Family-friendly vacation rentals in Perissa

Arrived at 2.00 a.m. the taxi had been booked by Maria and was waiting for us at the airport. Someone was waiting for us in Oia and accompanied us to the accommodation. Everything was very well organized. The next day a very professional young woman came to ask us if we needed anything and gave us tips for visiting Santorini. Excellent stay What's a bit of a shame is having paid for a full night when we arrived at 3.00 a.m.

Our 8-night stay at Strawberry Villa met our expectations in every way. Cozy, well arranged, impeccably clean and with quality bedding, everything to feel good. The 2 terraces were very nice, the environment very quiet and charming in the heights of Emporio. Note a small restaurant a stone's throw away, the Old Barber shop where we had a very good dinner 3 nights during our stay and where the service and hospitality were impeccable. Emporio also has the advantage of being very well located on Santorini, which allowed us to discover the whole island easily. In short, delighted, book with confidence!

Eleftheria was so helpful, our flight was delayed and he wait to check us in. Personally I think the place looks better in real life. We rented a car and there was free parking outside sometimes was busy but just a short walk. It’s on the other side of town but nice to be away from the crowds. There is a couple restaurants and supermarket within walking distance so you can always get things. It was perfect and would definitely stay again. Phe from London.

This is a beautiful apartment and the views are stunning. We loved the proximity to the sunset viewing, and it was only steps away from many restaurants and shops. Maria was very helpful arranging our transport from the airport, and we really appreciated the full breakfast provided (and the wine!)

This villa was amazingly beautiful and spacious. It is right on the water and the treat of hearing the waves and looking at the ocean was wonderful. The garden is beautiful with lots of places to sit and enjoy the view (thought it was mostly cold and rainy when we were there - so our view gazing was only from the hot tub usually). The villa is well furnished and lovely inside with plenty of space and amenities. Ioakim is so kind and met us when we arrived with cake and food for the night and breakfast so we didn't have to go out right away. You need a car to stay here but with a car, it is a great base location being 10 minutes from Fira, 15 from Oia, and at most 30 minutes from anywhere else we wanted to go. This was probably the best airbnb we've ever stayed in and we stay in airbnbs often all over the world!

This little gem was amazing! Set up as two separate apartments on 2 floors, the privacy and space was great for 2 single travelers. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax after being on our feet all day. The location couldn't be better - The town of Pyrgos is not bustling with non-stop tourists. We were able to take photos with no one in them, and really enjoy the views. We took the bus up to Ois for a day trip and were shocked with how many people were there (many from the cruise lines that let off hoards of folks.) Although it was a great place to visit, we were so happy to get back to our quieter town which has amazing views, good restaurants and is centrally located to visit beaches and other sites. This was a perfect choice for us!

We enjoyed our stay, it was in the middle of everything. The place was clean and very nice! Recommend for sure!

This is the nicest Airbnb experience we have ever stayed in. Giannis & Anna are super welcoming. The prooerty is gorgeous, the location feels like you are in the Captain Corelli's Mandolin movie. The locals are super friendly as are the cats!. The local restauraunts were great, The Sweetery and Kantoini were favourites as was Metaxi Mas. We visited most of the beaches and liked Perissa above all the rest. We will be dreaming of this property in this location for a very long time to come. Amazing holiday!!

This was the BEST airbnb ever in the history of Airbnbs. Dimitri is the kind of host to whom you just tell your expectations and leave it to him to make it happen. The room location, view and interior is 100% exactly mentioned and showed in the photos. Walking distance from every possible sight at the heart of Oia. People gather underneath the Airbnb from multiple locations across Santorini, just to see a glimpse of the sunset that we can enjoy right from the balcony, sipping on wine and inside the jacuzzi! Brilliant stay, Dimitri, you have set the standards wayyyyy high my friend!

We had an amazing time! Patrizia arranged transfer from the airport, who walked us to the house and carried our luggage. Then she met us there and gave us a tour. She recommended restaurants for a birthday dinner. The location was spectacular. We walked to Fira square and also did 6 mile hike to oia right from our house. The decorations and all the little touches were authentic and historic to the home. We did a ton of walking and even enjoyed the sitting pool while drinking wine on the gorgeous deck. A trip to remember for sure!

