Beautiful property, fantastically landscaped, lovingly with playground and direct possibility to move into the forests. Large window front overlooking the forest, uncomfortable. Enough space, you will find everything you need. The host's dog is a dream, beautiful and sugar sweet, so friendly. We were directly in love with shock! We'll be back!

The apartment was very nice, well furnished and clean, the fireplace made it even more cozy - we felt comfortable. It was also a very good starting point for excursions to the surrounding area such as Annaberg-Buchholz or the Fichtelberg. Those who are sensitive to traffic should know that the apartment is on the ground floor on a street (we were there during the week). We will be happy to come back.

We spontaneously stayed with Kay with my children (4 and 6). Kay was very flexible with check-in and check-out, which made it very easy to get in and out with infants. The place was right on the toboggan run. Spontaneously, I also registered the children for ski school. Accommodation was very well equipped, the underfloor heating was very pleasant after the long days. Everything is available in the kitchen. We felt very warm and would be happy to come back!

Very nice and cozy apartment. Great access by car in all directions, good public transport connection bus and train in the immediate vicinity. Friendly hosts, good communication. We'll be happy to come back anytime!

We spent 2 beautiful days in the small apartment in the black tower in Loket. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the beautiful castle of Loket, which is worth a visit. The decor of the apartment was very good and we didn't miss anything. There was plenty of parking in the area and there was the possibility to drive directly in front of the apartment for loading and unloading. Overall, we would 100% recommend the apartment:)

The apartment is super spacious and there is plenty of storage space. A plus is also the elevator (if you have a child+stroller there is really great) and the parking space directly at the house or in the courtyard. The location is great, you are in a quiet area, but quickly walking in the city center. We were on site with a 1.5 year old toddler and there was a bed and high chair which was very appealing to us. Unfortunately, the bathtub is broken, so the water drains after a while and the equipment of the kitchen is a bit sparse, but everything necessary for cooking is still available. Price performance is definitely right. Thank you!

We (2 adults and 1 child) stayed at the property over New Year's Eve. The pictures correspond to the facts. For 4 people (2 adults and two kids) the apartment is perfect. There is a living room in which a double bed and a dining table for 4 people. and a children's room with two single beds and a TV. Kitchen is functional. We only missed a toaster, but that's not that bad. The bathroom is large and clean. Parking was free in the street. The center is within walking distance within about 15 minutes. However, the mountain is very steep. The place is definitely worth its money. We would recommend it immediately!

Veronika is super friendly, great communication and she even allowed us to check in and little bit early. Apartment is great, very warm (it was snowing outside) we didn't need to turn on any extra heating. Kitchen well equipped. Bed was super comfortable and we both slept very well. Apartment is close to the city, due to the weather we chose to use "bolt" and it was only 120Kc to most places we went to. Great Value, we would stay again. Thanks.

Accommodation went well, we can recommend other users if they would like to spend the winter and summer seasons in the city center and have all the services close. We wish you a lot of satisfied clients.

We stayed there for 2 nights with our 1 year old. Everything you need is there - even things like a hand blender. (We had brought a high chair). The extra sofa bed and the extra pillows/blankets were great for us, as were shower stuff and towels/linens because we didn't have much luggage with it. We felt comfortable.

The place was great. Everything was as described. Miroslav and the other staff of the facility were super friendly. Everything was extremely clean and in order. Everything is perfect, we will be happy to come back.

Super lodge, good location near colonnades. The lady was very accommodating, she explained everything nicely. The apartment feels like you're in a castle. A pool and hot tub are a nice bonus.

Spacious and cozy apartment with a nice view. Big kitchen that has everything you need. Big and clean bathroom (there’s no curtains on the windows there – the only downside I can think of). All in all, we felt like home. Apartment has style and soul, not just a lifeless place to sleep in. Richard is a kind and proactive host, who gave us very clear instructions. Would definitely come back again!
