Vacation rentals in Perez

It was my second time staying at this place, and once again, It was a great experience! The place itself is lovely, spacious, peaceful, and very clean. It feels like you are at home away from home with almost anything readily available :)) You don’t have to worry about getting anything extra because they have store on site. The host is very responsive, accommodating, and considerate of my request (she gave me a discount for a short stay as well, thanks poo!!) I am definitely looking forward to stay at this place again in the future! Highly recommend!

The place was incredibly clean and spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. It was well-lit, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The air conditioning system was excellent, keeping the temperature perfect throughout my stay. Additionally, the clean garage was a convenient bonus, making parking hassle-free. It was a well-spent Christmas with family, making the experience even more memorable.

The road going to the resort may be a little bumpy and would require a 4x4 or big car but it was all worth it! The beach front is white sand and clear waters where you can spend the whole day wandering, its privacy is a plus too! Greg's caretaker Ate Maritess took care of us and prepared everything we need, from food, beddings and even gave me hot calamansi to ease my sore throat. She and her whole family took care of us during our stay and we are so grateful. We will definitely go back soon!

Had a great stay. Though there are minor inconveniences with the tv but all in all it was a great stay. Extended our stay and host was very kind enough to give us a discount. Recommended to other travelers.

Beautiful transient home which provides a "hotel feel" accommodation. The entire house is clean and spacious which made our stay very comfortable . Everything you need is provided from bedrooms, rest rooms, common social area and the kitchen. My husband and I and our 4 children had a great Christmas stay in this warm and loving space. The host is beyond the caliber of being a superhost. She is warmth and caring. She lovingly attended to all our needs and concerns with prompt. The location is also superb with easy and close access to SM, S&R, church and numerous dining options.

Highly recommend, great place to stay, very welcoming host with clear instructions and responsive to any questions! 😄

If you want peace, quiet, and a bit of serenity away from the city, this is the place to be.

Gery & Ate Maedy are both kind & generous. They treated us very nice. 🥰 The foods are delicious 😋🤤 We felt at home in their listing and I was able to sleep early & got my complete rest. They're very accommodating, their listings are well maintained. I really love the design in their bathroom I'm thinking of copying the design for our bathroom here lol 😁
