed us on really flexible schedules which allowed us to make the most of it! We only stayed at Olivier's place for 3 days, but we will keep his address in the prospect of a future stay in Argeles because his apartment is very comfortable and well equipped in a small quiet residence that has the advantage of having a location to park the car . In a very urbanized area, it's appreciated!

We spent a few days in this place and loved it! The welcome and the exit are with Francis who is super welcoming. The place is amazing- I've never been in such a clean airbnb! Everything is well thought out on site. The place is spacious and the view from the terrace is amazing!! In short, we had a great time and visited the surrounding area (Gerone, Cadaques, the beaches...). We recommend ++
