House vacation rentals in Perivolia

First of all Stavroula is great host, kind, helpful and responsive. Thank you for warm welcome, very appreciated personal touch ( fruits and wine) The house is beautiful, very clean, has everything what you need, just like home. Better than the photos. Surroundings are stunning and peaceful. The sea is just a few steps away from the house.We had a short but wonderful and intensive stay. We rent a car and saw a lot of beautiful places. We hope to come back again for longer time, there's still a lot of places to visit.. Thank you so much Stavroula! Agnieszka with family.

Great host. I would give him 10 stars if I could :) Yiannis and his wife are the best hosts I have ever met. They are very responsive, helpful, hospitable, polite, accomodating, and fun. The house was big and comfortable enought for our party of 10. We cooked at home most of our meals, used the bbq, oven, and all other kitchen appliences: all in perfect working condition. If I decide to visit Cyprus again, Yiannis would be my choice of the host. WARNING: We heard that there had been some incidents of burglarlies in Cyprus lately, probably due to illegal immigration, so take all your valuables with you, including money, jewelry, and documents, when you leave for short trips. DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES IN THE HOUSE. Locals are very friendly and nice people. They will help you when you need assistance. All speak English very well. We had great time in Villa Christa thanks to Yiannis and his wife, and I hope you will as well.

Wonderful accommodation in the village with two restaurants nearby. The Tochni Tavern had wonderful meals at a good price. Mr. George gave us a little history and offered us a map, which helped us navigate where to visit and go during our stay. He answered our questions and was proactive in asking if he could be of any more help to ensure our comfort. The bed was comfortable. The accommodation includes a pool and A/C, which made the heat bearable. All in all, I intend to come back and would absolutely recommend this to anyone

We loved the stay at Anastasias place we had everything we could have wanted and made good use of the pool and sunbeds. A really nice beach right opposite the house with public sunbeds and a clear sea perfect for paddling in. We will definitely be returning!

Excellent stay for our family holiday. We loved the huge kitchen and the big area in the front room. We made the most of the house and garden. Kitchen had everything to cook big family meals and didn’t want to leave :) also the area is nice- walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. Highly recommended

Lovely house and pool situated 10 minutes outside Larnaca. Easy access to the main road A3 for moving around the island. Lovely villa with huge living area and a nice kitchen. Bedrooms are large with two bathrooms.

We had a great stay. Great location for sightseeing. The Tochni Tavern nearby had a delicious selection of fish and meat dishes.

Beautiful home in a beautiful place. Close to restaurants, beaches. Amazing pool! The host allowed us to stay longer due to the flight departure time, for which we thank you. Quiet, intimate neighborhood. The 340 bus is 25 min to the center of Larnaca. Highly recommend

The house is in a lovely peaceful location with mature gardens including beautiful fruit trees and a great swimming pool. A great host - thoughtful and attentive and responded to any questions very quickly. We would thoroughly recommend.

Kind and thoughful hosts, with a fabulous, fully equipped, well maintained house.We were a family of 4 and had an amazing stay.Besides it being a short walk to the beach, its a great base to explore the picturesque small towns of Perevolia, Kiti and larger town of Larnaca, though we did venture as far as Aya Nappa comfortably ;p

We had a lovely time in Varnavas’s property, starting with the warm reception from the host and the goodies we found waiting for us upon our arrival, including pre-Christmas gifts and fruits Varnavas had picked for us from his garden. The house is spacious and comfortable with everything you could need, and is surrounded by citrus trees and a relaxing garden. The location is perfect: it’s on a quiet tree-lined street but walking distance to the beech, eateries and shops in central Larnaca. We sincerely hope to return and stay here again!

We had a lovely family holiday here. The outside space is amazing, fantastic location. Zygi is a small fishing village and only a short walking distance from the villa with fantastic restaurants. The location is perfect if you want a relaxed break away.

