I stayed here with my friends and my husband, and it was absolutely perfect! The two big rooms were spacious and comfortable, while the small room was just right for extra privacy. The best part? The breathtaking sea view from the large windows—it felt like waking up in paradise! The ambiance was relaxing, and the service was top-notch. We’re already planning to come back soon with family because this place is just too good to visit only once. Highly recommend it for both friend groups and families!

Family with young child. Stayed here for a week. Would highly recommend. - Location is amazing. Literally around the corner from Cecil St markets - food variety and price is amazing. Central location means cheap Grab ride to anywhere on the island. - The apartment is HUGE. Suitable for a large family or easily 6 adults. Very spacious. - Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Beds are comfy -NB: fans only in living areas, a/c in bedrooms. - Views are as advertised. Great view of the city. - Very secure. Only two apartments per level. Can only get in by key card. Host, Desmond, was great. Good communications throughtout, check in was very easy. Only room for improvement is door locks and shower just need a bit of maintenance. They work fine, no issues.

Noraini is an excellent host, responsive, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. The house is cozy, spotless, and well-equipped, with everything in great condition. You’ll feel right at home! Its location is perfect for exploring Penang and offers an authentic local experience. I had a fantastic time and would love to stay here again :)

It’s a 2+1 dual key unit! The view from our unit is splendid!! Each rooms had their own spectacular view! We went in a group of family w children, all of my family members loved it and enjoyed it! Location wise is great as well for both self driving or public transportation! Will definitely rebook! The only downside is the parking is on 9th floor but the host did informed up front. So no issue on that 🌹

Lovely place, great communication with host, neat and clean apartment, wonderful location with 2 Supermarkets nearby, Shopping Malls, etc. Internet Router is shared with another apartment, but works fine. Would stay here again for few days. Thanks

I had a great stay here! The place was super clean, comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for. The host was really thoughtful and made everything so easy, from check-in to little details that made it feel like home. The location was perfect—nice and quiet but still close to everything I needed. Communication was quick and friendly the whole time. the unit was different from the photo that they show in the site then last during our check in they change our unit number last minute however the unit is clean and comfortble to stay in. We just find it more convenient if we stay in the first unit which is block 1A instead of 1B

Comfortable and clean apartment. I like it because all rooms including living hall has an aircond. The unit has a lot of beds which is very convenient for big families. They did provide shower gel, shampoo and towels. The cons is the unit does not have any yard or balcony to hang dry your clothes. They did provide washing machine but no dryer. They also provide a kettle but no water dispenser or mineral water so bear in mind to prepare your own mineral water. Overall i will recommend the unit to my family and friends.

It is easy to communicate with host. The response rate is fast. The instructions are precise. The property location is strategic and near amenities.

Soon Lye’s place was perfect for our family of 4. The apartment is very spacious – way more than what we expected. It is very nicely decorated, and you have everything you need to have a comfortable stay (the washer and filter water were a big plus for us). Great location on Chulia Street, one of the most popular streets in Georgetown. You can easily walk to all the main sights. Plenty of places to eat around. Soon Lye was a super host. He let us have an early check-in and a late check-out, which were so much appreciated, and he was always very quick to reply to any of my queries. Thank you for everything Soon Lye!

I stayed here for almost a month and I really liked the place. super easy to go the groceries on the basement floor and plenty of restaurants and gyms in the area. within walking distance of several malls and public transport right outside. only comment is the power outlets in the apartment aren't conveniently located but that's easy to work around

Loved my stay here! Check-in was super easy, and the instructions were super clear, so I had no trouble at all. The building has some strict rules, but honestly, that just means it’s super clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The host was amazing—super friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. But the best part? The apartment itself is absolutely stunning! The design is so beautiful and well thought out, making the whole space feel stylish yet super cozy. I felt right at home the entire time. Easily one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had! Would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

Shi's place was a nice stay. The unit is good size, and is very well equipped. There are a few restaurants and cafes around, with a nice grocery store across the street. It is technically within walking distance of Gurney and Quayside, but with the weather I only did those walks in the evening when it's cooler. Otherwise I took Grab. A few downsides, as others have mentioned, the building has lots of Airbnb's and the lifts can become quite busy. Also the unit is a few stories above the pool, which can be a bit noisy in the mornings if you are a later sleeper.

We booked Nikki’s apartment last minute after we arrived in Penang and had an issue with our existing Airbnb booking. We couldn’t be more grateful for her help and when we arrived her apartment was exactly what we needed. Clean, comfortable and loads of space for our family of 4 plus some snacks to get us started. The pool on site is great and there are great restaurants and a grocery store in the complex which we found really useful. We were worried about not being in the heart of George Town but for us having a quiet spot to retreat to was ideal with a young family and cabs were an easy option for getting around. There was a real sense of community amongst the people we met in the area too. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment to those wanting to enjoy the delights of Penang.

We enjoyed our stay at Straitsquay. The Suite was clean and the bed very comfortable. We went swimming every day in one of the 3 Pools in the Complex. The Supermarket is very near and lots of international restaurants downstairs. Our Host - Johnson was very reliable, helpful and kind.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is spacious and beautifully designed, with a lovely view that made our stay even more relaxing. It’s fully equipped with all the amenities we needed – truly a home away from home. The check-in process was smooth and easy. Highly recommended and would definitely come back again!

The stay was very clean, and there were plenty of toys to keep my children entertained. It gave me a cozy, home-like feeling, with a mini playground that was just right for my children. The WiFi speed was good too.

We had an amazing stay at Hoon’s place! The most important is we feel safe staying here. The apartment was spacious, and the bed was enough for 3 of us n comfy. WiFi is provides, which is a bonus. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!