This home was amazing. The house manager, Boggi answered any questions we had, he also had people get all our luggage to the house and anytime we needed a Taxi he arranged it for us and always with the same driver who was wonderful. We also had Corinna that stopped in every day and did some light cleaning and restocked the refrigerator with essentials . This whole experience was wonderful.

Perfect hosts, a peaceful house on a small street two minutes from the black sand beach and clear water. The pretty terrace to rest after a day visiting the island is undoubtedly a big plus. You'll find restaurants on the beach road. I recommend a car. No worries, the house has ample parking that can easily accommodate two cars if needed. Kostas recommended a rental company that we didn't use and we really regret it. It was more expensive but a lot of scap car side on the island. Kostas also arranged our transfers to and from the port. His parents came to greet us when we arrived at the house and were also there when we left. Lovely people. I would recommend this place without a second thought and hope you stay here one day, you won't regret it! I've used several Airb&b and this is definitely one of the best.

Had a lovely short stay with Irene and it was everything we needed :) Irene was great and told us lots about Santorini, Plus cute doggies!

Takis guided us when we arrived to show us the location of the accommodation, very responsive. Very nice accommodation with its terraces and the Jacuzzi which is a plus, possibility of accessing the accommodation on foot by two different routes, which allows you to leave your vehicle in a large parking lot. Kitchen is rudimentary but does the job. Great stay with a responsive and attentive host.

Had a wonderful stay at Alexandra’s cave house! In a beautiful area with the best restaurant we went to in Santorini nearby (Lefkes). We loved how peaceful the area was, while being close enough to walk to Oia. She was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Definitely recommend this Airbnb!

What a unique experience to stay in old bakery ! Great view , great location and great host !

Very good experience with the Atlantis Suite. It's a very clean apartment with all the necessities. The bedding is very good, the master bedroom is spacious with a large storage wardrobe. Well-equipped kitchen and the washing machine is really a plus when we left for a week like us. Too bad we couldn't enjoy the pool which was at 19° at the end of October. There is a little cat that we nicknamed Athena who walks around the apartments and comes to get to know each other. Please give them food because the condition of cats in Greece is dramatic. Be careful, it is absolutely necessary to have a vehicle to get to this place because no bus and the neighborhood is off-center, it is 5 minutes by car from shops. It suited us very well because we were looking for calm. Vothonas is central to Santorini and it is a good starting point to discover the island. Less than 15 minutes from Fira and 30 minutes from Oia.

Everything the space was meant for it had. If you like to rent your own vehicle you can, but apon asking every taxi and transport was easy to do. Plenty to do on the island. Some very good restaurants and some of the clearest water I’ve ever seen in an ocean. Hope to be back soon to show my friends/family.

Tina and George were very welcoming. We were stuck on Santorin because of a strike and they did everything to facilitate our arrival at their place. Welcoming, helpful and kind ! The house is great with its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The outside is amazing with its private swimming pool and its two places for meals. Thanks a lot again for this wonderful stay. The house is close to to the airport but it’s not that noisy. Great restaurant near the house on the beach (3min walk).

Anna was perfect host never I met. She was always quick and kind to respond to my requirements. And every towels have smells good and clean.The house was perfect. Everything was necessary. thanks to Anna, I had a perfect moments in santorini.🫶🏻💕

The Windmill Villas are exactly as described. We have had a wonderful week in Santorini. The Windmill is everything we could ask for. Floriana took great care of us, from breakfasts to keeping the Windmill just beautiful all week. We did not want to leave. The restaurants recommended by Nikos were excellent, we especially loved 'Metaxi Mas' beautiful setting, excellent service. Nikos provided us with information on parking, supermarkets - all really helpful. Santorini is a stunning island & we were delighted to have visited at this time of year. Everything is within easy reach, car definitely recommended. Thank you for an amazing week. Until next time.

This house is an excellent option for a trip to Santorini. It is in an excellent location, has wonderful hosts, close to the airport, beautiful surroundings and pool. The house has a maid who comes to clean every day. Margarita made us a cake and brought it to us on the first day of our stay. The house is a 5 minute walk to a grocery store, 10 minute walk to the bus stop to go to Fira, and 10-15 minutes walk to Kamari beach. I’d definitely stay here again. Thanks to Margarita and her family for hosting us.

Thanks to Helen, who prepared water and snacks for us because we were arriving late. Really available, very responsive. The place is clean and bigger than it looks in the pictures. Everything is great.