We travel a lot and always take off the villas. So there's something to compare it with. Villa Leslie is a place with a soul that was very reluctant to leave. Very cozy, it has everything and even more that you can find useful. There was wine, eggs,cheese and fruit in the fridge so as not to run the shop right away. The villa is at the end of the gated community, the perfect place to escape the people and the hustle and bustle. We were in mid-October, there were 5 people on the entire beach line. Ah yes! Just what bothered us when choosing a villa, the neighborhood to the airport. We didn't even notice it. But this is very convenient for those who rent a car. It's not so long from the airport to suffer with the wheel on the wrong side and riding on the meeting) A small fairy tale for residents of the metropolis. We will definitely go back and recommend. An excellent trouble free holiday from initially booking to departure. Communication from Kris and Bianca was excellent including a very good brochure on the house and facilities, with ideas where to eat drink shop visit etc in the larnaca area.The house was exactly as shown / described on the site listing, in a stunning location right on the beach front. plenty of parking , and close by a bus stop for the main larnaca / airport bus. The house was very clean and comfortable and well furnished. kitchen had everything you could possible need. overall a very relaxing weeks break. would deffently stay again and recommend a stay here if thinking of visiting Cyprus

Beautiful villa. Matched the description well. It was clean and especially the pool was amazing! Definitely need to have a car, as the villa is a little off the beaten path. But a peaceful place. Maria responded quickly to messages and things were great! We're happy!

Costas was a very friendly and great host in general, responsive and proactive! the house was exactly as described and bigger than we thought. Everything was clean and tidy, and we had the amenities. Check-in was easy. I'm looking forward to visiting this place for more days !! :)

Phill was a fantastic host. Very organised with directions and local information. House was great for 8 people. Pool was fun and regularly cleaned. A great house in a convenient location to explore the rest of the island. We had the best holiday. Thank you!

We have stayed in many Airbnb and found this home so thoughtfully designed/laid out and spotlessly clean. It’s difficult to describe but the layout is excellent with two bedrooms on each side of the single story villa and all have sliding doors onto very large verandas with shaded seating overlooking an orchard. The orchard has figs and all kinds of other fruit and my children absolutely loved collecting eggs in the morning. Twelve+ fresh eggs every day. The pool was cleaned twice whilst we were there and the pool shower room and toilet was a huge added bonus. As were the pool inflatables. There is a lovely shaded dining table next to the pool with a hammock, sink and fridge etc. It all just works really well. Charalambos was responsive and provides a thoughtful welcome hamper of bread and milk when you arrive. We had the pleasure of meeting him before we left and he is very warm and cares a lot about guests enjoying the special place he has created.

We realy enjoyed our stay at Moon Maroni! The house is beautiful, cosy and was very functional for us, a family of five with grown-up children. We loved the fig- and lemon tree and the roof-top terrase with view over the beautiful landscape in day-light and a magnificent starry sky in night-time! We also loved the peace and quiet in the village. We had a rental car during our stay and there was plenty of room to park the car (and to drive in the narrow village streets was an exiting experience :) It is a must with some kind of wheels to move around in the area, but everything you need for the day is found in the village mini-market. Maria and Achilleas was the most lovely hosts! Available and helpful before the stay, flexibel and welcoming at our arrival and the advice we where given about where to eat and swim was very valuable! We all felt like home and it was hard to leave Moon Maroni. We highly recommend a stay in Marias lovely house!

1 min walk to the sea Quiet and very well-equipped house. It feels like home. Everything is in line with the photos. Santiago is an extremely caring and caring host for our well-being. Communication is simple and very fast. I recommend++

We had so much fun exploring the property when we first arrived! The rooms are all very authentic and rustic, absolutely love how quirky the house is. Had a bit of difficulty finding the house but was able to call Flora who managed to coordinate with her cleaner who helped us find the house and an easier path for is to drive the car up! The hills nearby the house are very steep so would advise being a confident driver. Other than that, absolutely no issues! Very peaceful and relaxing place to stay with a very well equipped kitchen - spices, clean fridge, cooker and other amenities. The views are gorgeous and we would highly recommend the local taverna, the couple who own it are very sweet and the food is excellent local Cypriot cuisine. Would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend to friends and family 🫶

The place is great value for money, don't expect anything too modern but it's nice to feel like you are a home away from home . We made a last minute booking and we received check in instructions quite quickly. They also made sure we were ok during the stay. It's worth staying if you want a peaceful stay in Larnaca. it's a 3 minute walk to the beach and a quick taxi ride to the main city
