A really great apartment! It is perfectly equipped and modern and stylishly furnished, everything is very clean. A highlight is the private garden with pool. The entire resort is quietly located and also offers a large pool, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend this apartment. Communication with CoolHouses was very friendly and quick. Thanks for the lovely stay, it was great!

There was not ONE single thing that we lacked at this home. We loved how clean everything was, especially all of the appliances, bathroom, kitchen, floors, bed linens etc. All appliances worked very well especially the air conditioning; it was quiet & kept the entire home cool and comfortable. The home was very spacious, quiet and well laid out. The 2 separate porches were both spacious and furnished well. There was lots of hot water - great shower. The large fridge/freezer, oven, cooktop, dishwasher & clothes washer all worked very well. The living room couch was comfortable and the TV was of very high quality. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool. The view from the porch over the pool and surrounding hillside was gorgeous. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The parking was close by, easy & there were always spaces available. We loved it so much that we immediately booked our next vacation here for 2 weeks. We HIGHLY recommend this home. This was a great stay for our quick trip to the Algarve. Martine was a kind and thoughtful host! Set in beautiful countryside but close enough to Lagos and the beach.

A very beautiful place, I would recommend anyone who is trying to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We have generally noticed a big difference between Airbnbs managed by the owner and by an agency and generally try to go for those with the more personalised touch of an owner manager. We dealt with an Agency here and they were absolutely amazing, kind and accomodating. The accuracy and clarity of the instructions given for everything, from the check in to parking to all facilities was excellent. The flat is very well located, halfway to all you need to see in The Algarve. Incredibly clean, it had all we needed and more. Very light, very quiet, great balcony. Very lucky to have found it!! Thanks so much!!!!!

Sean's apartment is great! Beautiful and clean, equipped with every comfort and a perfect location with plenty of parking. Sean thinks along and has made sure that we could get into the apartment well in time and before the agreed time. Already with all a super accommodation!

Alvor and the Alto Club works for us every time. The Bar food area and Restaurant are really good. 10 min walk to centre of Alvor. Allocated deck chairs on beach. Great weather as well.

Great apartment in Bayline, you don’t have a sea view but you have access to all the facilities and gardens. You are right by the beach and walking distance to lots of good restaurants. Everything at Bayline is new and well cared for. We had everything we needed and Carlos was very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. it is very spacious and well kept. The views from the balcony were beautiful and relaxing. The apartment complex had it own parking and is right next to the beach, shops and restaurants. Spa and Gym facilities were clean and well maintained. Right next to the apartments is a nice walking path to the beach. The apartment is centrally located to all the major towns and sight seeing places in the region. for us it served as excellent location to drive and visit different places by the coast. Our host Maria was always available if we have any questions and got back to us pretty quickly when needed.

This apartment was fantastic, luxury indeed. The location right by the marina is perfect and the accommodations were of an extremely high standard The space is clean, airy and bright. It’s beautifully furnished and the double aspect terraces at the front and rear provide direct sun most of the day. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are good-sized and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Bars and restaurants are everywhere, including in the building itself! Sanne is super responsive and kind. The local agent is also there if need be This would be my only choice for any trip to Lagos

Great hosts, great house would return and would recommend to all.

We had a wonderful stay here as a group of 6 adults and 2 kids. They have thought of everything from cosy blankets to keep you warm in the evening outside to a well equipped kitchen. The outdoor space is amazing and the pool was perfect, even though we were a bigger group there was plenty of space in the house and garden and we never felt on top of each other. We chose not to rent a car and it was a 20-25 minute walk to the supermarket which was fully stocked with everything and had good wine and seafood selection. You also have a beautiful view of a winery across the road. Jeroen was a super helpful host who always replied very quickly and accommodated an early check in for us. We had a lovely peaceful stay and would come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Catarinas Place. The Views are absolutely stunning. You couldn‘t have been nearer to the Beach. 3min Walk to one of the most beautiful beaches Portugal has to offer. House was clean, very spacious and had everything we needed. Good Restaurants and Supermarkets nearby. Catarina was a great Host, responses came fast and clear. We even got a Little Christmas surprise. We would recommend it to anyone and come back again! Full 5 Stars - the View and Location actually deserve 6 Stars.

House was absolutely brilliant with everything we could need. Children loved the pool and the games room. Host was great at communicating.

The place is paradise on earth honestly the best place I have ever been in Portugal. This gave me even more reasons why I should relocate to Portugal. Everything was spot on and the most valuable and priceless experience was Rui. Rui is an Angel on earth I have never met anyone like him before he is exceptional he will go above and beyond to make sure you are ok. The day we arrived our flight was delayed we got there really late almost midnight he was waiting for us and he had done some shopping for us in his own time. That very night everyone was exhausted from the delays but he drove me to McDonald’s to get some food for the family in his own time. The following day he took us to do more food shopping it was my 40th, he was patient with us because we were not driving. There is so much he did for us all I can say is thank you this is where I will be spending most of my holidays going forward. THANK YOU RUI a you are a phenomenal person.

Villa Jasmine was absolutely incredible! It was by far the most amazing place we have ever stayed. It felt like a mansion. It was immaculate. It was peaceful and quiet. The pool was fantastic and really warm (we paid a little extra to have it heated since it’s autumn). There was even table tennis in the garage. Sara met us as the villa and was available all week to message with any questions we had. She gave us recommendations for parking, restaurants and even where to get a bucket and spade. I’d highly recommend staying here!
