Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Peraia

An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

Great stay in a house of great aesthetics, spotless, warm, ideal for rest and tranquility. The host was very kind, very friendly, and helpful. The neighborhood is perfect with easy parking and a short distance from the shops. We had a great time and highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic week at this wonderfull spot! Ioanna is a super friendly, proactive and professional host. The house is just a few steps away from a the beach which you can already observe for breakfast from the veranda. The clear water and the sunsets are addictive. Surrounded by a nice shaded garden the house is tastefully furnished, good beds, well equiped kitchen and bathroom. The area consists of smaller houses, end of September the beach has been very quite with plenty of individual space, the shallow water is super perfect for children! No mass tourism at all :-) Even if a good restaurant and small markets are in walking distance, a car is recommended. Nea Kallikratia is a 9 min drive and offers more infrastructure [restaurants, bakery or larger supermarkets]. While the WIFI works for typical holiday purposes, for workation the available bandwith (less than 5 Mbit) might be an issue, however good coverage of 5G / LTE. We would definitely come back, thanks again!

very beautiful house in a summer location. just outside Thessaloniki but had everything close to you. very comfortable for a family.

The house is what you see in the pictures. Hosts very responsive and waited for our check in after the official hour. You have everything needed in the house for great vacation. If not using the kitchen for cooking it has everything yiu need. For stores, restaurants and luxury beach bars you need a car. Open beach area in 5min walk. House is in a calm villas area for nice vacation with family. There is view from the terrace to the sea. We've had great time! Thank you!

We were very satisfied with our stay even if it was for one night. Everything was spotless and tidy. The space was very warm,welcoming. Whenever communication was needed, the owner responded promptly and we thank her very much!

An amazing apartment in an amazing location, it's the perfect place to explore Thessaloniki because it's so close to everything you'd want to see like museums, the tower, paralia etc. The inside of the apartment is always clean and very homely, and communication with Antonis is always available and friendly. I can't recommend it enough!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Thessaloniki Kalamaria! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The best airbnb I have ever stayed in!Absolutely beautiful and spotless with a great balcony and in the best location overlooking a lively town square packed with shops, cafes and restaurants yet very quiet so you are able to get a perfect night's sleep. Very prompt and helpful communication also with the managers. I will definitely be back next time I am at beautiful Thessaloniki.

This place is amazing. What you get is more than what you see in the pictures - it's spacious, well-furnished, has a huge balcony that one can relax on all day long because it's shaded, and is close to the center of Epanomi and Epanomi beach (12 minutes' drive away). Our kids loved watching Netflix and playing games (chess , Monopoly) but also tried climbing the wall in one of the bedrooms. We loved the parking space below the building, the two bathrooms, the fact that the hosts replied promptly to our enquiries, and numerous amenities the apartment is provided with (freezer, dishwasher, washing machine). We could have spent a month on our vacation as this place feels like home.

Great comfort appartment

The flat is just like in the photos. It's very cosy and pleasant. Location wise it was in the perfect spot within the city for our needs. Communication with the host was just top notch. Will not hesitate to book the place again.

The house is excellently furnished. We didn't lack anything. The host was proactive and super kind to us. The location is good, within walking distance to the beach (5-7 minutes). We felt at home. I recommend the place. It is perfect for relaxation and privacy.

Very large home with many separate areas. For example, if you arrive with 6 people (3 couples), it is possible for everyone to enjoy privacy. For example, each bedroom has a balcony. There is also a larger terrace downstairs. In the garden then other seating, a small football field and a playground. The property was maintained by the family every evening during our presence (watering flowers, watering lawn...). High-quality furniture in the living room. The beds are very comfortable. Baby cot available. Even baby bath lotion and wet wipes for babies were provided. Very extensive kitchen equipment. Not suitable with toddler. There is a stylish subdivision into two levels in the kitchen-living room via two steps. You can see it in the pictures. Unfortunately, we missed it and therefore had to "lock up" a little more elaborate for our one-year-old. We felt very comfortable!

The host was great, accessible and active via messages. House was perfectly clean and everything corresponded to the description and posted pictures. The house is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Beautiful yard with a covered parking lot and a walled grill with everything you need for grilling. There is even a cot in the house, so it is great for those who come with small children, especially since the house is located in a very quiet part surrounded by weekend houses. You have all the recommendations from me and the team that stayed with me in the accommodation

It was the best! "Greek summer is a mindset"

This place is absolutely superb, a little piece of paradise. It looks even better than the photos. Both the house and the garden are stunning and very well-maintained. Everything is spotless. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away and is quiet, perfect for families. Savas is an excellent host. He greeted us with fresh fruit, homemade eggs, and cold water in the fridge, which was much appreciated after our 1000 km journey. He is very prompt and responds quickly to messages and calls. When we left, he gave us gifts of Greek specialty products and even sweets for the children. We loved this place and will definitely return. If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful place with a welcoming host, this is the perfect spot.

There is no air conditioning in the house, there is a cooling system from the ground, but it was very inadequate, the Wi-Fi was very slow and inadequate, everything else was fine.

The place and the house are gorgeous. We have no negative thoughts or impressions to share .The house is cozy and beautiful ,the bedrooms are furnished with taste and style, the kitchen is fully equipped. The garden is huge and the view from the verandas and the bedrooms is breathtaking. We would love to visit the place again .We vote with both hands for this is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places we have been visiting so far.

Clean house, you have everything that you need... nice beaches reachable by car (15–45 minutes)...Stratos helped a lot with suggestions, responded very quickly to all our needs... Definitely coming back...
